His eyes screamed in horror when he realized Myles was staring at him with a calm smile.

As much as how he wanted to talk with Myles, his eyes remained open and he was unable to move it.

He could only gaze at Myles in terror.

His mind turned blank when Myles began to walk towards him.

Myles crossed his legs and simply waited for the Commander of the Brand Templars to regain consciousness.

The Commander soon opened his eyes. When they regained clarity, he swept his gaze and was startled to see Myles staring at him with a solemn expression.

He hopped off from his bed and kneeled at him and banged his head to the floor.

He shouted, "I deeply apologized for my rude behavior, Master!"

Myles was stunned. He did not expect that he would kowtow in front of him.

This is the first.

Myles wondered why he acted that way, so he asked, "Why are you excessively apologetic to me? Did you know something?"

The Commander of the Brand Templar was stunned.

Without hesitation, he hastily said, "Y-You are none other than the prophecy of the Veyr'Thal race. You are the future Demon God."

The surrounding demon knights were stunned. They failed to realize that Myles was actually far from the Emperor status he desired to have.

He was the future Demon God, above a mere mortal title!

They were shaken. They did not expect the revelation at all.

After all, when they submitted to Myles, they simply had the urge to please him at all cost, and treat him how he wanted to be treated.

The Ancient Demon of Gluttony has consumed pretty much everything they possessed—animosity, bland impression, and more that could offend Myles.

Inevitably, they were replaced by the desire to please Myles and follow every of his instructions.

They felt like deep in their soul, if they refused to serve Myles and received his retribution, they would certainly die.

On the other hand, if they continued to serve him, they would reach greater heights.

Far taller than what the Demon King could provide a future to them.

It was one of the reasons why they were now willing to serve Myles after they lost to him.

However, what they did not expect was that Myles was the future Demon God—prophesized by the Veyr'Thal race.

If it was true, then the instinctual desire to achieve greater achievements so long they serve Myles was actually not just a dream.

Without hesitation, like the Commander of the Brand Templar, every knight present, including the knight captain, kneeled and bang their heads to the floor simultaneously.
