Destiny Mission of game 'Star Ring'-Chapter 1537 - 1218: Cleanup (Part 2)
As for the few remaining Blade Mutants that were hiding, Domak managed to find them all and eliminate them.
The imprisoned Karn and others were rescued without any dangers and were being transferred in an orderly manner.
At this moment, Su Mo was controlling the Light of Sin Abyss, standing in the central hall while the people below were handling the aftermath, moving each Blade Mutant corpse over and piling them up.
They repeatedly checked to ensure each one was dead to avoid any stragglers.
Domak looked at the mountain of corpses, drooling incessantly.
It walked over to Su Mo’s Mecha, lowering its head and rubbing against the foot of the Light of Sin Abyss like a puppy.
Su Mo looked at this creature, bewildered, and asked the creator, Swallower, in confusion.
"What’s up with this guy?"
"It’s not having a spasm; it just wants to eat the Blade Mutant corpses,"
the creator, Swallower, explained to Su Mo.
"Uh, by the way, Xiao Shi, I suddenly remembered something. Why haven’t you been eating the monster corpses lately? You only absorbed Energy Stones?"
Su Mo asked it curiously.
"Why would I eat these things that are like shit?"
the creator, Swallower, replied arrogantly.
"When you ate that V-type Heroic Level Alien, Hagor, you didn’t say that."
"Hmph, do you dare to bring that up? Let me ask you: if you can eat, do you eat the good stuff first and only eat the plain stuff when you have nothing else, then eat grass roots if you’re poorer, and eat dirt if grass roots aren’t available? If I had a choice, would I eat those? Ultimately, it’s because I’m with you."
The creator, Swallower, vented at Su Mo without holding back.
Of course, it didn’t tell Su Mo that it stopped eating these monsters because they were messy and tainted with Negative Energy Pollution.
Eating too much would unsettle its own system, and it was currently seeking a new evolution form, requiring pure materials.
"Uh, my bad, I’ll try to keep you well-fed from now on,"
Su Mo replied, feeling increasingly awkward.
"Hmph."
The creator, Swallower, snorted coldly.
"Uh, since you don’t want them, I’ll let Domak eat these monster corpses."
Su Mo awkwardly changed the subject.
"Don’t let it eat Tinick’s corpse; the rest are up for grabs,"
the creator, Swallower, reminded Su Mo.
"You want to eat it?"
Su Mo raised his head, asking curiously.
"Not eat; this corpse can be used to make weapons."
"Make a Mecha? This body is too small, right? It’s only four meters tall, how to make it?"
Su Mo frowned while looking at Tinick’s corpse.
"Not making a Mecha. Its body is suitable for making a set of VI-type Bio Armor. Of course, its head could make a Light Computer, though it’s a pity you didn’t catch it alive."
The creator, Swallower, mused aloud.
"It doesn’t matter; just being able to craft VI-type Bio Armor is enough,"
Su Mo said, looking at Tinick’s corpse with growing excitement, as if a set of top-tier equipment was beckoning to him.
The creator, Swallower, had nothing more to say.
Su Mo immediately said to the eager Domak, "Except for Tinick, you can eat the rest."
Domak was overjoyed at Su Mo’s words and happily ran to the corpses, opening its bloody maw and swallowing the Blade Mutant corpses one by one.
The soldiers handling the aftermath around them couldn’t help but gulp, some of them instinctively stepping back a bit, distancing themselves from Domak.
At this time, Karmen piloted a Shadow Mecha and walked over, saluting Su Mo.
"Commander Su Mo, the external battle has also ended, and now we’re transferring the rescued people to the Freedom Fortress in batches using the Star Destroyer."
"Hmm, how long is it expected to take?"
Su Mo nodded slightly, asking.
"At the fastest, it will take two days. After a brief count, out of five million captives, at least three hundred eighty thousand are still alive."
"Alright, thank you for your hard work. By the way, come with me."
Su Mo said to Karmen.
"Yes."
Karmen replied respectfully.
So Su Mo led Karmen toward the treasure vault.
A moment later, they arrived at the treasure vault within the Heart of Forbidden Prison, staring at the countless materials and ores. Karmen was stunned on the spot, lost for words in amazement.
"This....."
Su Mo coughed and said, "Deputy Karmen, these are my spoils of war; please help me count them and later transport them to the Freedom Fortress."
"Yes."
Karmen snapped back to reality in a daze and quickly agreed.
Though Karmen and others weren’t his subordinates, they were very trustworthy, so Su Mo didn’t intend to hide anything from them.
After giving instructions, Su Mo controlled his Mecha and headed toward the hall.
When he returned to the hall, he saw that Domak was still eating, its belly swollen.
It’s worth noting that the Alien’s body always maintains a perfect streamlined shape, yet this guy was turning into a pig shape.
Seeing this, Su Mo controlled his Mecha, walked up, and kicked Domak’s butt, complaining irritably.
"You’re still eating? Are you planning on bursting yourself?"
Domak immediately stopped, rubbing its head against the Mecha.
Su Mo sighed, saying to it, "Take your time eating; we won’t leave here quickly. First, take me to find Tinick’s treasure."
Domak nodded quickly and then led Su Mo toward the nest’s central passage.
Very soon, Su Mo appeared at Tinick’s dwelling, a giant cave with all sorts of bones scattered across the ground.
In the very center was a nest made of various monster pelts.
No surprise, that should be Tinick’s sleeping place.
Su Mo glanced around the entire living area but didn’t see any treasure, so he asked, puzzled.
"Where’s the treasure?"
At that moment, Domak rushed to the far end of the cave, raising its sharp blade and sweeping across!
Crack!
The entire sealed wall was slashed open, revealing a hidden passage.
Su Mo was becoming more curious; he hadn’t expected Tinick to know how to hide a secret passage. That guy’s intelligence was really extraordinary, but fortunately, it was always trapped in this ghost place and unable to go out to explore the wider world.
Thus, its knowledge remained limited. If it were to receive ample development, it would definitely become a major hazard.
However, this also indicates there’s definitely something good hidden inside, and Su Mo’s heart was racing with excitement at the thought.
Domak chirped excitedly at Su Mo, signaling him to follow.
Without any further ado, Su Mo followed Domak inside.
The secret passage was slanted, seemingly leading to the bottom.
Su Mo and Domak walked for a long time before reaching the end, and upon exiting the passage, their world expanded by thousands of times.
A bottomless pit appeared in sight.
The entire pit was filled with countless white bones, both human and monster, in quantities that made Su Mo’s skin crawl.
"Why are there so many corpses? Did Tinick kill that many people and monsters?"
