"Young Miss Rea, it's been a long time since we saw each other, but I'm glad that we're able to not miss each other by chance."

Rea Tyriel narrowed her brows. She was together with Myria, turning to look behind as she saw an azure-robed man.

"Nyx Godwin, it's good to see you too." Rea Tyriel lightly smiled, "You've become much stronger than the previous time we had seen each other."

"Fortunately, I was able to step into Level Nine Immortal Stage, all thanks to you."

"Is that so?" Rea Tyriel doubtfully curled her lips as though she didn't believe it.

However, Nyx Godwin nodded with a light smile, "Yes, whenever I think about you, all I can feel is a kind of positive stimulus that translates into my motivation to cultivate and advance further."

He reached out his hand, intending to capture hers, when a layer of lunar light suddenly appeared between them.

"Caw!~ Bastard, stop hitting on my woman!"

Black Tyriel angrily echoed as he flapped his small wings, abruptly jumping off and transforming into a human as he glared at Nyx Godwin.

Nyx Godwin's delightful expression faded, replaced with an unamused smile as he took back his hands.

"Young Miss Rea, it seems that this crow has not learned its lesson yet? After being miserably defeated by me, if it weren't for your words, I would've crippled his unlikeable face at the very least."

"You-"

Black Tyriel clenched his fists at Nyx Godwin. His face churned with humiliation, causing his eyes to redden. He took a step forward, brimming with suppressed undulations, when suddenly an arm blocked his path.

"I'm grateful that you let my magical beast pet go but don't take it too far." Rea Tyriel's expression became slightly cold, "He can jest around, but you're not close enough to me for you to demand that he be taught a lesson. I just learned from someone that some things can't be allowed to happen even if you're so powerful that you'll cause the heavens to collapse."

"Oh...?" Davis couldn't help but smile from the distance as she indirectly mentioned him.

Nyx Godwin raised his brows at Rea Tyriel. However, he just smirked as though he was more interested, taking her arrogance as a challenge, but he didn't do anything as he turned to look at the white-robed woman he was unaware of.

"This is...?"

"This is Fairy Myria. She's ranked seventieth, but I can say for sure that she is one of the top ten, perhaps even stronger than me."

"Hm?" Nyx Godwin became taken aback before he gave a good look at Myria.

The latter also eyed him with some scrutiny over the corner of her eyes. Her cool demeanor and eyes full of wisdom instantly were brimming with attraction, causing him to cup his hands.

"It's a pleasure to make acquaintance with you, Fairy Myria."

Myria gave a slight nod before she no longer bothered, turning to head deeper into the tunnel to where the core finally exists. She knew she was closer than ever. However, the pushback against them and the ambushes are also going to get frightening.

Just as she took a step forward, Nyx Godwin took the lead, rushing past her.

"You ladies don't need to stain your hands with the blood of those monsters. Let me take care of them."

"Heh!" Rea Tyriel lightly sneered, "And let you take all the contribution points?"

"Ah! I've been caught."

Nyx Godwin threw his head up and laughed, appearing carefree as he headed deep inside the tunnel without an ounce of fear. He appeared quite wild, which caused a lot of men to appear to be wary of him as Davis glanced around.

It seemed that he wasn't as nice as he appeared to be.

"This is bad. I think he might've marked your woman already...."

Suddenly, an azure-robed man appeared beside Davis like the wind.

*Boom!~*

Another brown-robed man landed, his figure tall and bulky, practically towering like he was a giant. No, he was indeed a giant from the Stone Race.

Davis turned to look at them. They were none other than Olas Windfall and Waine Might, the former's words causing him to shake his head, thinking that if that Nyx Godwin found trouble with Myria, he wouldn't have a good ending without him having to do anything.

However...

"Why do you say so?"

Davis couldn't help but ask.

Olas Windfall's brows squinted, "That's because not only is he ranked first for a long while and obtained numerous achievements, including killing a Level Four Immortal King Savage Beast recently that awed countless women and men alike, but he is also the heir to the Godwin Family."

"..." Davis's expression became unamused, "Don't tell that's also a power that owns a Domain?"

"Yes, it does." Olas Windfall wryly smiled.

Davis watched his expression and saw that there was little to no motivation to lie. He wondered in which Divide the Godwin Family was situated and what kind of attribute they cultivated but looking at Nyx Godwin, he knew that it was extremely unlikely that they all trained in the same attribute.

Nonetheless, he continued to move ahead as he caught up to Myria along with Mystic Diviner Hailac and the other two. More people joined them from many tunnels as they massacred a few hundred Unfettered Ice Fiends by themselves.

People like Mystic Diviner Rakestream also joined his group, looking at him with a bit of anger and cautiousness, but with a single look, they moved their gazes away, acting like they had never seen him. Only Mystic Diviner Hailac derived some pleasure from their cowardliness.

Nevertheless, it seemed that there were two Unfettered Gargantuan Ice Fiends that split into twenty thousand Level Two Immortal King Stage Unfettered Ice Fiends. Otherwise, there would be no way there could be so many.

"Is the Aurora Cloud Gate going to go back on its promise?"

Olas Windfall couldn't help but thin out loud, "I think they issued the rewards based on the number of Unfettered Ice Fiends, but I guess they underestimated exactly how many were present. After all, the main mission reward wouldn't be lesser than the side mission rewards, but at this rate, hunting the Unfettered Ice Fiends is going to give us more contribution points than the main mission does; not that I'm complaining since I crave this way of doing things, but this shouldn't be happening."

His doubtful voice echoed all over the place, causing many of the true disciples to frown. They absolutely didn't want the Aurora Cloud Gate to reduce their cut of the share by decreasing the contribution points given out for each carcass. That would undoubtedly make them angered.

"Don't worry." Davis chuckled in response, "The main mission reward is going to increase, not by a small amount but exponentially."

"What? Is that true?" Olas Windfall appeared stunned.

"You'll know soon enough."

Seeing Davis act mysterious, everyone inwardly scoffed that he was just fooling around or bragging without any knowledge.

But suddenly, all of them stopped traversing the tunnel as they looked into the distance.

There stood an army of giant Unfettered Ice Fiends, numbering in the thousands. They didn't even bother to hide anymore in order to ambush them, but their undulations were especially terrifying as they released Level Three Immortal King Stage aura.

Everyone became dead serious, thinking this wouldn't go easy.

Just as they tried to take action, the tunnel greatly shook, and a purple light flashed in the distance as though space was engulfed, causing a massive implosion to occur as everything inside that purple light collapsed.

"..."

When the true disciples saw what had happened, they couldn't help but shiver as their gaze fell on Nyx Godwin, who stood with his hands behind his back, his appearance carefree and utterly wild, yet, he eradicated thousands of Unfettered Ice Fiends in an instant.

"So that's the rumored Destruction Laws..."

Davis's eyes squinted into one of intense curiosity as he witnessed this scene.
