The orbs in the sky began to emit pulsations, golden halos together with white tones spread throughout the place, dissipating the dense fog of the whole, but nevertheless the fog that completely covered the cursed throne remained firm in its place as if it were preventing the very corrupted divinity from being seen, trying to keep it hidden from everyone's eyes, but the divine energy of the place was dissipating it little by little.

"Is it not taboo what you are trying to do?" Elizabeth asked with a soft mischievous smile while she watched how the orbs around her formed a circumference, the white threads wove together forming a beautiful canvas.

"Taboo?" Emilia tilted her head a little and pursed her lips: "We have already committed taboo by entering the abyss, what more does it matter to commit another." She looked seriously around while sighing a little: "The celestial rules have already been broken a long time ago."

"Dealing with souls is not too difficult for us either." Seraphine's eyes shone while she watched the white mantle beginning to ripple as if it were rocking with the wind.

"The problem will be what we do with the cherub who is beginning to notice the anomaly." The sixth seraph pointed to a particular place far away from the cursed throne that was a few meters from them.

"We simply kill him," said Seraphine without giving much importance: "On the other hand..." Her gaze shone and her golden eyes lit up in flames: "Celestin, I have the feeling that something truly interesting will happen." 𝐟𝗿𝐞𝚎𝚠𝐞𝚋𝕟𝐨𝚟𝐞𝕝.𝕔𝕠𝚖

"A vision, eh?" Elizabeth felt drawn to ask further but remained silent, her gaze turned toward the mantle of threads that was beginning to take the shape of a young woman: "The soul of a lower being, truly easy to manipulate, now it only remains to..."

"Graft it," said Emilia while sighing again, she felt extremely annoyed about what she was about to do, opening the palm of her right hand an ice-white shard rose and gently pierced the chest of that female figure.

"The preparations are ready," the sixth seraph nodded his head and looked at Seraphine while the 9 wings behind her back expanded, white halos began to tear reality in front of her, the dark abyss covered in fog split apart and gave way to an image of reality.

"Now we only have to wait and see how all this ends," said Elizabeth while smiling from ear to ear.

Evelyn remained in silence while looking at the plate of food beneath her eyes, her thoughts were not so clear nor did she know where even to begin, she had to say something, she had to clarify this nightmare that had been tormenting her since childhood, she could not leave without giving it some kind of closure, but she felt extremely nervous and above all she was afraid, afraid to talk about it with this false father, something extremely ridiculous considering that he is not real at all.

The fear she had was of herself... what if something similar happened by not being able to control again her powers? To suffer the same vision? The same tragedy?

Evelyn bit hard her lower lip and her eyes began to fill with tears, she truly hated this, hated and felt resentment with herself, for everything she caused and caused to herself...

"Evelyn... tell me what's wrong? Are you okay?"

The voice full of concern of her father entered directly into her ears, Evelyn tried as much as she could to calm herself, she tried to breathe slowly but she could not either, she tried to look into her father's eyes but it was the same, every fiber of her being wanted to deny everything that was happening, wanted to close her eyes and ignore everything happening around her as she had always been doing, erase all people from her perception...

"N-no... I didn't want..."

It was the only thing that could come out of her lips, she felt how a knot formed in her throat preventing her from speaking completely...

Evelyn felt how the great dining hall around her faded, everything turned gray and a dense fog settled around her, but a warm hand rested on her shoulders, a hand that felt quite familiar.

"It was not your fault." The soft voice of her father was full of unconditional love, there was no kind of doubt in his voice, it was full of warmth without remorse and hatred in it.

Evelyn felt how her father's hand moved and rested on her head: "You don't have to keep blaming yourself, live and be happy, live without blaming yourself for anything, live and make me proud, live and smile at life."

Evelyn felt how the great weight she had carried on herself for years was dissipating little by little, her blurry eyes filled much more with tears, raising her head she barely was able to look at the figure of her father.

Trying to wipe the tears from her eyes, she felt her father's hand stop hers, staying totally still... her vision returned again, in front of her was her father's face, it had a great smile imprinted on it, while looking with affection at Evelyn, she was startled to see how her father's body began to release fragments of light while fading into nothingness.

His body was beginning to disappear, dissolving into small particles, her father's eyes were different, in them there was something that the previous false one did not have, as if he really knew what happened that day.

"Dad, I..." Evelyn tried to say something but he simply shook his head.

"It's okay, everything is okay, you don't have to say anything to me, don't worry about me, I am fine, worry about yourself and remember, you are not alone." Speaking softly he laughed under his breath: "Even if it is a little particular, you are not alone, you can trust in your friends." He put on a strange expression shortly after: "And forgive your mother, she suffers in the same way as you, I don't ask you to try to understand her, simply try to forgive her and remember Evelyn, dad loves you very much."

Evelyn nodded with her head and put on the best smile she could, even though it was sad it was sincere, even though she very much wanted to talk with her father she tried to give him that smile, that smile your father loved so much.
