I Can Program My Body?-Chapter 557: Convent of Truth Delegation
"What should I do next, Commander?" Julius asked after tidying up.
"Concentrate on training. There are only a few months before the cosmic competition. You need strength if you want to continue serving me." Nash decided.
While Julius could easily implement all his orders here in the Solaris Domain, it was because of the peaceful society.
After they arrive in the Wild Void Area, no matter how much prestige he had, without strength, they wouldn’t look up to him, much less follow his orders.
"I got it, Commander." Julius nodded solemnly.
He also knew his current weakness was a liability.
Previously, because of his low talent, he couldn’t do anything about it, no matter how much he trained. Now things were different.
With the potential Nash granted him, reaching the peak of Void Venerate Rank might be feasible!
"Good. Go on."
Dismissing Julius, Nash looked at all the experimental data sprawled across the tables.
Keeping everything in his storage ring, Nash began to think of what to do next.
His strength was automatically rising thanks to the module system.
Axis was also still analyzing various data from the specimens he had given.
As for fighting in the Chronos Arena, Nash felt a little bored.
Besides ranking up, there didn’t seem to be much benefit in fighting those opponents.
He already learned all the skills he could. He just needed to integrate them when the time came.
"Hmm, it’s time to go back to optimizing module systems..."
Having decided on what to do, Nash turned toward his seclusion chamber.
Without another word, he entered a state of soul enlightenment and began finalizing the optimization plan for the [Combat Module System].
---
A month later, just as Nash was about to finish the [Combat Module System], his intercom began to ring.
"Hmm? Did something happen?" Waking up from his trance, Nash quickly took out his intercom.
Having set his account to non-disturbing mode, no one could reach him except a few contacts.
He had also told Camilla and the others not to use the line unless there was an emergency.
Feeling a little nervous, he began to read the message sent to him.
"Oh? It’s from the Covenant of Truth? Did they arrive?" Nash’s nervousness turned into anticipation.
All the resources, equipment, and treasures given for his SSS-class treatment were not available in the Solaris Domain.
Needing to deliver the items from Chronos Capital, they took a few months to arrive.
Reading the meeting place, Nash stood up and headed to his personal battleship.
"Where should we go, Master?" Atom asked, helping him inside the ship.
"To the Nexus Administrative Planet."
"Roger that..."
Driving the battleship, the Void Pulse quickly disappeared into space.
---
Nexus Administrative Planet:
Returning to this scientific planet, Nash immediately saw Aldric.
"Lord Aldric~" Nash bowed in greeting.
"You’re here! The people from the Chronos Capital are here to deliver your items."
"Oh?"
Seeing Aldric’s respectful attitude, Nash guessed something.
One of Nash’s requests after receiving the SSS-class treatment was to have his personal battleship upgraded rather than getting a new one.
Not having a reply for so long, he thought that the matter was already settled. However, based on Aldric’s attitude, a high-tier scientist should have come with them.
Following Aldric, he finally met with the delegation from the Covenant of Truth.
Led by a stern, tall man, they walked toward him as if evaluating this up-and-coming Philosopher Saint.
"Are you Nash Navre?" The stern man asked with strictness in his voice.
"Yes, it’s me, Your Excellency."
"Not bad. Clear answer without any hesitation or fear!"
"You flatter me, Your Excellency."
Although the man before him exuded a pressure stronger than even Lilliana, a veteran from the main battlefield, Nash didn’t feel any fear.
With his increasing mastery of the runes, his mind and will slowly evolved to a higher level.
Facing someone stronger than him, besides caution, he felt nothing.
"No need to be humble. I’m Philo, a Tier 6 Scientific Philosopher and a Tier 9 Mechanic. I’m sent here to deliver your items and modify your personal battleship." Philo softened his expression and stated his purpose.
"A Tier 9 Mechanic?!"
Not only was Nash shocked, but even Aldric, who had already guessed Philo’s unusual identity, felt overwhelmed.
A Tier 9 Mechanic! The heart of all machinery and technology in the Chronos Empire!
Although their standing was worse than Scientists, a Tier 9 Mechanic was still not someone he, a mere Tier 6 Scientist, could stand shoulder to shoulder with.
Furthermore, Philo was not only a Tier 9 Mechanic but also a Tier 6 Scientist, making Aldric feel even more inferior.
"The Covenant of Truth was quite worried about your safety, so they sent me here." Philo sighed.
First was the Chronos Saint, that stubborn girl who insisted on participating in this competition despite her already elevated status.
Even if she disregarded her status as a Chronos Saint, no one could undermine her scientific potential.
As for this wild talent that came out of the blue, the Covenant of Truth had already investigated his identity.
Nash Navre, another stubborn soul who would rather die than submit. Based on his life experiences, they concluded that their chances of persuading him to abandon the cosmic competition were almost zero.
Not wanting to waste his words, Philo didn’t even bother to persuade him.
He could only upgrade his personal battleship to an untouchable existence that could allow him to escape any situation.
"Thank you for your help, Your Excellency Philo!" Nash thanked him in advance.
Having a Tier 9 Mechanic upgrade his personal battleship was overkill.
"No problem. Do you have any requests for your ship?"
"I’ll leave that all to you, Your Excellency Philo." Nash shook his head, unable to offer any advice.
As a Tier 6 Scientist and a Tier 9 Mechanic, Philo should know what he needed more than he did.
"I see. Here are the items given to you by the Covenant of Truth. You can check if there is anything missing."
"No need. I trust you, Your Excellency Philo."
Although the items given to him by the Covenant of Truth were valuable, compared to Philo’s status, they were nothing.
"Then take me to your ship. We have no time to waste..."
