Divine Emperor of Death-Chapter 2708 Killing A Zenflame?

Scarlet flames caused the air to shimmer with crimson, illuminating the vast space with a bright, majestic glow. The air was hot enough to make an Immortal King's hair stand on end, and they would feel the heat of the flames against the bare skin of their neck, making it even more difficult to breathe.

Davis instantly felt his breath become stagnant in his throat, the searing hotness of the flames trying to overwhelm him. Back in the Mercurial Blitz Ice Valley, he felt the opposite of it, making his body feel ice-cold, but now, the searing heat made him instantly sweat.

Nonetheless, despite the massive skies he was surrounded by being engulfed in scarlet flames and the broken flying boat disintegrating in an instant, he didn't react at all.

A melodious voice resounded as the sound of ice forming could abruptly be heard. Simultaneously, a wave of ice surged from both sides of Davis and unfurled into a single giant icy sword bursting past the scarlet flames, instantly causing the flames to freeze.

However, he wasn't the one who shouted, as it was Tegon Zenflame who did and had his pupils dilate into tiny slits, exuding immense shock. He flapped his phoenix wings and hurriedly retreated.

However, the icy-robed woman behind him paid no heed and watched him continue to be encased in ice.

Tegon Zenflame's gaze shook.

Numerous questions popped up in his head. Like, how did they even find him flying in some random location? Especially when he had made an effort not to make a beeline into the Western Fire Phoenix Prefecture, as that would be highly suspicious.

Could it be that he had overlooked something?

But the most important question of it all was if he was going to die or not as he looked at their indifference.

Suddenly, he even spotted Yeyin standing beside them, looking at him in a cold light. Could it be that Zahara's half-sister had some way to find her? He imagined that must be it, clenching his teeth as he burned his blood essence.

Quickly, his body that was freezing over was like a fire that had oil poured over, causing scarlet flames to burst out heavily.

Tanya narrowed her eyes. She was way stronger than Tegon Zenflame, and due to the difference in power, she calculated her strength according to his level so that she doesn't accidentally kill him but make him suffer, but it seemed like he forced his way out of it by sacrificing his blood essence.

Tegon Zenflame pointed his finger at Yeyin as he revealed a disgusted smile.

Mistress Yeyin's eyes gleamed with a cold light. She couldn't believe the Fire Phoenix Clan would deign to kidnap one of its own, causing her to clench her fists furiously.

People make many mistakes in a panic, but this mistake made by Tegon Zenflame was a grave one but felicitous for him.
