A shadowy figure shuttled across the tunnel, heading towards nine Unfettered Ice Fiends. Level Three Immortal King Stage undulations buzzed across the cave as they shot in different directions, five of them heading towards Rea Tyriel while four of them formed an encirclement, causing a layer of ice to form around them.

'Blocking me to hunt Rea...?'

Davis's lips couldn't help but curve. These creatures sure were intelligent, forming a blockade and all to separate Rea and him but did they think that he cared about her just because he was talking with her?

'Their perception is commendable but their assumptions are wrong...'

Besides...

"Hmph!"

Rea Tyriel harrumphed as she saw those Unfettered Ice Fiends target her as they swiftly made their way to her. Despite their Level Three Immortal King Stage oppressive undulations locking her down as icy energy emerged from their claws, she stood in mid-air without faltering.

Hazy black-white lunar light churned from her body as she infused her Lunar Crow light energy with her Glazed Light Soul Physique's light energy, combining them as her prowess reached the mid of Level Three Immortal King Stage.

The Unfettered Ice Fiends pounced on her, slashing their claws towards her. At the same time, the hazy black-white lunar light flashed like the moon as a light sphere formed around her, encasing those five Unfettered Ice Fiends.

The moment they entered, the found themselves locked with the sphere of hazy black-white lunar light, unable to move. It was as though time was frozen. However, they merely found themselves being erased from head to toe and just as they started to realize they were being disintegrated by the lunar light despite using their ice energy, their cores fluctuated from the disintegration, causing them to become unresponsive.

The hazy black-white lunar light sphere became undone and none of their remains actually remained, having completely been eradicated by the lunar light except ashes. Her light energy was so unique and powerful that they exterminated the Unfettered Ice Fiends to their core.

At this moment, Myria appeared beside Rea Tyriel and turned to look at her.

Her reaction to her move caused Rea Tyriel's lips to curve, thinking that the other party finally knew her worth.

"You used too much energy for that move and lunar energy is yin in nature. What are you doing using it so aggressively? Even if you want to use it aggressively, you should learn its yin nature before moving onto the minuscule yang."

"..." Rea Tyriel's expression changed as she heard Myria's condescending tone. It caused her to almost blow up but she raised her hand and pointed at her face.

"You think I don't know? It's difficult to control my physique and combine it with Lunar Crow Light. If not, I wouldn't be here in the Aurora Cloud Gate to learn!"

Myria stared at Rea Tyriel's pointing finger before turning to look at the layered ice in the distance.

"Watch and learn."

Myria raised her hand and millions of light rays shot off from her palm, heading towards the layered ice where the Unfettered Ice Fiends encased themselves to block Davis. Their defense was such that that even a average Level Four Immortal King Cultivator would find it difficult to penetrate.

Rea Tyriel saw that the million of light rays was sparsely released appearing like they were going to hit a million points, making her wonder how powerful her attack was going to be as she became doubtful. Many of them weren't even aimed at the layered ice barrier.

But the next second, her eyes went wide as she watched the millions of light rays ricochet off the crystal surface of the ground and the walls, repeatedly ricocheting until they gathered unto a pinpoint location and pierced through the layered ice barrier, causing a massive light to embellish within the icy barrier.

*Whissh!~*

The icy barrier became disintegrated and so did the four Unfettered Ice Fiends remaining within.

However, Rea Tyriel's eyes shook as she slowly turned to look at Myria.

How did that attack's prowess almost reached Level Four Immortal King Stage while she was only at Level Eight Soul Immortal Stage. The other party had surpassed her prowess even while being one level lower than her.

It didn't make sense to her. She wasn't the Emperor of Death nor a Divergent! How could she be so strong!?

"To extend the light energy's attack range sporadically is yang and to concentrate the attack on one single point, allowing the energy to amplify unto itself is yin. If you keep the combined lunar energy from being disrupted by your own circulation and rhythm, then you would've mastered focused attacks, allowing your prowess to leap. Consequently, you should feel like light itself and develop your intent, drastically increasing the power of lunar light energy as much as possible."

"If you want my advice: Be like the moon, shining in the darkness like the only source of light, encompassing the myriad-"

Myria suddenly stopped, lightly shaking her head.

She recalled that she was one to talk as she knew that she had never mastered the extreme yin of death energy like Davis did. She couldn't conceal herself to fullest like he did and wanted to learn how he did it without harming himself.

"..."

Rea Tyriel watched Myria fly past her with a dumbfounded expression on her face, not understanding just who was this woman and held such a high comprehension of Light Laws.

Is that why she was actually so revered by her fellow disciples who have actually met and seen her battle?

"Caw!~ Elder sister, is everything alright?"

Rea Tyriel came out of her reverie as she turned to look at Black Tyriel on her shoulder. She couldn't help but raise her hand and pat his crow head as felt the crown's softness.

"Everything is fine."

She turned to look at the Myria and Davis meet up in the distance, unable to hear what they were talking about but was intensely curious as to what their relationship were as she knew they had come to the Aurora Cloud Gate together.
