?Like all worlds, the broken world consists of continents, but the broken world has only four continents: Eastern, Western, Northern, and Southern. The Ju Empire is only situated in the eastern continent as they rule below the powerful sects and private families. Other influential families and powerful sects reign over the other continents, but with different lifestyles and traditions from the eastern cultivators as they live in completely different environments and geolocations.

Two thousand decades ago, the invasion of the demons obligated the four continents to ally. However, in battling the demons, each continent and their respective powerhouses suffered losses that still impact their legacy to the present day. With the death of thousands of sages and even a couple of full immortals(Not True Immortals), they could only pressure the demons using powerful cultivation techniques and heavenly treasures till they were thrown from the lower realm.

The southern continent is the home to one of the strongest human warriors in the broken world. This continent is the hottest among the other continents, with a desert covering sixty percent of the land and a sun that shone with extreme heat. But even with all these disadvantages, the people of the southern continent still live with complete comfort and satisfaction as they live their daily lives unworried.

At a certain location in the southern continent, a desert that stretched for hundreds of miles could be seen as the sun brightly shone in the sky with extreme heat. But this desert sand wasn't the usual desert sand; this sand of the southern continent had whitish color or, more to say, it was white instead of yellow or brown.

"Ha, cmon, you suckers."

At a remote area in the desert, a loud shout bellowed out as a big lizard-like creature flew in the air as if sent flying. The next second, multiple lizard-like creatures began flying in the air in different directions, as some even had sliced tails and headless bodies. The lizard-like creatures weren't much different from regular reptiles; the only significant deviation was their body mass. The smallest of the creatures is compared to an adult elephant in size.

With how enormous the smallest of the lizard-like creatures were, one could imagine how big the average sizes and the bigger lizards were as they can only compare to the size of half a colossal titan or less. But the main fact was that these creatures weren't the average size of desert reptiles. The flying creatures fell on the desert sand as a green liquid which seemed to be their blood gushed from their sliced body parts. 𝗳𝓇ℯe𝓌𝚎𝚋𝓃𝚘𝚟𝘦𝑙.𝑐𝚘𝙢

"Cmon, bring me more."

Again the same voice rang out as more lizard creatures flew in the air. From a distance, one could see a man fighting hundreds of the lizard creatures as they rushed at him in masses as if endless; the creatures seemed to be spawning from a desert mountain that stretched for hundreds of meters and deeply rooted in the ground. Although plenty in number, the lizard creatures weren't a match for the man as they got eliminated effortlessly by the man.

"Desert Punch."

BOOMPOOSHH!

The man's voice rang out one last time as the sand within a twenty meters radius quickly gathered behind him in a spiraling fashion; the sand formed into a fist as it was sent at the incoming creatures. A boom and sand splashing sound reverberated as the 'desert punch' instantly obliterated the incoming lizard creatures. Green blood splashed on the ground as it was covered the next second with more sand.

The man who massacred all these creatures stood in the middle of the dead bodies of the lizard creatures as the heart of one of the creatures stayed on his left hand. His arms were covered in green blood as he calmly breathed as if he wasn't fighting hundreds of creatures seconds ago. The man stood at an estimated height of 6'3"; he had a handsome rough face, a slim body, with a slightly pointy nose. He had a dark complexion with gold shade eyes. He had an uppercut hairstyle with dreads on top.

The man watched the heart in his left hand as he threw it after; he turned in a certain direction with a happy smile as he spoke.

"Mother, what do you think."

The man maintained his expression as he awaited a response. Far in the distance, a woman floated in the sky with a calm expression; she looked below at the man as she assumed a slight smile. The woman also had dreads like the man; her dreads could reach her neck as it lay on her right shoulder. Like the man, the woman was also dark in complexion; only her skin was more smooth and clean like heavenly chocolate.

The woman had the beautiful looks of someone in her mid-thirties. She wore a battle dress with bracelets attached to her arms; her dreads contained gold strings twisted in them. She had blue eyes and an estimated height of 5'11"; she had a slim body and an average ass. But despite her lack of boobs and ass, she was beautiful enough to be compared to an angel. The woman floated in the sky as she looked at the man below; she had a slight smile as she spoke.

"Not bad, Drucius, today marks the completion of your training after nineteen years, since you can now access a percent of our clan's origin strength. The bracelets stay on; you still need them to hold you back from accidentally killing mundane humans on other continents."

"But mother, I have been wearing these bracelets for nine years now, and they weigh ten thousand tons each; cant I at least remove one?"

The man, who is now a kid, complained as he spoke to his mother. According to their conversation, one could assume these two are from a dark skin race whose origins are unknown, and they possess unbelievable strength as a nineteen-year-old could wear a ten thousand ton bracelet. He wore four bracelets, two on the arms and the other two on the ankles. And from the normal expression of the kid, he wasn't struggling or suffering with them the least.

The woman slowly descended as she came closer to the boy, whose name was Drucius. Her aura presence was unsensible as she didn't exude any Qi pressure; she hovered over her son as she stretched her left arm and spoke with a serious expression. The sand in the surroundings began slowly rising as the woman stood before her son.

"Kneel and receive your reward."

