Chapter 213: Chapter 116: Territory Planning and Strange Hail

Yi Tian’s internal clock was spot on—five o’clock, awake right on time. The moment he got up off the sofa, his head was still totally foggy.

This... was that really wine?

Felt more like some kind of knockout drug!

Or maybe his alcohol tolerance was just trash?

Back on Earth, not to say he could down a thousand shots, but two bottles of Snow Beer never knocked him out!

Forget it, let the Little Kiddo crew finish off the Spirit Fruit Wine. The King’s Wine? Nope, not letting those munchkins touch it.

A single bottle of Spirit Fruit Wine should be enough to boost Kiddo, Liyue, and Qixin’s three-dimensional stats by five each.

This stuff’s really intense!

"Huh, I’ve got a blanket on me—who the heck covered me up?"

Yi Tian finished his sword practice almost at noon. Little Kiddo was already fast asleep.

Probably Liyue or Qixin who tucked him in.

Nice, at least his pampering hasn’t been for nothing.

Day twenty-eight of summer.

After a grueling morning of training, Yi Tian could finally feel himself about to suddenly hit Minor Achievement in the World-Edge Sword.

Damn, this is hard!

SS-level Celestial Ice Palm and Celestial Flame Palm still lag way behind Unrivaled Three Swords.

Yi Tian didn’t force it, and downed another cup of Enlightenment Tea.

All in due time—by the day after tomorrow at the latest, Yi Tian would break through.

Strength +2, Constitution +1, Spiritual Power +2.

This morning’s progress was absolutely unprecedented.

With Osmanthus Wine and Hundred Flowers Spirit Honey, he was fired up for another day.

Yi Tian went to the southeast corner of the outer city; he spent 800,000 Celestial Dao Coins at the auction house to buy design blueprints for three large Alloy Warehouses and one large Boutique Warehouse.

The three large Alloy Warehouses were lined up in a row.

He left a spot open, then built the large Boutique Warehouse.

Total cost: 30 million Celestial Dao Coins.

Territory Points increased by 11,000.

These three large Alloy Warehouses, plus the old one he already had.

Each was for storing stone, wood, metal, and the last one for miscellaneous stuff like hide, tendons, plastic, glass, Fish-eating Stork feathers, and so on.

The large Boutique Warehouse was different from the original medium-sized one.

The large Boutique Warehouse had five floors above ground, two underground.

Used for storing Divine Weapons, Beast Cores, Black Undead Bone Tempering Powder, Siege Ropes, etc.

While the medium Boutique Warehouse stored healing Heavenly and Earthly Treasures, pharmaceuticals, diamonds, Platinum, Stone of the King, Special Metals, Sealed Celestial Dao Stones, Star Pills, Star Beads, and more.

And of course, inside Yi Tian’s own villa he had a personal mini-warehouse, usually keeping design blueprints, Demon Refining Mirror, Spirit Demon Beads, Skill Upgrade Scrolls, Celestial Dao Contracts, Spirit Fruit, Wood Spirit Liquid, some beads—basically Yi Tian’s personal stuff.

At the time he’d agreed on with the Bright Island Steward—

Yi Tian had people and beastfolk escort the Demon Wolf captives to the stone warehouse. As soon as the Demon Wolf captives were gone, one million Top-level Stone Bright Stones were neatly stacked in one corner of the large stone warehouse.

Half an hour later, Ta Fang told Yi Tian that the clan had finished their discussions.

Deal’s good to go!

2.3 million High-Level Wood, 100,000 Top-grade Wood.

Wood was a lot more expensive than stone.

Unlike stone, High-Level Wood never even showed up in the auction house.

Yi Tian couldn’t buy it even if he wanted to.

Not to mention, the Longlong Tribe even brought out a hundred thousand Top-grade Wood—furniture built from this grade would give a big territory point boost.

Yi Tian didn’t haggle with Ta Fang. Once the Limon Beastmen had been escorted to the wood warehouse, finally free from the Demon Lord’s oppression, they thought their suffering was over.

2.3 million High-Level Wood, 100,000 Top-grade Wood split and placed in separate zones.

Ta Fang hadn’t lied—ordinary status wood only counted as 10 units per log. The Longlong Tribe’s traded wood, some logs could count for 50 units, even 80 units.

If it weren’t for the Construction Platform, these woods would be top-tier materials for manual building.

Makes furniture-building a breeze. On Earth, this kind of massive top-grade wood was like Sui Bead or jade—utterly priceless.

Too bad the Construction Platform doesn’t care...

"Deploying local-range Construction Adjustment Stone."

Yi Tian told Dragon Sparrow Guard not to head home, had all the Elemental Warriors sortie from the Warrior Pavilion, and then issued the command for the Celestial Dao Stone.

"Local-range Construction Adjustment Stone activated. The Lord has two hours to rearrange buildings." Celestial Dao Stone prompted Yi Tian.

Then the local adjustment stone burst open, turning into a Light Curtain, centered on Yi Tian, covering every last building in twenty square kilometers.

Yi Tian used his mind to tweak building layouts. Once done, the Celestial Dao Stone would show how much construction material was needed to offset moving loss.

As long as the materials were prepped, the city could be instantly transformed.

Inside the War Manor, the large Alloy Warehouses lined up together with the other three warehouses.

The four large Alloy Warehouses sat beside the large Boutique Warehouse, and then Yi Tian placed the medium Boutique Warehouse right next to the large one.

Out front of the warehouse sector, he planned out an area for grain. Yi Tian spent another five million Celestial Dao Coins to build a large granary that could hold ten million kilograms of food, raising territory points by 3,000.

The large granary stood next to the medium granary, and the food processing plant was set up right in front of the medium granary.

Clothing workshop went in front of the medium Boutique Warehouse.

Seed nurturing chamber went in front of the large Boutique Warehouse.

This big area was planned out perfectly—everything organized and neat, plus greenery for transplanting some beautiful High-level Trees.

The treasury sat right at the southern edge of the War Manor, snug up against the small southern city wall.

The ice storage went to the War Manor’s north side, up against the small city and next to the large manor.

Biogas tanks were relocated near the southern orchard, and another five million Celestial Dao Coins spent to build a beefed-up, solar-powered auto-cleaning biogas tank. Territory points up by 1,000.

Would cost a fair bit in pipe materials, but Yi Tian couldn’t care less about the expense.

The Wealth Tower was apparently due for an upgrade, so it wouldn’t do to leave it in a corner. Yi Tian put it right between the large manor and the training ground.
