Inheriting a Lost Bloodline, My First Task is to have heirs?!-Chapter 364 - Back to reality

After supposedly "hibernating" in my room inside the palace, I finally came out after more than two days of cooping in my room. Since it is my last day in the palace, I decided that it would be only fair to eat dinner with everyone.

When I arrived at the dining hall, my in-laws greeted me enthusiastically, saying they missed me after not seeing me for some time. As for my new husbands, they looked at me with aggrieved faces since I did not meet with any of them for these last three days. I only responded with a smile towards everyone around the dining table.

The meal went peacefully with all of us just focusing on our food. I looked around and notice that the dishes prepared today were more lavish than usual. It may be due to the fact that I am set to leave tomorrow. As for the others, they would come back to the academe after a couple more days.

After the meal, I stood up and greeted everybody a good night. Just when I was about to leave the dining area, Aurum called out to me while the other four just stood quietly behind him as if providing support.

I looked at each of them curiously and just waited for any of them to speak or ask something. It seems that Aurum was the chosen spokesperson for the day as he asked, "Why did you ignore us during these last couple of days?"

I looked at each of them in confusion. Instead of answering their question, I asked a question of my own, "You do know that I was given three days of rest included in my stay here, right?"

The five guys looked at each other as if confirming if the others knew of this fact. I saw Helios nodding his head to support my claim. The others looked back at me sadly but with more understanding as to why I kept the last few days I spent here in the palace all to myself. They looked like they have other things to say to me but they opted not to.

After the short conversation I had with them, I went straight back to my room to coop up in silence. I spent my personal time, arranging stuff I have placed inside my storage space and also making a list of things I need to accomplish once I leave the palace. I have to go back to the reality that I am still a currently enrolled student of the academe.

The next morning, I woke up quite early. It was even before the sun rose. When I went out of my room and walk through the palace corridors, it was still fairly dark and quiet. Everybody in the palace seems to be still in slumber.

I quietly made my way to the rooms of each of my husbands to sneak in. I watched their sleeping faces closely for a while then gave each of them a soft peck on the lips. I made sure to do it as soft as possible to not wale amybody of them up.

Once done with giving away kisses, I decided to quietly leave the palace through teleportation. Just a snap of my fingers and I found myself inside my room in the academe villa. I won’t have classes till tomorrow so today will be spent just relaxing.

Time passed by quickly and by the next day, I started attending my classes again as if whatever happened during the almost two weeks inside the palace was nothing but a dream.

Afteer a few days, Aurum, Helios, Calyx, Xenos and Yren came back to the academe and stayed in my villa just like how it was before. In the eyes of others, nothing has changed between how we all treated each other. Behind closed doors though, when it was just us inside the villa, it was a bit more awkward especially now that out of the seven men in the house, six were already my official husbands.

Arthur has become more quiet than before. It seems that he is being more cautious around the others since he is the only one seemingly out of place in the villa.

My days were filled with both direct and indirect seduction from my men especially after several days that I haven’t visited any of their rooms. It is not that I am not interested but it is just that if I give attention to one, I also have to give the same amount to the others to maintain the peace in the household.

Eventually, we had to sit down and talk regarding this potential issue. I was technically outnumbered so I ended up simply listening while the other six men arranged my evening schedule among themselves. I was just sitting there as if I have nothing to do with what they were talking about, not that I am complaining, of course. It was just both funny and frustrating if you ask me.

The days and weeks passed by with me juggling classes, spending time with my husbands both in he academe and those that wete staying outside. My schedule was always full so I do not have much time for other things but as long as the husbands are happy, my life would stay peaceful.

Before I knew it, it was already the end of the semester as well as the end of my first year in the academe of Gnosis. There have been a lot of things that happened to me for his past year since I arrived in Aeocrescens. The best part of it all though is I am no longer alone like I was before back in earth.

I met a lot of people and even got myself a pair of parents that look just the same age as me. I also got married a few times and started choosing my own husbands. I even started to have children of my own now so my family is getting bigger and bigger.

Though some issues can’t be avoided like small fights between husbands due to jealousy as well as me getting scolded once in a while, I won’t have it any other way. Some people may think it was chaotic but it is very subjective. As for the person involved who was me, I have learned to love this type of chaos and I won’t know how to live without it anymore.

After this semester ends, I also have to fulfil some promises I made with Dimitri. The long due visit to my grandparents-in-law in Arista can no longer be delayed. It is also time to bring Dimitri back to Eieneos for the ritual on my side of the family. I also know how excited he is to have a child with me as well.

I have also not stopped maming preparations for the start of the next semester since I planned to take another class immersion, the second of the three required before I graduate from the academe. This has been planned a long time ago to complete school requirements and to also finally get my physician’s certification. I have already prepared myself of all the traveling and hardword I have to go through for the next semester.

I am bound for the northern area of Athanoviya that was always bathed in war. I volunteered to become a doctor for the military forces there. I also plan to make skme side trip here and there and stay in some of the villages along the way.

One of those side trip would also be for the surprise I was planning to give my first husband. As for what that surprise is, you’ll eventually know once I get there. I just hope it works the way I planned it to.

Aurum hated the fact that I was leaving and was even staying outside Hoffen City for a few months. He tried to beg my parents-in-law not to send me there but since I volunteered for it and it was both for school and certification purposes, he had no choice but to agree. He wanted to accompany me but I declined since surely, he would bring the other four with him.

I can’t be distracted or bring people that will make me too noticeable during the immersion. I can’t give away the fact that I am a student of the academe as well so bringing them is bound to create problems for me. I don’t want to get kicked out of the military camp before I finished my required service for certification.

I ordered my husbands to stay put in Hoffen City or wherever they might be staying and let me do what I needed to do. They all agreed though they looked very forced to do so. I promised to communicate with them whenever I can while staying there. They warned me not to come home with another husband which I only answered with a smile. I never make promises I can’t keep just in case.

I have been living each day as it comes. If I meet an interesting man, I won’t stop myself from getting to know him. He can be just a friend or a confidant, an employee to help me with my business ventures or even a potential lover and father of my future child, who knows?

The possibilities are endless for me in this world. I promised to live freely and be happy in this life.
