Atlas watched the wave taking out everything in its path, and it reached about ten meters below the ledge the cave was on. His eyes widened as he blocked them from the rain that was lashing against the mountainside.

'This weather needs to stop,' he thought before turning back to the entrance and stepping in.

Medusa was still sleeping with Noorah inside the tent as Theo laid next to the dead fire prompting him to fire a small Void Blast into the firepit that lit it up as he let out a yawn as he crawled inside.

The white-haired woman dragged him into a tight hug, prompting him to activate the Void Realm. Atlas opened his eyes only to see the dark forest as the giant snake appeared in its normal monster form.

Noorah did the same thing and grew in size while letting out a growl as he spoke. ''The storm will last days. This will allow us to get rid of most of the creatures and use them against the empire in our journey south.''

They agreed with nods just as dozens of roars echoed across the forest, causing Medusa to hiss in response before she shot off into the trees to fight the monsters. Moments later, crashing could be heard as the older woman battled with the enemies.

The beautiful white fox glanced up at him. ''Thank you for letting me help Atlas,'' she said sweetly.

Following that, Atlas checked the monster total while talking out his blades.

'This should go quick,' he thought with a smile before summoning some Void Bears that rushed out of the portal. 'Let's use them to bring down the numbers.'

They crashed into the incoming Bigfoots and started fighting as Medusa rushed through the forest while crushing the monsters. Noorah watched his back, keeping the beasts from attacking him from behind.

After this, the trio continued fighting for hours as more of the Bigfoots rushed out and tried attacking. He watched as the Void Bears tore through their giant bodies, causing blood to fly everywhere.

Atlas was rushing into the hordes of while slashing through their legs with his blades that vibrated with Void Infusion. More time passed and the two women grew tired before returning to the real world.

He quickly killed several Bigfoots before checking the monster total.

''Nearly halfway there,'' he muttered while returning to the real world.

Atlas woke up in the tent as the fabric shook thanks to the wind invading the cave they took cover in. He stepped out only to see Theo curled up in a ball, using his wings as a cloak to shield him from the rain.

A fierce gust of wind slammed against him, nearly throwing him off balance as he stumbled forward, catching himself against the jagged rock face. Below, the valley stretched out as its waves crashed violently against the cliffs below.

Soon enough, the rain stopped, but the wind was still going. Just then, Theo appeared behind him as the Blood Bat King's voice sounded in his mind. 'I'll be able to fly tomorrow, the storm has nearly passed.'

'Alright,' he replied with a smile. 'Get some rest and we'll leave tomorrow.'

Following that, the two entered the cave as Medusa started another fire that Noorah was curled up in front of. When he sat down, Estelle spoke from the Otherworld. 'My love, the storm is causing havoc in here. We had to hide in the treehouse as the wind was so bad.'

Atlas's chest tightened with worry, a gnawing unease that clawed at his thoughts. Yet, with no other options before him, he was powerless until the storm calmed down and stopped him from opening a portal to this realm.

Resigned, he steeled himself and settled in to wait, his eyes scanning the horizon for any sign of change, each passing moment heavy with anticipation. While sitting there, he informed the two women.

''I'm going to clear more of the Void Realm as we wait,'' he said.

Moments later, Atlas activated the spell and appeared back in the forest, only to fight straight away. He summoned his monsters to battle the Bigfoots, and by the time he finished, he checked the total.

Atlas grinned. ''Not long now, with the monsters this will drop down quickly,'' he muttered.

Without waiting, he cast dozens of Void Lances that tore through the air, ripping the Bigfoots apart. Blood sprayed everywhere before he started stabbing and slashing the monsters that tried to grab him, but he was too fast for them.

He used Void Step to dodge the groups that managed to surround him, only to fail as they dropped dead. Just then, he raised his blades to block a pair of claws as a strange lizard-like monster attacked him from the shadows.

A sudden, brutal force slammed into Atlas as a massive tail struck him, the impact hurling him out of the Void Realm. He gasped, drawing a deep, ragged breath, his heart pounding as the creature's ambush caught him utterly off guard.

''Are you okay, Atlas?'' Medusa questioned with a concerned expression.

He came to and noticed the snake woman and Noorah staring at him with worried glances before he answered. ''I'm fine, a need monster caught me off guard.''

They looked relieved as the little white fox crawled into his lap and got comfortable, prompting Atlas to start stroking her soft fur, which relaxed him and made Noorah a very happy woman.

Medusa giggled at this scene while handing him some food. ''Here you go, and when will I get some pampering?'' she asked with a knowing smile.

''Transform into your small form and come here,'' he answered before he started eating.

The older woman's smile grew wider as she did as he said and slithered into his lap, causing him to stroke under her chin while mumbling. ''Let me help you get warm.''

Following that, he continued to stroke both women who loved everything second of it as the thunder boomed overhead. Hours later, he had crawled into the tent with Medusa and Noorah sleeping comfortably.

Atlas threw some sheets over them and soon fell asleep, only to be woken up the next morning to monsters screeching out which made him smile. He sat up with a smile before sending Theo and the two women back to the Otherworld.

Afterward, he climbed out of the tent and packed it away, and returned to the realm. Moments later, he appeared in the treehouse only to be swamped by Grishna and Artemis as the two women hugged him.

''We're glad you're okay, handsome,'' the Orc woman said while grabbing his face and giving him a passionate kiss.

Atlas was taken by surprise but quickly returned it while holding onto her waist as Artemis stepped back to wait. The couple kissed for a few seconds before he turned his attention to the gorgeous brunette. 𝑓𝘳𝑒𝑒𝓌𝘦𝘣𝘯ℴ𝑣𝘦𝑙.𝘤𝑜𝑚

He hugged her as she spoke in a low voice. ''We were worried, the storm was bad, but Amethyst believed the empire had something to do with it as it destroyed several rebel bases and allied cities.''

When Atlas heard this, he was shocked but nodded. ''I'll continue causing chaos as we travel south. Now we've reached the empire's shores, it will be easier to destroy their forts and castles guarding the land.''

Following that, he slumped down as the other women appeared and greeted him with kisses before Estelle offered with a warm smile. ''Would you like some tea, my love? It will warm you up.''

''Yes please,'' Atlas answered. ''I can feel the cold seeping into me.''

Just then, Amethyst swept into the treehouse, her presence commanding the room. With a flick of her wrist, she conjured a burst of vibrant purple fire, sending it roaring into the fireplace.

The flames crackled to life, casting a warm, flickering glow across the wooden walls as a wave of cozy heat washed through the space, banishing the chill and enveloping everyone in its comforting embrace.

Atlas found it a haven of quiet, its wooden walls bathed in the soft glow of Amethyst's purple fire crackling in the hearth. He sank into a worn, cushioned chair by the window, the tension in his shoulders slowly unraveling as he gazed out at the swaying branches and the distant valley below.

The warmth of the fire seeped into his bones, and for the first time in hours, his racing thoughts began to still. He let out a long, steady breath, the faint scent of pine and embers filling the air, grounding him in the moment.

Leaning back, he closed his eyes, letting the gentle creak of the treehouse and the distant rustle of leaves lull him into a rare state of calm. The soft clink of porcelain broke the silence, and Atlas opened his eyes to see Estelle approaching, her steps light but purposeful.

In her hands, she carried a steaming cup of tea, the faint aroma of chamomile and honey wafting toward him.
