Floating Island - Triple S Talent-Chapter 430: Sir Gold and Black
The circle spun, glowing brightly, and from within, a gigantic hand emerged, surging toward Raksa with unimaginable force.
Raksa, a colossal creature with an impossible body structure, did not remain idle. Its movement was slow yet terrifying. The front part of its body shifted—what was once a solid structure now transformed into a transparent, oval-like membrane. That protective layer pulsated gently, as if ready to absorb the impact of Aleron’s massive strike.
Aleron’s giant hand continued forward, colliding with Raksa’s defense at full force.
BOOM!
A shockwave exploded, rippling in all directions. The impact sent waves through the air, causing Lein’s cloak and hair to flutter wildly. He watched the scene before him with a serious gaze.
"Damn... how is that even possible...?" Lein muttered in disbelief. From afar, the movement of the massive hand seemed slow, as if it lacked any real momentum, yet the resulting impact was utterly devastating. The explosion was powerful enough to shake the surrounding space itself.
Meanwhile, on the other side, Tauriel was already hovering high in the void. Her green aura grew larger, forming a vast circle that emitted a soft yet dangerous glow. In an instant, thousands of green energy spheres were fired from within the circle, raining down upon the cosmic monsters surrounding the colossal Dragonfly.
Lein observed the scene with great interest. Aleron and Tauriel’s transformation was truly remarkable. He clenched his fists, feeling excitement swell within him.
"Alright, it’s time for us to move too!" he said enthusiastically, scanning the battlefield for a suitable target.
His eyes locked onto colossal Dragonfly at the center. The massive creature was being surrounded by Veyron and his two comrades. They fought with everything they had—star beasts, relentless attacks from battleships—yet none of it managed to break through colossal Dragonfly’s defense.
Not only did the monster absorb their attacks, but it also retaliated with lethal counterstrikes. Veyron and the others had to stay in constant motion, dodging the destructive barrage unleashed by the creature. Even their battleships were forced to keep their energy shields active to avoid being shattered into pieces.
Lein sighed inwardly. "This is insane..." he thought. He had always considered himself one of the strongest in the Divine Sky, even in all the territories he had explored. But watching three mid-tier kings fight with everything they had made him feel a rare sense of inadequacy.
However, instead of letting doubt consume him, his eyes burned with determination.
"I just need to obtain it... and I’ll reach that level too," he declared firmly.
He unsheathed both of his swords—one gold, one black—each pulsating with flickering light like a living heartbeat.
"Are you ready, Sir Gold? Sir Black?" he murmured with a small grin.
Without hesitation, his body shot forward at incredible speed, targeting one of the smaller cosmic monsters standing five meters tall. The creature had the head of a serpent, surrounded by writhing tentacles, each tipped with blinking red eyes that oozed a dark, poisonous liquid. In its right hand, it gripped a black spear with razor-sharp edges, exuding an aura of death.

"Alright, let’s see how this goes." Lein tightened his grip on his swords. With swift footwork, he lunged at the Void Swarm, golden and black energy surging from his blades, extending up to two meters in length.
Slash!
His first strike shot forward, followed by a shadowy afterimage from his passive skill. His blade sliced through the void, generating a force so intense that it shook the space around him.
As his sword reached the monster’s body…
An invisible shield suddenly materialized around the Void Swarm. Ripples of dark energy shimmered across its surface, absorbing the attack effortlessly, like a black hole consuming light.

Lein’s eyes narrowed as he read the notification. His brows furrowed. All of his attacks had been absorbed, not a single one managing to break through the monster’s defense.
"So, energy-based attacks are useless..." Lein gritted his teeth, his eyes narrowing with calculation. "Then how about physical attacks?"
Without hesitation, Lein accelerated his movements. The aura around his blades faded as he switched tactics. With a swift maneuver, he spun to the side, closing in on the Void Swarm from a blind spot.
Sret!

This time, his strike landed! A deep gash appeared on the Void Swarm’s arm, thick black blood oozing out, releasing a sharp, pungent odor.
"It worked!" Lein held his breath for a moment, ensuring that no one else had noticed his discovery. His gaze swept across the battlefield. Everyone was still preoccupied with their own battles.

With agility, Lein lunged forward again. Each of his movements was light, allowing him to move freely without using his sword’s energy. He relied solely on speed and precision, targeting the monster’s vital points without giving it a chance to defend itself.
The Void Swarm began to react. The monster leaped backward, attempting to evade. Occasionally, the black spear in its hand lashed out, trying to counter Lein’s attacks.
Suddenly, the spear glowed, and spatial energy gathered at its tip. Lein’s eyes narrowed as his instincts screamed a warning.
"Not good!"
The Void Swarm raised its spear, aiming it directly at Lein. A black light flickered along the weapon’s surface, and then…
Whoosh!
The spear shot forward like lightning, tearing through the fabric of space, flying straight toward Lein.
"A spear with tracking abilities?" Lein was startled. He hadn’t expected the monster to possess such a cunning attack.
Without hesitation, he hurled his golden sword upward. In an instant, a clone materialized in his place, sprinting in a different direction as a decoy.
However, the spear was not fooled.
"Dammit!" Lein cursed, realizing that the weapon remained locked onto his real body. There was no other choice.
He steeled himself, preparing to take the hit head-on.
Boommm!
A massive explosion shook the void. Shockwaves erupted from the point of impact, rippling outward in every direction.
