"Fu-k you!"

In a villa in the Charleston Suburb, Vasel Wen crouched down, pinning a white man's head with his left knee, holding a gun firmly against the man's temple.

At this moment, Vasel Wen's glasses had been thrown aside, his face full of rage, he shouted sharply:

"Herman! Do you want to die?"

The white man on the ground was about thirty years old. Because his head was pinned, his face was somewhat distorted.

Even so, even with the gun against his temple, Herman showed no fear. Instead, he grinned and said indistinctly:

"Shoot me, if you've got the balls to kill me."

Hearing this, Vasel Wen became even more enraged, his whole body trembling with excitement.

"Boss, calm down a bit."

At this moment, not far away, the demolitionist, Gold Teeth Vernon, approached. Waving his phone, he grinned with his gold teeth showing and said in a low voice:

"The local cops are acting strangely; they are organizing and heading towards this area."

"..."

Vasel Wen's expression grew colder upon hearing this. He took a deep breath to calm down, the anger vanished from his face, and he stood up from Herman, turning to Gold Teeth Vernon and said:

"Pack up, we're retreating."

"OK."

Gold Teeth Vernon nodded and quickly turned to start packing the equipment. 𝚏𝕣𝕖𝚎𝚠𝚎𝚋𝚗𝐨𝐯𝕖𝕝.𝕔𝐨𝕞

Vasel Wen retrieved his glasses and put them back on his nose, then yanked Herman up from the ground, pulling him close by the collar.

Their noses were so close they could smell each other's breath. With a blank face, Vasel Wen said coldly:

"Listen, Herman, I'll say this one last time. Your life is mine, you..."

Herman spread his hands, a smile appeared on his face. Before Vasel Wen could finish, he interrupted:

"Then kill me now."

The coldness in Vasel Wen's eyes intensified, but Herman's smile became even brighter.

The standoff between them didn't last long. Gold Teeth Vernon came quickly with two black backpacks, whispering:

"All set, Boss."

"Retreat!"

Vasel Wen pushed Herman in front of Gold Teeth Vernon, grabbed a black backpack, and swiftly moved toward the outside of the villa.

Gold Teeth Vernon, holding a backpack, shoved Herman impatiently to move faster, but Herman didn't mind, quickly following Vasel Wen's figure toward a car.

At the same time, on a distant highway, two SWAT transport vehicles sped along, and not far on another road, an MPV also sped forward.

"Several nearby roads have been temporarily set up with checkpoints as per your orders, Luo An."

In the MPV's front passenger seat, Mona looked at the information on the computer, her face serious, and said solemnly:

"The SWAT team is expected to arrive at the target area and join us in three minutes."

"Good."

Luo An nodded in satisfaction, maneuvering the car like a snake to overtake a civilian car. After a few seconds of thought, he suddenly asked:

"How far is the target area from the sea and the port?"

Mona hesitated for a moment, quickly typed on the keyboard, and answered:

"Driving directly, it's less than five minutes to the sea, eight to ten minutes to the port."

Just after speaking, Luo An immediately ordered:

"Michelle, contact the port's law enforcement, send them photos of Vasel Wen and Vernon, explain the situation and ask them to be vigilant."

"OK."

In the back seat, Michelle nodded and complied decisively. Beside her, Chenier frowned slightly, just about to speak when Mona's expression suddenly changed, and she said loudly:

"Luo An, two patrol officers set up a temporary checkpoint just now, and a car sped through it. They couldn't stop it!"

Luo An's expression remained unchanged, and he asked:

"Can you identify the driver?"

"Hmm..."

Mona's fingers danced swiftly over the keyboard, the sound of clattering filled the air. A few seconds later, looking annoyed, she said:

"Sorry, the driver was prepared; the road's surveillance couldn't capture their face.

However, this car first appeared just outside the east side of the target area!"

The so-called target area is the villa zone where Luo An and his team plan to capture Vasel Wen and others. Because it's not yet fully developed, many surveillance spots are incomplete, making it an ideal hiding place.

At the next intersection, Luo An turned the car, asking:

"If the car follows that road..."

"If it keeps going, it leads directly to the port you mentioned earlier, Luo An!"

Before Luo An could finish his question, Mona responded first, prompting Luo An to immediately order:

"Contact the SWAT team and have them split up.

One team heads to the original target area, and the other heads to the seaside dock!"

"Understood!"

Mona immediately contacted the SWAT team, while in the back seat, Chenier, Reesi, and Winslow began to carefully check their gear, creating a tense and silent atmosphere inside the car.

Several vehicles, with their respective goals in mind, sped down the road. Luo An glanced at the map and decisively took a shortcut straight to the dock. Soon, he saw the car that had sped through the checkpoint, being chased by the patrol officers.

Mona asked the patrol officers a few questions, then exclaimed excitedly:

"The patrol officers got close to the car just now. There were three people inside, including Vasel Wen and Vernon!"

"Very good. Winslow, Chenier, get ready."

Luo An raised an eyebrow, silently flooring the gas pedal, pushing the MPV's speed even higher.

Meanwhile, in the lead car, Herman was handcuffed in the front passenger seat, with Gold Teeth Vernon driving, and Vasel Wen in the back seat cautiously watching behind with his gun.

Seeing an MPV quickly overtaking the police car and heading towards them, Vasel Wen's face darkened, and he shouted loudly:

"Vernon, speed up!"

"I'm already flooring it to the gas tank!"

Vernon also saw the MPV via the rearview mirror, equally anxious. However, the road was packed with cars, making it impossible to fully accelerate.

"Damn cops!"

Vernon cursed under his breath. Seeing the MPV getting closer and closer, he swerved to overtake a car, loudly suggesting:

"Boss, maybe we should..."

Bam!

Before Vernon could finish his sentence, a gunshot suddenly rang out, and blood splattered all over the steering wheel and the windshield front. Vernon barely had time to react as darkness enveloped him.

Having fired the shot, Vasel Wen remained expressionless as he took control of the steering wheel, unbuckled Vernon's seatbelt, shoved two grenades into his body, and opened the driver's side door, pushing Vernon's body out, before assuming the driver's seat himself.

Thud—

The body hit the ground, rolling several times. A civilian car, startled, instinctively swerved to avoid it. Just as it reached the side of the body, two explosions suddenly erupted!

Boom—

Boom—

The civilian car, already unstable due to the sudden turn, flipped over as soon as the grenades exploded, while two other vehicles crashed into it from behind.

Bang! Bang!

The scene was littered with debris. Inside one of the cars, a young couple was unhurt. They cursed and prepared to get out. Looking up, they saw a bloodied severed arm on the shattered windshield.

"Ahhhh—" x2
