"Rise and shine, sleepyheads." Ivy chimed, her voice forcing Aria and Noah to wake up from their slumber. They had no idea when they had gone to sleep. Google search 𝗳𝔯e𝒆𝙬𝘦𝙗𝓷o𝘷el. c૦𝑚

"Ouch...." Aria hissed his pain when she tried to move her head. After sleeping the entire night with her head on Noah's shoulder, her shoulder had gone numb, and it took her some time to adjust and sit straight.

"Ari, did you have to go through so much trouble just to stay with Noah all night? You could have taken a good nap in your office. I'm sure Noah would not have minded the private time." Ivy teased while Joshua coughed to hide his amusement. "I do not mind this situation, though. It is always nice to see love birds expressing their love to each other in such a way." Ivy teased and jabbed Aria's elbow mischievously.

"Are you done, or do you still have more nonsense to spout?" Aria frowned and rubbed her forehead as she attempted to get rid of her sleep. She felt lethargic, and all she wanted was to lie down and slumber.

"I do have a lot to tell you, or to put it better, to tease you. But I will stop myself for now. How's Senior Carter? Is he fine now?" Ivy turned serious and looked around before focusing on Noah who was still rubbing his neck to ease his anguish.

"He is out of danger but under observation. We will find out his actual condition when he wakes up." Aria mumbled and stifled a yawn as she rubbed her eyes.

"That's great to hear. You guys must be tired. Joshua and I will take charge. Go home, freshen up, rest for a while, and return when you have charged yourself up."

"But Grandpa..."

"We are here, Aria. Go now."

"Ronnie..." Joshua called the man who had not left the place the entire night as he stayed alert and guarded the couple closely. "Take these two away, and you..." Joshua stopped when he saw the man while Ivy's jaw dropped in shock.

"What the hell is wrong with you? Why do you look so haggard and...unhealthy?"

"Ronnie..." Noah's forehead creased when he saw Ronnie's state. His red eyes and eye bags clearly indicated that the man had not slept even for a moment the entire night. He had performed his duty as his guard, and Noah did not know what to say or how to react.

"You should leave too. You are insane." Joshua shook his head and let out a sigh. "Go, rest for some time, and don't return until your face looks presentable. I will inform you if there is anything here." Joshua folded his hands, his imposing expression forcing Aria and Noah to get up immediately.

"We are leaving; we are leaving. You do not have to be this imposing." Aria bit her cheek and grumbled lowly. "Call us if there is anything."

"Wait...Is Ian here?" Joshua queried and looked at his watch.

"He is in his office. He will be in charge of Grandpa until I return." Aria stifled another yawn, and that was the cue for Noah to take her away from the hospital. She seemed tired and spent, and he did not have to heart keep her awake any longer.

"Come with me." Noah stopped Aria before they split, and each went in their direction. "Come home with me, please."

"Noah...."

"Please, Aria." Noah pleaded, and Aria gave up protesting.

"Fine. I am too tired to argue and I will not deny that your bed is the best, especially when we cuddle to sleep."

"It's our bed, love. What's mine's yours and I'm glad you like it." This time, Noah did not dare tease her anymore for fear of his future. He still had a lot of things he wanted to do with her on their bed and did not wish to risk it by playing mischief at the wrong time.

Aria nodded at the nurse walking in before she followed Noah to his car.

It did not take long for them to reach Noah's mansion, and the moment they stepped out of the car, both Noah and Aria turned to Ronnie, who stood still in attention.

"Ronnie, you are going straight to bed and I will not have it any other way," Noah ordered and Ronnie stood silent.

"Noah is right, Ronnie. You are doing a brilliant job and we are glad and fortunate to have such an amazing person protecting us and looking out for us all the time. But neither Noah nor I would like it if it is at the expense of your health." Aria added and Ronnie raised his head to meet her gaze.

"You need to be healthy to do what you want and for that, you need to rest well. So now, go to sleep and don't you dare get out of bed without having a good rest of seven hours. Am I clear?" Aria narrowed her eyes and Ronnie nodded in reply instantly.

When his Boss himself had no courage to defy his lady Boss, how could he, a mere guard, defy her? That would be obnoxious and unacceptable.

"Go to your room. We will not leave until you do." She did not leave him any room to escape and Ronnie had no choice but to drag his body towards his room under the scrutinizing eyes of his Boss and Lady Boss.

"Ronnie is just too cute. Isn't he?" She chirped and Noah rolled his eyes, accepting his defeat in this regard. To the West family, Ronnie was cute and likable and could not help but find the situation hilarious.

'I wonder what you will say if you witness how he is when he is at the base. It would be interesting if you still call him cute then.'

"Shall we go to bed now? You need to sleep too." Noah reminded Aria and another yawn escaped her lips immediately.

"Yes, please. I am dead tired and don't wake me up until the sun sets. Cozy bed, here I come." Aria did not even wait for Noah to follow her and bolted towards the room to get her much needed sleep.
