****************

As everyone stood motionless, unsuspecting of the Pacifistas, three flashes of light suddenly pierced through the heads of the so-called God's knights.

In an instant, the three powerful knights perished without even realizing how they had been killed.

After completing their task, the Pacifistas swiftly moved to Colt's side, standing behind him like loyal bodyguards.

"You! You did this!?"

Sengoku's sharp gaze landed on Colt, and at that moment, he understood—this so-called "God Killer" before him was the true mastermind behind all that happened so far.

Colt merely shrugged.

"Is there anything surprising about these pieces of trash dying? The Celestial Dragons were bound to perish sooner or later. I just sent them ahead of schedule to enjoy their afterlife."

His voice carried no guilt, no hesitation—only the simple truth.

At least it was the truth as he saw it.

"How can you control the Pacifistas?" Sengoku asked, his voice deep and wary.

Colt tilted his head slightly.

"Pacifistas operate under a four-tiered authority system: standard CP members, CP chiefs, Vegapunk, and the Five Elders."

He then tapped his chest with a smirk.

The sourc𝗲 of this content is frёeωebɳovel.com.

"But the so-called 'Five Elders' authority? It's just a bluff. The one with the highest clearance in Vegapunk's system... is me."

Sengoku fell silent, a chill running down his spine.

A sense of dread enveloped him—not just for himself, but for the entire World Government and Marine forces.

Even Vegapunk, a man they had guarded so carefully, had been reached and converted to the enemy side.

It was horrifying.

"No matter what, we must take this man and Kaido down!"

Sengoku's superior, Kong, took a deep breath.

The situation had spiraled out of control—Whitebeard and Ace were no longer the priority.

The real danger was Colt.

"I'll handle Kaido," Kong declared.

"Akainu, you go and capture Kamiyo Colt! Make sure he's taken alive!"

"Yes!"

Akainu's fists ignited into molten lava, but just as he was about to attack, a hand stopped him. Colt did not even have to act.

"Borsalino, what do you think you're doing?" Akainu demanded, his eyes narrowing at the man standing in his way.

Kizaru, his fellow Admiral, merely smiled lazily.

"Well... Sakazuki, we've worked together for decades, right? So listen to me when I say: You should stay still."

His voice was casual, but his next words were anything but.

"After all, I'd rather not have to visit your grave every year."

Akainu's face darkened.

Sengoku, watching the exchange, felt his heart sink.

His already grim expression turned even colder when he glanced at Aokiji who suddenly stood next to Kizaru.

The man stood silent but composed, his stance unwavering.

A dreadful realization dawned upon Sengoku.

His mind roared with disbelief.

"Why?" he asked, his voice hollow.

Garp, standing nearby, frowned at his old friend's reaction.

Then, his gaze shifted to Aokiji, who looked guilty, and Kizaru, who was calmly stopping Akainu.

And just like that, he understood.

"You... betrayed the Marines?"

Garp's voice rose two octaves in shock.

Aokiji sighed, a frosty breath escaping his lips.

He couldn't even meet Garp's eyes.

"Sorry, Garp-san."

The weight of his words pressed heavily in the air.

For years, Aokiji had served as Garp's aide, their bond one of both mentorship and camaraderie.

Yet here they stood, on opposite sides.

"Fleet Admiral Sengoku, Garp-san, I had no choice," Aokiji admitted with a wry smile.

But still, he did not move aside.

"You've abandoned the Marines! You've turned your back on justice!" Akainu roared in fury.

Despite their philosophical differences, he had never imagined Kizaru and Aokiji would do something like this.

"No, no, no, you misunderstand," Kizaru waved his hands dismissively, still maintaining his lazy demeanor.

"I've simply chosen a new boss for the Marines. Let's be real, Sakazuki—"

He pointed to the Marine insignia on his cloak.

"Regardless of who rules the world, the Marines will always exist. And between Colt and the Celestial Dragons, who do you think is the better option?"

Colt scowled.

"Watch your words. Don't compare me to that filth."

Kizaru chuckled.

"Ah, my bad, my bad. Just trying to calm Sakazuki down."

While they debated, Kong had already engaged Kaido.

"Can this day get any worse?"

But what he saw next made his blood run cold.

"That, uncle Kong... I'm sorry"

Naruto, one of the Admirals, walked over to Colt's side, looking slightly hesitant.

Colt gave him an encouraging pat on the shoulder, and the two exchanged words like old acquaintances.

The meaning was clear.

"Worororo!"

Kaido laughed at Kong, reverting back to his human form.

He raised his massive club and swung it down.

Boom!

Kong raised his arms and blocked the attack, but the sheer force cracked the ground beneath them.

The two titans wrestled for dominance.

"Surprised, Kong? Sengoku?" Kaido laughed mockingly.

"Your precious Marines have already become ours!"

The sheer absurdity of the situation nearly made Kong lose his mind.

How had this happened?

How had Sengoku's forces been so easily manipulated?

Three of the four Admirals had defected.

'No— there's even more...'

Because at that very moment, another figure stepped forward.

Draped in his signature flamboyant attire, Doflamingo strolled towards them, his smirk practically oozing arrogance.

"Fufufufu! What the leader said is right," Doflamingo said, looking at everyone there with amusement.

"The entire world is his. As for Marineford? It's just a small part of it."

Following behind him were Kisame and the other warlords.

Kong nearly collapsed.

He finally understood.

The entire Shichibukai had been part of this from the start.

At that moment, the den-den Mushi on his waist buzzed urgently.

Kong answered it, but before he could say anything, an urgent voice rang out:

"All CP agents have defected! Uchiha Madara has led an army of unknown powerhouses to storm the Holy Land, Mariejois!"

"Kong! Mobilize all the remaining Marine forces to rescue the holy land, immediately! We— AAARGH!"

The transmission cut out.

A suffocating silence followed.

Then Colt smirked.

"Game over."
