Jiang Xingze never thought he would one day become a Human Awakened.

He wasn't entirely sure what an Awakener was, but one thing was clear enough for him: his master, Dr. Snake, Chen Mo, was a Human Awakened.

Jiang Xingze had been constantly drinking the Vampire Snake's Snake Blood, his strength growing daily. Then, during an unexpected outing with the Vampire Snake, they discovered a small, bright red fruit. After eating just one, he broke through his body's shackles and directly became a Human Awakened.

His body was tempered, his hearing and sight sharpened. He felt like a completely different person, brimming with power.

Even more astonishingly, Jiang Xingze discovered that after eating the small, red fruit, the bee venom in his body seemed to have been significantly neutralized. The symptoms wouldn't even flare up if he went a few days without drinking the Vampire Snake's Snake Blood.

He was shocked and ecstatic. The bee venom he thought he would never be cured of in this lifetime now had a chance of being healed.

Furthermore, after the Vampire Snake ate the small fruit, its body grew explosively. It was now a twenty-five-meter-long Giant Snake.

For the Snake Race, every meter of growth was a major breakthrough.

And so, Jiang Xingze and the Vampire Snake ventured deeper into Snake Gully, seeking more of these small fruits.

Gradually, they discovered that the fruit emitted a unique fragrance that was incredibly alluring to snakes. It was practically a Divine Fruit for the Snake Race, capable of completely transforming them. 𝗳𝗿𝐞𝕖𝘄𝗲𝕓𝗻𝚘𝚟𝕖𝐥.𝚌𝕠𝕞

They decided to call it the Snakeberry.

"Vampire Snake, the Snakeberries must be inside this Snake Valley. Hurry, we can't let any other venomous snakes get them first!"

Snake Valley was beautiful, but it was also fraught with danger. Many venomous snakes exuding powerful auras were present, and they all wanted the Snakeberries.

As they advanced, Jiang Xingze was soon dumbstruck by the sight before him. An entire area ahead was covered by tens of thousands of venomous snakes. Each and every one, regardless of size, looked savage and terrifying. With their varying species and colors, they instantly turned Snake Valley into a dazzling ocean of scales...

The temperature in the entire valley was frighteningly low. Tens of thousands of cold-blooded Snake Species had gathered, and they were no ordinary snakes.

Any that could make it through the death-filled swamp were far from ordinary.

The unworthy had all perished at the swamp's entrance.

Even if they weren't Awakened Snake Species, they all possessed a certain degree of intelligence.

In front of the tens of thousands of venomous snakes was a small hill jutting up from the ground. The unique fragrance of the Snakeberries emanated from this very hill.

Jiang Xingze now had only one eye, but even that single eye shone with a brilliant light.

The Vampire Snake beneath him radiated a ferocious aura, its gaze filled with greed for the Snakeberries.

Animals were sometimes more sensitive to Heavenly and Earthly Treasures. Typically, when a treasure appeared, a powerful creature would be guarding it, preventing others from coveting it.

Suddenly, a massive black Giant Snake blocked their path.

The black Giant Snake was utterly ferocious. A cold glint flickered in its Snake Gaze as it stared at the man and the snake, as if to say, 'If you want to pass, you'll have to get through me first.'

"ROAR!"

How could the Vampire Snake tolerate such insolence? It let out a furious roar that seemed to shake the very heavens and earth. Its fiery red scales seemed to dance with flames as a terrifyingly powerful aura swept out.

In an instant, the tens of thousands of venomous snakes ahead were stunned by the roar. Many of the Snake Species began to tremble with fear.

The black Giant Snake's ferocious expression vanished in a flash. Its enormous body began to quiver. It immediately lowered its proud head toward the Vampire Snake, lying prostrate on the ground, awaiting the judgment of the stronger being.

In the animal kingdom, a fight isn't always necessary to determine who is stronger. A creature's aura alone says a lot.

The moment the Vampire Snake released its aura, the black Giant Snake was overcome with fear.

The victor was decided in an instant.

"You black python, get the hell out of my way! You dare block my path? You must be tired of living!"

Perched on the Vampire Snake, Jiang Xingze cursed at the black Giant Snake. He was incredibly arrogant. Ever since entering Snake Gully, it had been nothing but venomous snakes everywhere.

Many of them were more powerful than he could have ever imagined.

But he wasn't afraid, because he had the Vampire Snake, which could crush anything in its path.

The black Giant Snake lay prostrate on the ground, not daring to move.

The Vampire Snake began to move. As it passed the black Giant Snake, its tail suddenly lashed out, instantly whipping the already submissive creature into a bloody pulp.

To dare block its path was to court death.

The legendary Mutated Bloodsucker Snake was known to be incomparably vicious from the moment of its birth, let alone now.

The tens of thousands of venomous snakes ahead grew restless. They understood that another powerful contender had arrived to compete for the Heavenly and Earthly Treasures.

"Vampire Snake, keep going. Kill anything that dares to stand in our way."

With the Snakeberries so close, Jiang Xingze was buzzing with excitement. 'These beasts think they can compete with me for the treasure? They're asking for death.'

The Vampire Snake's enormous, twenty-five-meter body advanced with disdain for everything around it. The terrifying, cold aura it radiated made some of the other venomous snakes automatically give way, scurrying far away, not daring to offend it.

A full twenty-five meters long, combined with that soul-chilling, terrifying aura—any snake that wasn't a fool wouldn't dare provoke the Vampire Snake.

This was more than just a Giant Snake. In human eyes, anything over ten meters would have long been considered "giant."

Besides, the Vampire Snake's fiery red scales looked as if they were forged from steel.

It was too powerful now. It had the air of a Killing God, ready to cut down anyone or anything in its path. It looked down on everything, holding no other Snake Species in any regard.

However, among the tens of thousands of venomous snakes, there were others that were over twenty meters long. Not all of them were intimidated by the Vampire Snake's aura. Its arrogant display, especially with a human riding on its back, was extremely attention-grabbing.

This was Snake Valley. How could a human possibly appear here?

"ROAR!"

A twenty-four-meter Giant Snake, resembling a Flood Dragon, shot forward. It opened its gaping maw, a truly terrifying sight, and tried to swallow the Vampire Snake whole.

Seeing this, Jiang Xingze was so frightened he nearly fell off the Vampire Snake's back.

Even though he was now a Human Awakener, without the Vampire Snake's protection, he wouldn't survive a single minute in this valley.

The twenty-four-meter Giant Snake's aura was as vast as the sea. Many of the more powerful Snake Species began to watch the spectacle, and many were particularly interested in the human, Jiang Xingze.

They had seen other animals in Snake Valley, but a human was a once-in-a-century sight.

'Human flesh must taste exquisite.'

Seeing a snake emerge to challenge it, a ferocious light flashed in the Vampire Snake's eyes, revealing its excitement. Its fiery red tail swept out, causing the air to crackle and pop. The power contained in that single strike was immeasurable. The twenty-four-meter Giant Snake, still in mid-air, was sent flying a dozen meters by the whip-like blow.

It crashed to the ground with a loud THUD, shaking the earth. It lay there, letting out a pitiful whine, unable to move a muscle. Its fate was unknown, but it was breathing out more than it was breathing in—its chances of survival were slim.

The power of that single tail-strike completely stunned the tens of thousands of restless Snake Species. Among them, a twenty-four-meter Giant Snake was considered a true powerhouse.

Yet it had been defeated in a single move. It was clear they weren't on the same Level at all.

'Terrifying. Absolutely terrifying.'