Drucius immediately assumed a serious expression when the woman's expression changed as he knelt before his mother; his smiley face was no more as he looked completely different from the kid earlier. He knelt on one knee as he bowed his head.

"In order of the Heavenly Sun clan, I, Drisilia Apkaldrisk, bestow you, Drucius Apkaldrisk, the right to call yourself a member of the Heavenly Sun clan."

The sand within a hundred-meter radius instantly cleared as the bare ground could be seen, the woman's voice wasn't loud, but her words echoed in the surroundings. Cracks began forming where the two were as they spread further in the distance; the desert mountain wasn't an exception as it also had cracks formed on it. The heat in the desert intensified as one could see the sun magnifying towards the two, but even with such heat, Drucius and his mother remained unfazed the least.

Drucius felt the environment becoming hotter and brighter as he raised his head; the next instant, a sun symbol began etching on his body as it spread all over his dark skin body. Drucius wore armor with a classical design on the front and back; if one investigated, one would notice the design wasn't far from an Egyptian armor. But still, with how intense the sun was, the armor began melting on Drucius as it fell on the ground; only the bracelets weren't melted due to the unknown material they were made with.

The sun symbols were etched on the back of Drucius' left and right hand and were connected to a much bigger sun symbol on his back. Drucius remained on his knees until the sun etching process was finished; he slowly stood as his half-naked body now had a much grander aura than the previous Drucius. He now looked like a god with three sun symbols etched on his body.

"Let's head for the city; your father will be waiting."

The woman retracted her left arm as she spoke. Her expression was the same even when the etching event happened; from her unreactive attitude, one could assume she was stronger than her son. Even after her son now had an overwhelming dominating presence, she was still insensible. The sun in the sky slowly pulled back as the heat on the continent reduced. The woman watched as her son was fascinated at the sun symbols on his body.

"Wait till you see the other clan members; yours will be nothing, especially if compared to your father's."

Drisilia spoke as she slowly put on a proud expression while mocking her son. But while gazing at her son, Drisilia felt strange energy leaking from the space above; she looked up and saw something bizarre. Drucius also looked up after he felt the same strange energy.

Above the southern continent, dark energy began leaking directly from within the void in the middle of the desert where Drucius and his mother were. The surrounding Qi also began gathering at that leaking demonic energy; seconds later, a tiny dark portal began forming as it enlarged every second; within a dozen seconds, the portal enlarged a hundred times its initial size as a being stepped out.

The being that stepped from within the void had purple skin with two horns pointing from his forehead; black lines were going across his body and arms as his two gigantic demon wings spread open behind him. He had completely black eyes with short hair; he was half-naked as his massive body hovered in the sky.

The being closed his eyes and deeply inhaled as he felt the demonic Qi in this realm enter his lungs; he opened his eyes and looked at his surroundings. He snapped his fingers as the next instant; multiple other portals began appearing at the center of the desert; the portals kept multiplying as within ten seconds, one could see over thousands of portals opened across the face of the desert.

The next moment, demonic creatures with different sizes and physical characteristics began spawning from the portals. Different types of demons emerged from the portals as they occupied the millions of miles of desert land. From afar, one could see the demons continuously spreading across the desert as their numbers became uncountable. Some of the demons knowledgeable of were dragons, humanoid primates, and even half-human half-demon creatures.

Three hundred meters away from the emerged creatures, Drucius and his mother Drisilia watched as they witnessed the arrival of the demons. The creatures didn't immediately act but stood in formations and order as if waiting for orders. Among the millions of creatures, they could see some demons flying above the other demons as if they were commanders over their respective armies.

Above the millions of creatures who now slowly approached billions, the demon with the largest wings hovered as he watched his army; below him were hundreds of thousands of other demons with different physical traits, but these beings flew below the demon leader above them. The leading demon exhaled as black demonic Qi gushed from his mouth, and he spoke.

"After conquering millions of other realms for two hundred centuries, it's finally time I recorrect my failures."

The demon spoke as the space trembled from his Qi presence; he scanned his surroundings and noticed two different Qi presences within a thousand-meter radius. He didn't react; he smirked as he instantaneously appeared over the mother and son, but upon coming closer to the two, he noticed something as he asked in his deep demonic male tone.

"From your skin tone, this must be the southern continent, and you must be from that annoying clan, the Heavenly Sun clan. Correct?"

Drucius and his mother saw the demon appear before them as he asked in the language of the broken world, his massive wings closed as he awaited his confirmation. But even when confronted by the demon, they weren't fazed by the demon or his army the least. Drisilia was still hovering as she slowly rose to the same height as the leading demon; she had a calm expression as she replied.

"Yes, we are from the Heavenly Sun clan. May I know who is asking?" 𝘧𝔯e𝗲𝙬ℯ𝙗𝓷o𝘷e𝗹.𝐜𝑜𝒎

With a calm expression, Drisilia spoke to the demon. The demon wasn't surprised the least by the woman's reaction; he knew the Heavenly Sun clan and their otherworldly methods. But unlike the expected actions of a demon, the demon nodded his head as he spoke calmly. His demonic Qi pressure slowly rose as his voice reverberated in the entire realm of the broken world.

"The new ruler of this realm."
