I Will Create a Good Ending for the Yandere Villainess-Chapter 90: Academy Building? (edited)
"Turn to the left from the Bazaar, go through a maze of houses, and eventually you find yourself here!"
Lillian flamboyantly gestured towards a wide building, several floors tall. It was the academy’s actual building for study. Compared to the medieval castle used as the Main Hall, this has a more modern look to it.
Millis clapped her hands, her mouth forming an ’O’.
"Woah! Ya really know your way around this place, huh, Lil?" she said, staring at Lillian, who was still latching onto Marionette’s arm like a pet.
Lillian giggled smugly, holding a hand over her mouth, "Of course! I have you know, my older brother used to study here. He told me all about this place and its routes."
What she said was partially true. But her brother would only tell her the more exciting bits about the realm and not the entire thing.
However, this was a good enough excuse for her excellent guiding skills.
Lillian then stiffened as she felt a hand run through her hair. She gazed up, staring at Marionette’s paused hand that was above her face. She then tilted her head to the side, looking past the hand.
Marionette stared down at her. The edges of her lips curled into a small smile, "... Good job, Lillian. As expected of my guide."
Lillian turned away with a slight blush, unable to face the beautiful smile Marionette had, ’Too pretty...’
The blush only increased as she listened to what Millis had to say about this scene.
"You two sure are close, huh? Did something happen when I wasn’t around~?" she asked teasingly.
Those words of hers caused Lillian to immediately detach from Marionette and point at her with a flustered look, "N-nothing happened!"
"Ya stuttering so obviously something happened! What was it? Ya guys kiss~?"
Millis teased, stepping towards Lillian and leaning in with a grin. She also happened to take an inconspicuous look to the side, glancing at something in the air before looking back at Lillian.
"W-wha— o-of course not!" she stammered before feeling a pair of arms wrap around her neck and pulling her away from the purple-haired girl.
Marionette rested her chin on Lillian’s head and stared at Millis with a slight smirk, "What if we did? What are you going to do about it?"
Millis was taken aback.
"Huh!? Ya guys actually did?! I didn’t think ya guys’ relationship to have already reached this far!"
"Because it isn’t!" Lillian yelled, staring up at Marionette with a scolding look.
Marionette stared down with a raised eyebrow before looking back at Millis, "We didn’t. I was merely joking, gremlin."
"What the— g-gremlin?! What the hell did meh do to deserve being insulted!?" Millis raised a trembling fist at her with a furious expression.
"Nothing... I just get irritated by your presence."
"W-why you...!"
Lillian sighed and pulled Marionette’s arms off of her before pacifying Millis, who seemed like she was ready to throw down right in the streets as she pulled up her sleeves.
"Alright, that’s enough, you too. I’d rather..." She swiftly pulled out her phone and checked the time.
[8:50]
"I’d rather not be late for the first day like I was in the Entrance Exam."
"Well, ya wouldn’t have been, if red-eyes here would learn to discern directions better," Millis growled at Marionette, who rolled her eyes.
"Are you perhaps just jealous that Lillian finds me much more appealing to be around?"
Lillian rolled her eyes at their bickering and just began to make her way to the academy building. Although she was somewhat annoyed, she felt quite comforted by the fact they didn’t get well with one another.
Why? Well, just the fact that the Heroine and the Villainess are meant to be at odds with one another just feels, right.
She entered through the automatic doors and was instantly met with a faceful of cool air. It was like entering a supermarket that had its air conditioners continuously on.
’Now then... Paragon classroom... that’s on the first floor, right?’
Lillian walked through the hallways which were quite... crowded.
Some of the people in the hall weren’t entirely made up of first years, however, the some which were, noticed as she walked down the hallway.
"Woah... isn’t she the one that scored first?"
"Yeah, I think she is... Hey! Isn’t she quite pretty?"
"I wonder what she smells like..."
Lillian couldn’t help but feel her go inflate at their words. Although she was slightly weirded out by a certain comment, she still continued on.
