Forever Destined to the Silver Shadow-Chapter 302: Duality

Theo’s POV:

She stormed out of the room after hitting me without even giving a second thought. Even though her slap didn’t affect me, I was offended that she doesn’t trust my words. I sighed to myself and went to the Siren Queen’s chamber.

When I got in the chamber, I found Cynthia writing a letter with her quill. My blood almost boiled when I peeked at the letter she was writing. She is begging the Demon Queen for an alliance. I immediately snatched the letter from her and I was about to tear it up.

"Theo, I dare you to not do that! Give me the letter back," she shouted.

"No," I shook my head and continued to shred the letter. "I won’t allow you to do this. The Demon Queen and her daughter have wronged Celestia and me in the past. This alliance would definitely not work!"

"That is not true! The Demon Queen was manipulated by Oberon and you know that—"

She had a point! The wicked Oberon always used Lilith to do his dirty needs. He sometimes instructed Lilin to attack Celestia just to scare her and put her in line. Lilith might be the Queen of Darkness, but the real darkness lies inside Oberon!

"I agree with you, Cynthia! But you need to understand that we can’t completely trust them now ..."

"Leave that to me, Theo! You just focus on your work. That is important," she said.

I wasn’t comfortable standing there anymore as I realized what she actually meant. I nodded blanky and walked away from her chamber. I should somehow convince Celestia! She is naive as she doesn’t know the truth about herself! This is the time to enlighten her.

Celestia was in the library downstairs reading something about rocks. She is exactly where I want her to be! She curled her lips and turned away from me when I went near her. In her mind, she was thinking that I was here to seduce her like I always do.

"I am not here to seduce you, Celestia," I said. "I am here to enlighten you about yourself." 𝗳𝚛𝗲𝕖𝕨𝕖𝗯𝚗𝚘𝕧𝕖𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝕞

"What the heck are you trying to say? Are you saying that I gain power by sleeping with you?"

I shook my head side to side and went to a book rack. I took out the book that was old and slightly heavy and I gave it to her.

"Everything that I am going to say now is true and the proof is right in this book," I said to her.

"Concept of Dualism?" she gasped and looked at me. "This one sounds like a theoretical physics book to me—"

"It is not physics, my love! It is biology," I smiled slightly even though I didn’t want to.

She opened the book and read a few pages of it. She tried hard to understand what was written but she couldn’t. It is not her fault! The texts are in the ancient language and it took me a lot of time to decipher everything that was written in it.

She sighed deeply and placed the book on the table. "Can you explain what the hell is this?"

"Well, Celestia! It is not hell. It is heaven and without this heaven, no living being could have come into existence in this universe. It is the force of life and through this, all the entities were created—"

I confused her even more with my explanation. She placed the book on the table before her and sat down on the chair. Poor thing! Perhaps I should stop beating around the bush and come straight to the point.

"Listen to me Celestia," I began and sat next to her in the chair. "Even in the mortal world, everyone must be aware of the term duality."

"Yeah! But I forgot everything that I learned there," she sighed.

"Fine! I’ll explain it to you in simple words! You know in order to create a life, two opposite genders have to get together."

"Yeah," she nodded. "So? How is this related to our situation? Are you saying that we should make babies?"

"Not exactly! But that seems like a good idea. We will think about that later," I smiled. "But for now we both should get connected for a different purpose. You and I are not normal entities like others. You are an Angel and I am an Anti-Angel now. We both are like exact opposites of each other based on our powers and genders. And when we both connect, I believe that both of our powers will be awakened to the full extent."

"Okay let me get this straight!" Celestia said. "You are saying that I would have to have sex with you to increase my powers. But I have already slept with you many times before. I don’t think anything bizarre happened!"

"Oh really?" I smirked. "Did you forget that you got your feeble sparks back after you slept with me? You attacked Amelia with it and tried to melt Darius’s cell. Do you remember?"

She rolled her eyes as the realization struck her. "You are right," she gasped. "I got my sparks the very next day I slept with you."

She fell silent in awe and her mind thought about all the time she felt a surge in her powers. In her past life, she unleashed her angelic powers immediately after she offered herself to me. Whenever she is away from me, her powers get diminished. I did want to help her at those times—but she was so stubborn to get help from me.

"How is this possible?!" she exclaimed. "And how are you able to give me powers after we...?!"

"Well, my love! That is called duality. We both are opposite forces that are destined to connect and enhance each other."

I held her hand and continued with my speech. "And that is one of the reasons why we both desire each other, Celestia. Even if you get angry with me in your mind, your body will always desire for me—"
