Soon he was shocked that he was found by one of them so soon. Hearing the warning he panicked but did not show it on his face as he walked out. There was no point in hiding anymore if the woman had already found him.

When he walked out of the shade Yuan Ming was stunned seeing the beautiful appearance of the two female disciples in front of him. He had never seen anyone more beautiful than them except that Ruo'er he saw in the championship. Even though most of their facial features were covered by a veil he could tell that they were extremely beautiful just from their face structure and eyes..

"Do you think I would believe that a third level of Qi gathering cultivator is able to hunt in the area where mostly peak qi gathering realm spirit beasts roam around." her cold voice turned colder as she spoke his line.

Xueyan also narrowed her eyes a little but soon calmed down after what she had faced a few days ago, this was nothing. Yuan Ming silently cursed himself for such a blunder in his mind but his expression did not change on the outside.

"I was chasing a beast that escaped in this area but it seems the beast escaped." scratching the back of his head Yuan Ming replied with an embarrassed expression. He wanted to make them believe his story and it might have worked if they had not met 'him'.

"Do you think I will believe what you say?" Jiang Shi still continued to put pressure on Yuan Ming, causing his expression to turn solemn. She was still angered with the slap mark on her face and she wanted to vent her frustration on someone. She was never even scolded by her father or anyone let alone being slapped on the face.

Although it sounds unfair and unjust this is what the cultivation world was. The weak are the prey of the strong.

"What do you want then?" gritting his teeth Yuan Ming exclaimed as he looked at the girl in front of him coldly. "If you manage to withstand my strike you are free to leave." Her words made Yuan Ming realize that he was a cultivator now and he had to listen to strong people to survive or he himself had to get strong! Stronger than anyone!!

Even Xueyan did not interrupt or stop the argument. what her junior sister did had nothing to do with her. She could only pity the youngster for his bad luck but due to her cultivation technique that too seemed difficult for her.

Yuan Ming's figure flew backwards as he coughed up blood mid air. Before he could collide with the tree Xueyan moved and caught him from behind.

Yuan Ming braced for the impact and waited for himself to collide with the tree but he felt himself collide with something soft instead. When he turned to see he saw the beautiful woman caught him from behind using her qi.

The wind blew and he was able to see some of her facial features including her juicy and moist lips. Her appearance entranced him that he even forgot to breathe. Unaware of the boy's thoughts she made him land on the ground.

It wasn't until his feet touched solid ground Yuan Ming came out of his shock and a light blush appeared on his face.

Jiang Shi got frustrated seeing her senior sister save the boy but did not say anything for now.

Xueyan brought out a bottle of pill from her pouch and levitated it towards the boy using her qi and spoke. "Use these Qi replenishing and healing pills to recover. Since the agreement is fulfilled, you can leave now."

Her cold voice struck Yuan Ming's heart but Xueyan ignored the boy and walked towards her junior sister before saying. "Let's go!"

"Senior sister, why did you save him? didn't you see how he was looking at you?" Jiang Shi's cold tone had a hint of frustration inside of it.

Hearing this tone she shook her head and did not say anything in return as she continued to walk at moderate speed, but inwardly she was recalling the words of the handsome boy she had met before. "I can see their pride, anger, arrogance, everything is on the surface plain as day."

Those words echoed in her heart as she imagined him saying that, there was even a small blush that surfaced her face.