She pushed herself passed and spotted the stairs and a sign with an arrow upwards with the words at the bottom reading, "1st Floor."
’Yep... it’s definitely on the first floor.’ Lillian thought, matching this scene well with her memories. Perks of being really good at pattern recognition.
After walking up the flight of stairs and down the corridor, she stood before a plain-looking door with a sign above it that said, "S1"
"Here we are..."
"Oh... this is the classroom?"
Lillian jumped at Marionette’s sudden appearance behind her.
"W-woah! I thought you were still arguing with Millis! Wait. Where is she?" she tilted her head, looking past Marionette and finding no trace of the purple-haired girl.
"... Ah... I forgot." Marionette pushed her hand towards the wall, reaching into the darkness she had formed and pulling out a tied-up Millis, who thrashed about like a chihuahua.
She was wrapped in black ropes and was gagged with the same thing.
Lillian’s eyes twitched, "Uhm... could you free her?"
"... Very well..." Marionette sighed.
Once the bindings had disappeared, Millis leapt towards Lillian with teary eyes and wrapped her arms around her, "That menace was so rough with me, Lil!"
Lillian stared as Millis buried the side of her face against the chest and cried. Her lips twitched before bringing a hand on top of Millis’s head, calming her down.
"There there..."
Marionette watched as Lillian comforted Millis with head pats and noticed the smug side-eye she was getting. She frowned, grabbing the scruff of Millis’s neck and tossing her away from Lillian.
Lillian was then pushed inside the classroom, staring as Millis got up from the floor.

She sighed and stared at Marionette, "You really got to be nicer with her." although their rivalry was comforting to see, the sight of Millis being mistreated pained her heart a bit.
"... Whatever."
Once entering the classroom, they were met with an empty classroom, with the left side being a stadium seating arrangement and the other being the teacher’s desk.
Well... it would be empty if it wasn’t for the three students in the room.
At the very front was surprisingly Testrie—the girl Lillian had dubbed to be "Rule Freak". And next to her was Xander, who said "Fiery Adolescent".
Testrie was already prepared with all her equipment laid bare before her like the dutiful person she was, while her friend, Xander, held an ice bag to the side of his bruised cheek.
As soon as they entered, Xander stood up and waved at them, specifically at Lillian since he was more familiar with her.
"Yo! I knew you’d be in here!"
Lillian raised an eyebrow at his friendly attitude towards her, before remembering he was usually like this without the influence of his anger-inducing earring.
"Yep... I’m surprised you are though. No offense."
"None taken. We were lucky actually—for all four of you actually managed to take down enough people for us to still enter. Even if we were dead last." Xander laughed at the end.
Lillian tilted her head to the side, "Four?"
Xander nodded and pointed to the side with his thumb.
Lillian turned to the side and noticed a familiar short blonde-haired man. It was the Second Prince.
He sat in the middle row with his body hunched over, his head in his arms. It seems he was taking a nap.
’Oh right... didn’t he get here by 7:30?’ Lillian thought briefly, recalling her memories. She then watched as Marionette made her way up the steps and approached the Prince’s spot.
She stared down at his motionless figure before greeting him in a neutral tone.
"I greet the Second Prince. I hope this morning finds you well."
The Second Prince continued to remain motionless at her words. That was until he groaned a few seconds later. He sat up and stared at her with weary eyes.
Their eyes locked with one another—only to be broken once the Prince silently raised his hand towards her and curled his fingers in small repetitions.
Marionette nodded and pulled out her phone, unlocking it and handing it over to the tired young man.
The Prince then pulled out his own and began to tap at the screens with his thumbs at a rapid pace, yawning before giving back Marionette’s phone.
The two gave each other a silent nod before separating. The Prince went back to sleep and Marionette travelled down the steps towards Lillian.
Millis stared at her strangely.
"What was that about?"
Marionette ignored her and turned to Lillian, who had already had an idea of what happened.
"You guys exchanged phone numbers?"
"Correct."
