Legacy Of Fire: Chronicles Of The F-ranked Anomaly-Chapter 110: Cloak Of Darkness
Darius looked at the being in front of him, confused. He knew that there was no way he would want to take his eyes off it.
"Now, who in the world are you?"
He was looking at the being, ready to attack at any given time, but he was waiting to see if he would understand what he was dealing with.
The being staggered a bit, trying to shake off the pain it felt from the wound Darius had given it.
"What I am doesn’t matter to someone like you, you carry the powers of chaos and you deserve to...."
Gbam!
Before the being could finish talking, a blade from nowhere flew right into his chest.
Darius turned to see Deliri; he had finished regenerating, and it was clear that he wasn’t going to be playing nice. 𝙛𝓻𝒆𝓮𝒘𝙚𝙗𝒏𝙤𝙫𝓮𝒍.𝓬𝒐𝙢
"You foul divine pantheon! You want to take the powers of chaos for yourself!" Deliri began walking towards them, looking at Darius.
"Those powers belong to Urus!" Deliri roared, sending tremors all around the forest.
The other warriors had taken down half of the Orcs. Hearing the roar, they turned to see that Darius was up against something else.
"What is that?!"
Michael was shocked to see that there was something that horrible facing Darius.
Theo could only look at what his partner was about to square up with.
"Is he going to be okay?" He muttered as he looked at the being in front of Darius.
Darius was looking at Deliri, his entire focus was on the beast.
’Darius, these things are now complete. Every hit is now a threat.’
Azree warned our young warrior, the air was calm while Darius was looking at Deliri in his final form.
"You want my powers?" Darius smiled as scales could be seen covering his face and body.
"I never asked for them, but then I got them. I have been using it for good ever since, so if you want to take them." Darius smiled as he looked at the beast.
"I would love you to come take it!" Darius let out his own, it seemed more primal and terrifying, shaking the forest to its core.
Pryion turned immediately to look at Darius, he bowed his head.
"Lord Darius is agitated." The knight spoke slowly, he was looking at Darius.
Raya turned to him, she noticed how the knight was responding.
"What is going on?" She was looking at Pryion, hoping that the knight would have an explanation for what was going on.
Pryion looked up, his focus still on Darius and Deliri.
"Lord Darius has taken one of his strongest forms; in that state, he is ten times as fast and strong as he was in his normal form. And his mana-based attacks are equally tripled."
"Wait, what?" Theo turned to look at Pryion, slowly turning back to Darius, he knew that there was no way he had seen Darius use any of his abilities since the Kamuri Cobra’s raid.
"How strong is he?"

Darius was looking at Deliri, his eyes had two colours. His left hand had a jade glow, and his right eye had a crimson glow.
Deliri roared as he swung his blade to kill Darius, but our young warrior blocked the attack.
"Oh... you’re faster now, that shouldn’t matter. I am going to make sure that you die!"
Deliri let out a shriek, turning the clouds into dark, bloodied ones as his eyes went black.
Darius was looking at what was in front of him, and he was not sure what was going to happen.
He took a step back, lifting Ve’xa, and he sent the blade for Deliri, only for the beast to disappear as the blade was about to touch it.
"Huh?"
Darius was shocked, looking around, he was trying to find where the being had gone and how he would be able to take it down.
"You’re going to understand why they call me the harvester of Despair!"
"Yeah, cut the crap ugly. I will still cut you down and make sure that nothing is going to bring you back."
Darius tried to swing the blade where he had heard Deliri’s voice, but there was nothing there.
A taunting cackle could be heard all around the area. "I will show you what despair truly feels like."
Darius kept turning, he was trying to see if he was going to find out where Deliri was hiding.
"I already know, looking at your face is enough to tell me what it looks like."
Darius turned to strike again, but there was nothing there. He snarled, feeling irritated. He didn’t know what to do next.
"Come out and fight!" Our young warrior was angry, he didn’t know what the shifty son of the abyss was planning.
The same taunting laughter filled the air, it was like Deliri was trying to see what Darius would do.
"Behold, Cloak Of The Endless Dusk!"
Deliri yelled, and the entire area was covered with what seemed like a dark cloud. Darius couldn’t even see anything, trying to find his way out of the thick fog of darkness.
"You acted all high and mighty, taking that form to kill me. Tch, how pathetic you look now, Child Of Chaos!"
Darius was still looking around, trying to understand what he was facing there.
"You know, there is no way for you to hurt me." Our young warrior said as he slowly turned, he could now get the reading from the being.
Deliri’s laughter still filled the cloak, it was like he was trying to get on Darius’s nerves. "You are a strong child, I will admit that, but here in my Cloak, I reign supreme!"
Darius felt something behind him. Without hesitation, he turned and stabbed.
"Not so fast, are ya?" He smiled, but he was shocked to see he had stabbed the wrong person, and the person he had stabbed was completely different.
"Mr. Liu?" Our young warrior was looking at the man he had plunged his blade into.
It wasn’t who he had intended to stab; the one standing there was a man he had the highest respect for and someone he saw as a father figure.
"Why did you do this, Mr. Winters?"
"I didn’t, I didn’t..."
