Heretic Trainer: The Gym Is My Cultivation Method-Chapter 387: Legendary Beasts Press New Game
Cindor looked around at the others, his sharp eyes moving from one familiar face to the next.
"Are you all ready?" he asked.
Silvar answered first. He gave a short nod. "No hesitation."
Bastor shifted his massive body slightly, the ground responding with a low tremble.
Varyn’s coils tightened once, then relaxed.
"...We are ready," Varyn said quietly.
Eldrin closed his eyes for a brief moment.
When he opened them again, there was no doubt left in his gaze.
"Yes," he said. "Let’s do it."
Garion stood a short distance away, arms crossed, watching closely.
"Once you start," he said, "there’s no turning back."
Cindor laughed softly. "We know."
He spread his wings wide, flames slowly gathering along the edges.
"Then let’s end this era properly," Cindor said.
[Four Legendary Beasts Convergence]
The moment the skill activated, the space around them twisted violently.
Garion felt the pressure first.
Streams of power rose from Silvar, Bastor, Varyn, and Eldrin.
Their energy peeled away from their bodies, flowing toward Cindor in thick, radiant currents, pulled in without resistance.
Cindor stood at the center, wings spread wide.
"...Let’s begin," he said calmly.
Silvar was the first to fade.
His body cracked into light, sharp and clean.
He didn’t shout. He didn’t resist.
"So this is the end of us as beasts," he muttered, just before his form dispersed completely.
Bastor followed.
The massive tortoise lowered his head once, steady to the end.
His shell fractured into glowing fragments, his body dissolving without sound.
Varyn’s coils loosened next. The serpent lifted his head, eyes calm.
Then he vanished into light.
Eldrin was last among them.
He looked at Garion one final time, expression peaceful.
"Watch closely," he said.
Then his body broke apart, joining the flow.
Only Cindor remained.
Power poured into him until his form burned brighter than the sun overhead.
Cracks spread across his body, flames roaring outward.
"...Now," Cindor said, teeth clenched, "time for rebirth."
[Phoenix Rebirth]
The explosion of light collapsed inward.
Where Cindor stood, five glowing shapes appeared.
Eggs.
Five of them.
They hovered gently above the ground.
Garion narrowed his eyes. "...Five?"
The green egg trembled first.
A soft crack appeared on its surface.
A faint voice followed.
"...Now it’s my turn."
The remaining energy in the air surged again. 𝗳𝐫𝚎𝗲𝚠𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝘃𝚎𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝗺
[Four Legendary Beasts Convergence]
The green egg absorbed the leftover power, drawing it inward instead of outward.
Then...
[Verdant Genesis]
Life exploded from the egg.
Roots of green light spread outward, wrapping around a forming shape.
Flesh rebuilt itself slowly, carefully, not as scales or wings, but as smooth skin and muscle.
The light faded.
Standing before Garion was a woman.
Green hair fell loosely over her shoulders. Her eyes were calm, familiar, ancient.
Eldrin.
She looked down at herself, flexed her fingers, then smiled.
"...It succeeded."
Garion stared.
"You actually turned human," he said. "Is this permanent?"
Eldrin nodded. "Yes. No return."
Garion cleared his throat and tossed her a set of clothes. "Then put these on. You’re naked."
Eldrin caught them without complaint. "...Fair."
After dressing, she turned toward the remaining four eggs.
Her expression grew focused.
"...Now," she said softly, "it’s time to reform all of you."
Eldrin stepped closer to the four remaining eggs and raised her hand.
[Verdant Genesis]
The light spread out gently, wrapping around the eggs like a living cocoon.
The first egg to react was the white one.
A thin crack formed, then another.
The shell broke apart, and a human figure slowly emerged.
White hair fell loosely over his shoulders. His eyes opened, sharp and cold as ever.
Silvar.
He looked down at his hands, flexed his fingers once, then frowned.
"...This body," he said.
Garion stared. "You turned into a guy, huh."
Silvar shot him a glance.
The second egg, black and heavy, cracked next.
A broad-shouldered man stepped out, black hair falling down his back.
He stood still for a moment, then placed one foot forward, feeling the ground.
Bastor.
"...Stable," he said in a low voice. "Good."
The third egg trembled more violently.
When it broke, a woman stepped out instead.
Black hair, calm eyes, and a quiet presence that felt deeper than words.
Varyn.
She tilted her head slightly, studying her hands.
"...Interesting," she murmured.
Then came the final egg.
Red light burst outward as the shell shattered.
A woman with red hair emerged, heat rolling off her body in waves.
She stretched her arms, cracked her neck, and laughed.
Cindor.
"Hah!" she said. "Human body, huh? Feels weird. But fun."
Garion stood there in silence for several seconds, his eyes moving from one of them to the next.
"...Congratulations," he finally said. "You’ve officially turned into humans."
He tilted his head slightly. "So. How does it feel?"
Eldrin looked down at her hands again, slowly clenching and unclenching her fingers.
"...Different," she said after a moment. "Much lighter."
She frowned slightly. "And weaker. Overall."
Silvar flexed his arm once, then frowned deeply. "My strength output dropped sharply."
Bastor planted his feet and tested his balance. "Endurance is lower," he said calmly.
Varyn rolled her shoulders, then exhaled. "...My senses feel... narrow."
Cindor stretched both arms above her head and laughed.
"Yeah, yeah. We’re weak now. No wings, no flames everywhere."
She glanced at Garion. "So this is what being human feels like."
Garion nodded slowly. "Sounds about right."
He crossed his arms. "Of course you feel weaker. You just switched from ancient beast bodies to fresh human ones."
He smirked. "You’re basically beginners again."
Silvar clicked his tongue. "Annoying."
Garion shrugged. "Deal with it."
Then he turned around and waved a hand. "Come on."
They all looked at him.
"Follow me," Garion said. "It’s time to make you strong again."
Cindor’s grin widened. "Straight to training?"
"Of course," Garion replied without hesitation. "This is God Gym."
Eldrin nodded slowly, eyes calm but determined. "...So we start from zero."
"Yes," Garion said. "You wanted human growth."
A sharp smile appeared on his face.
"Now you’re going to earn it."
The five of them began walking deeper into the island together.
