Greatest Streamer System-Chapter 320 - – Cheat Called Talent
Atlas stood on a sand dune without trying to take cover. He scanned the area quickly before looking at some boulders in the area.
"There is no need to hide." He said calmly, "It's 3 v 1 anyway. Let's get it done quickly."
His words didn't manage to convince the enemies. They were still wary of him and his skill. No one underestimated this man, especially the teams who joined the Scrim.
'It seems they don't want to show up.' Atlas thought as he sighed, 'This is so tiring, so I don't want to do this. But it seems I have no choice.'

Having 100% SR wasn't something good. The load in the brain was worse than usual, so he usually limited his SR to 98 or 98.5% at maximum by using the VR Capsule setting. That way, he could play the game longer.
However, this was a final match. At most, this match would only last for an hour. Pushing himself a little bit wouldn't be a problem, though he had to drink another nutritional supplement right after.
'Two behind the big boulder on my right and one behind the smaller one on my left.'
Having senses no different, even enhanced from IRL, he managed to locate his enemies based on the track they left behind on the sand.
Atlas took out a bio-chemical grenade and immediately threw it to the left, at the lone enemy hiding behind the smaller boulder. The effect spread fast. Green smoke rose from the grenade and covered the area.
While it couldn't damage a player due to their helmet and air-tight costume, it worked wonderfully to disturb their sight. He immediately moved once the smoke spread and lunged inside. His rifle was ready in hand, and he shot a moving shadow once he saw it.
"Ahh!"
The shadow raised his voice as the bullets riddled his body and downed him. His vitals turned red at once, and he did not get a chance to react.
"Shit!"
Two people hiding behind the large boulder stepped out.
"I told you we should stick together!" One of them bellowed and rained the small boulder with bullets.
Another one stepped forward to cover the downed player and tried to revive him. But once he was separated from his friend, another bio-chemical grenade burst open and green smoke filled the air.
Atlas didn't shy away from the chance he created and dashed forward. He sent bullets flying toward the guy in the front as a grenade flew in the air toward the last guy. It exploded mid-air and sent the man flying, stopping the cover fire.
Using this chance, he killed the guy who tried to revive the first one and shot the last guy straight in the head. 30 seconds were all he took to take care of them. He used another 10 seconds to kill them permanently before running back to the base to assist Flexy.
Explosions rang in the distance. Gray dust sent flying into the air, creating a strange spectacle for everyone to see.
Seeing this spectacle, Atlas couldn't help but chuckle.
"What a way to defend the base." He said, "I don't think I have to assist him. Everyone will die from that amount of explosions." freeweɓnovel.cøm
After a few seconds of running back to the base at full speed, Atlas climbed the wall with a grappling gun. He looked at the situation from above and found that Flexy was sitting with his knee up and looking at him.
"Yo, took you long enough." The orange-haired guy smirked and raised his chin. "I am done with this place way before you arrive."
"It seems so," Atlas replied as he approached him and looked down to see the damage done to the surroundings.
Many deep craters formed here and there, with some carcasses and blood from cockroaches spilling everywhere.
"You really go all out, huh? Not even a single cockroach survives."
"Heh, art is an explosion."
"I can't say I disagree. I also use many explosions in Horizon Online."
"Hahaha! I know that you would agree." Flexy laughed freely and stood up. "But that's done. We just need to relax and deal with the waves. Those two will be able to finish everything alone, right?"
"They should be if Ferin didn't mess up. I was a bit worried when her vital turned red for a moment."
"That was really scary. I heard she got caught off guard, and the enemy retaliated a little." The orange-haired streamer explained as he took some rifle ammo from the ground and resupplied his backpack. "Breeze is doing pretty well reacting to that."
"You're right." Atlas agreed with it.
If Ferin was alone, she tended to mess things up at the most critical moment. That was why they made her work together with Max as much as possible. The best decision Flexy had ever made as a leader.
"The elimination system is really kind to us." Flexy grinned.

"It's over," Paul said as he looked at the game that was ongoing on the screen. "Team Jokegon and bigSACK lost 3 members. MWRifle and the other 3 teams also lost 2 members. They begin to fight each other to get top ranking. They know they wouldn't survive past the 6th wave."
"Indeed. This is indeed a massacre. Did you see Atlas' movement earlier? Is that even possible for a human being? That's just… too fast! My eyes can't even follow it.
He likes a blur after he throws that bio-chemical grenade."
"Me too, I can't see it. I also wondered if that's humanly possible. I even screamed to the security and the staff to check his VR Capsule!" Paul exaggerated with a loud voice. "But that changed after I got this information from the Spencer Manufacture. Please look at this."
On top of the screen, which showed a tense waiting between four teams that got hit by Max and Ferin, a status appeared. It showed OrangeSquash's team members' names and their respective Synchronization Rates.
"Flexy has the lowest of 92% SR. That's impressive for a professional player already. And we know Breeze's SR. He has the second-highest SR in the world and the fastest time in the Synchronization test. However, look at the others, especially at Atlas."
"Is this real?" Jack couldn't believe his eyes. And so was the chat.
Atlas – 100%
Breeze – 98.5%
Ferin – 98.3%
Flexy – 92%
— NAAAAAHHHHH
— GOD! GOD! GOD!
— HOLY SHIET! He's the GOD!
— This is ridiculous. LOOK AT THEM!
— Flexy: Heh, I might be bad, but look at my teammates! Monsters! Hahahaha!
Their surprise wasn't unfounded.
Three people with the highest SR in the world joined hands in one team. Not to mention, they had the skill to back up their high SR, which allowed them to be better than other players.
"We have confirmed this with the Spencer Association, the company that takes care of the world record list of Synchronization Rates and Tests. The website has been updated. The anonymous first and third rank have revealed their name. Their names are Atlas and Ferin. The crazy couple."
"This is exceptional! Otherworldly! I can't have a word to describe this. And… I can understand now. The higher their SR, the faster they can react in the VR world. It's a natural cheat named Talent.
No one can doubt them now."
"If there are still people who say they are cheating, they are ready to take the 1 v 1 challenge after the competition ends, Flexy said. It seems their leader knows how viewers think very well. Hahaha!"
"How confident!" Jack exclaimed.
