Eternal Cultivation of Alchemy-Chapter 3436: A Few Weeks Later
With the value for the price of Alex’s pills being so high, the disciples of the Beast God’s palace poured out everything they had to get him to make the pills.
At one point, Alex even wondered if they were going to sell them elsewhere to earn money instead of using them all themselves, so he had each and every person swear an oath not to try and get rich off of him.
Once that was settled, he made them all their pills without any worries. Alex didn’t work much at all. Out of the month, he only worked for a single week. However, he spent everything he had in him within that single week, churning out thousands of pills.
Alex had earned well over 20 million Spirit Stones in just the first of the two weeks he planned on working. That amount alone would’ve been stunning to any of the other Immortals, but for him, it was just chump change.
The reward he had received from the Alchemy Tournament had been so much higher that millions of Spirit Stones were nothing to him now.
Still, he took all the money he could get, placing it all into his Soul Space. Pearl and the rest could use it for now to cultivate, before the World Tree could reach a level where she could sustain the Immortal Qi she produced.
After the first week of working, Alex met up with Whisker and Battlesage for a brief instant to discuss how far along they had gotten.
The mouse and the old man had apparently made it pretty far. Not only that, Battlesage had also noticed something he could do with the Azure Dragon’s dragon scale by making use of the spatial property it held.
He wasn’t fully sure what he could do just yet, but he told Alex what he wanted to make out of it. Upon hearing what the man wanted, Alex looked forward to his success.
Alex also fed the ever-so-hungry Pillbugs a good amount of blood and knew they could live without it for a while now. At that point, he could enter his cultivation session without worrying about anything else.
For the next 3 weeks, Alex was lost between cultivation and absorbing some more aura into his Creations. Since his Yellow Fog and Blank Canvas pills were the weakest, he focused on them for now.
They hardly improved in just 3 weeks’ time, but any progress was more than good enough for him at this stage. Even if they improved just a little bit, he would have the required threshold in all of his Creations to reach the next realm of the Immortal Transcendence Realm.
That, of course, also included the rest of his improvements outside of his mind, so there wasn’t really much of a hurry when he really thought about it.
After the 3 weeks had passed, Alex left his cultivation session for some time once again. During this period, he learned exactly when he was going to the Jade Lotus Island. He had a little over a month remaining, so it would be anytime now.
Alex once again started taking in requests for pills. The number of requests immediately shot up. Despite having made over 20 thousand pills last time, it appeared there were still many who wanted him to make various pills.
Some pills were a little more unique this time, causing Alex not to be able to make them in large batches. So, for the second week, he ended up making far fewer pills in total. Still, he easily crossed 10 million Spirit Stones in sales, and since he didn’t have to use his own ingredients, all of that was for him to keep.
With just 2 weeks of work, Alex had made over 30 million Spirit Stones, and that too with a very small price for each pill. If this were a regular shop, his sales would’ve easily reached over hundreds of millions.
And since he could easily do double or even triple of what he was doing right now in a month, his sales could even reach a billion Spirit Stones. That was something only the biggest alchemists could do.
After the second week of making pills was done, Alex once again visited Whisker and Battlesage. Battlesage had done more experiments with the Azure Dragon’s dragon scale by now and had more or less understood how he could use the spatial property within it.
He was certain now that what he wanted to do could be done. He just needed to figure out how.
After talking to them, Alex entered another 3-week cultivation session. He cultivated normally again, but this time he attempted to learn Sunfire as well. He needed to learn it soon so he could use it in his Dao Sword.
He had hopes that he would successfully create one soon enough.
After the 3 weeks of cultivation, Alex left his room once again. This time, he wouldn’t be returning to cultivation, as he would be leaving for the Jade Lotus Continent in just a few more days.
Alex went to talk to the Beast God or any of her beasts to figure out the exact day he would be leaving. He found the Beast God in her hall, but she wasn’t alone.
This time, Bladedance sat with her, enjoying the pleasant day.
"Master? You’re finally out," Alex said in surprise. Bladedance had been so lost in her cultivation session that he had thought it would take her much longer to return.
Bladedance’s cultivation base was much more stable now, according to what Alex could feel and see through his Demon Eyes. She was still very much weakened, but even weakened, she now had the power of a bona fide Celestial.
She didn’t feel as weak as she used to in the past.
Bladedance turned around and gave a single nod.
"I left my cultivation session 3 days ago," she explained. "You were cultivating too, from what I noticed. Did you finally finish?"
