From a Talentless nobody to An SSS Class Dragon-Chapter 195: An 11 Year Old Junker

Minami left the garage after that and I got back to working on my stuff as usual. Except I did say I’d make her one of these little robots as well.

Guess I’m a sucker when it comes to people that I care about, just feels normal. So I got up and began my search for any parts I could use to make another one.

Moe did help me with the search through the garage but we didn’t find a single thing.

I’m guessing I’ll probably have to go back to the junkyard at some point. That’ll probably be a good thing to do tomorrow so that I can search in the daytime.

Searching at night would probably be a pain. I don’t really like the idea of being there at night either, especially when I can barely find things during the day.

I also don’t think the worker will let a kid like me in.

I took a glance at the clock. 7:45 PM. It was definitely a lot later than I expected it to be. Working in this garage with the door closed all day makes it impossible to tell the time.

"I have an idea." Moe speaks up, a little hard to hear at first.

I completely forgot Moe could speak for a moment there, mostly because it has been completely quiet this whole time.

I turn towards Moe, he seems to be standing on top of one of the piles of scrap. "What’s your idea?" I ask with a curious tone.

He holds up a tiny little screen and a circular piece of metal.

We do have something that can be used here after all. I genuinely didn’t think there was anything I could use but it might be because I’m not thinking about it the right way.

I’ve got to stop thinking like a normal old 11 year old, I need to think like a junker.

"That’ll work. Let’s get to it." I say with some confidence.

We got to work on the new little robot for my sister, it was definitely quite the project. I had to do something I wasn’t really used to just yet. Welding. But the mini one I have does the trick perfectly.

Moe also can help with that if I have any problems doing it myself. But after about an hour it was finally done.

The tiny robot was completely done but it still needed to have some programming done.

"Moe come over here. I’m going to do a slight copy of your programming, but I’ll make a few small changes for the new one." I say while tapping on the keys.

Watching all the different code run across the screen was definitely nice, it made me feel quite accomplished. I’ve been practicing programming and working with stuff for years now.

I’d like to make good use of everything, as much as possible. Beep!! Everything was reading perfectly on the computer.

I didn’t think I’d be doing anything like this but I’m glad that I can. School wasn’t really for me so this is the best possible outcome that I could’ve gotten.

Stop lying to yourself.

Quickly I look around for any sign of the strange voice I heard but don’t see a single thing. Moe definitely didn’t say that and neither did my sisters new little robot.

The room was empty, no one else is in here either. It definitely confuses me quite a bit, but that isn’t the main focus anyway.

I unplugged her robot and made sure it was capable of powering on. This robot and Moe both have a good battery inside them so they’ll last awhile before needing a charge.

The clock next to me felt like it was lying to me. 11:47 PM. Time really went by that much in such a short span of time.

I didn’t think so many hours went by as I was busy tinkering away with this thing. Time to get some sleep for the night. Any other fine tuning can be done tomorrow when I wake up.

Minami would rather it be perfect anyway so I don’t want to give her something that is unfinished.

I give a little pat on Moe’s head. "Goodnight Moe." I say quietly.

"Goodnight Roku." Moe replies before taking a step back onto his charger. 𝘧𝓇ℯℯ𝑤ℯ𝘣𝓃ℴ𝓋𝑒𝑙.𝑐𝘰𝑚

After reaching my room I felt kind of strange for a moment, almost like the room around me was spinning all of a sudden. A strange tingling feeling was also going throughout my body.

I don’t really feel that great for some reason... Probably would be best to get to my bed, some rest might help...

I stumble across the room until I fall onto my bed. The feeling wasn’t going away so sleep was the best way to get rid of it. I close my eyes and try to get some rest for the night.

Everything around me disappears within a few moments and once again I’m within that dark place. I haven’t seen this place in years so why would I be seeing it all of a sudden again.

I remember I saw some strange monster in here the last time that I was here. This isn’t a place that is good for me to be in at all.

I’ll have to try to find that guy who saved me from this whole place but I don’t know if he is even still here. A lot of time has passed and I don’t even know how things work here.

Are you really going to keep playing this game? Why can’t you wake up!!!

This reality of yours is bullshit.

I don’t really understand what’s going on but that voice is echoing in my head. It is kind of giving me a headache.

There isn’t anyone around me either. The darkness is all I can see and there doesn’t seem to be any buildings in the distance either.

I can feel the panic slowly rising within my body again...
