Leveling Up by Seducing Milfs-Chapter 157. Promise of Tomorrow
Carmilla felt proud that Rick had come a long way. She remembered well enough back in the ruins when Rick was still all weak and helpless, but now things have changed for the better for him.
"You’re getting better," Carmilla said, handing him a waterskin. "Your form keeps on improving, but your footwork still needs a lot of work."
Rick smiled and said, "Wow... that’s a lot of praise from a knight who never praises anyone."
"Well, of course, my footwork needs work because I’ve been having intense sex for hours and hours with Zara." Rick said in his mind while letting out a sigh.
Carmilla gave his shoulder a light tap. "I give people praise when they deserve it, and it seems like you’re getting closer."
Natasha came up to him and, in a rare show of affection, put her hand on his shoulder. "Since we started training together, your tactical thinking has gotten about 37% better."
"If you keep going at this pace, you’ll be good enough in six weeks."
"Acceptable competency," Rick said again. "I’ll take it."
They sat together on a bench, and Rick found himself between the two women, each of them comfortable in their own way. Carmilla’s solid, reassuring presence on his left. Natasha’s cool, analytical comfort is on his right.
Rick said quietly, "I want to say thank you to both of you."
Both looked confused right away because Rick said that out of the blue. "W-Why...?"
"You see... thanks for putting up with me. Like teaching me even though I’m not as good as both of you are and because I don’t get mad when I mess up the same form for the twentieth time."
Carmilla said while giggling, "You’re our king."
"And more than that, we really care about you. It’s not a burden to teach you, protect you, and watch you get stronger."
"It’s a privilege."
Natasha nodded, and her usual cold look softened a little. "You have a lot of potential, Rick."
"It’s there, hidden away, raw and unrefined, and at times, frustratingly dormant. Assisting you in unlocking that potential benefits everyone involved in a logical sense."
Carmilla teased, "My... my... You’re such a romantic man..."
"Romance is a waste of time," Natasha said, but there was a smile on her face. "But I guess it has its benefits in small amounts."
She leaned in and kissed Rick on the cheek, which was so unexpected that Rick jumped. Natasha never showed physical affection unless they were alone.
She always kept such displays for private moments, away from the open training yard and especially Carmilla. And to his surprise, Carmilla was shocked too.
Rick asked, "W-What was that for...?"
"No reason at all," Natasha said, already standing and acting like she always does. "I just wanted to."
"Isn’t that against the rules?"
Carmilla laughed and gave Rick a real hug, wrapping her strong arms around him in a way that made him feel safe. "That’s because we love you, Rick."
"We love you in our own ways and with our own words. Don’t ever doubt that."
Rick hugged her back, feeling like he was going to burst with love. "I love you both too."
"Even when you’re making me do sword drills until my arms fall off."
"Especially then," Carmilla said. "That’s when you know we care."
Carmilla and Natasha take turns kissing Rick’s lips while he waits for them to understand his desires. Meanwhile, he occasionally fondles their breasts until he feels satisfied.
...
After enjoying the training and romantic session with both Carmilla and Natasha, Rick was relaxing in the mansion’s library that night when Sylvia finally came back from the Northern Peaks.
He heard her before he saw her. The sound of heavy footsteps and the faint smell of smoke told him she was there.
She ran into the library in her human form, with her red and gold hair flying everywhere and her amber eyes shining with excitement. "Rick! There you are!"
"The Dragon Council has sent me news, but first, come here right now!"
Before Rick could ask what she needed, Sylvia crossed the room in three long steps and kissed him with all the fire and passion she had. The intensity of her kiss, as she tangled her hands in his hair and pressed her body against his, caused Rick’s brain to short-circuit.
Rick was out of breath, and his face was red when she finally let go. "That was a surprise attack... I didn’t even have time to react."
"I missed you," Sylvia said simply. "I missed you SO much even though I was gone for less than a day."
"That’s something I’ve never done before. It’s been hundreds of years since I’ve missed someone."
She led him to a big sofa and then sat in his lap, completely ignoring the fact that there were other chairs nearby. "The Dragon Council is happy with how far you’ve come."
"They’ve agreed to help with air support for the Ocean Empress mission if it’s needed."
Rick said, "That’s great," trying to focus on the political implications instead of the fact that Sylvia was sitting on his lap in a very distracting way.
"Having the dragonkin’s support will definitely help, especially if it’s from the sky, because we’re going to be all the way down in the ocean."
"Yes," Sylvia said, putting her hands on his chest. "But I didn’t come back just to tell you what happened."
"I came back because I wanted to be with you."
"I finally have someone worth coming back to after being alone for forty years."
Rick could tell that she was weak behind her strong words. Sylvia, the proud Dragon Queen who had built walls around her heart for centuries, was saying that she needed someone.
Rick wrapped his arms around her waist and said, "I’m glad you came back."
"When you’re not here, things don’t feel right without my lovely dragon queen." Rick begins to seduce her with his charm, as he always does.
Sylvia smiles proudly hearing that. "That’s a good answer."
She leaned in and rubbed her face against his neck, her breath warm against his skin. "Rick, do you know what I love about you?"
"Hm...? I wonder... what?"
"You make me feel like I’m young again. Not in years, but in heart."
"You remind me that it’s okay to be vulnerable, playful, and want things just because you want them, not because they will help you in some way."
She raised her head to look him in the eye. "With Therion, my first mate, it was all a big romance."
"A great love that burned brightly and quickly."
"It’s not the same with you, but it’s quieter in some ways, and it felt deeper, like it’s about making something that will last for hundreds of years, not just decades."
Rick joked while giggling, "No pressure or anything, huh, hahaha..." but his voice was full of emotion.
Sylvia’s laughter resonated with him, like a soothing melody. "We have time, my consort."
"Like a really lot of time. And I plan to use every second of it."
They sat together like that for a long time, holding each other and talking about nothing and everything. Sylvia told him about the different groups in her council and how they fought for power.
Rick told stories about his past, including the mistakes and disappointments that had made him who he is.
And through it all, there was a feeling of wholeness. Two couples found something valuable and were determined to keep it safe.
Rick looks at how wholesome the moment is, and he can’t hold back from saying something to her, "Hey, Sylvia..."
"Mmm...?" Sylvia responded while resting her head on his shoulder.
"If I manage to beat the Archon and the world is at peace again... do you want to..." Rick felt something was pushing inside his heart and mind—that maybe he wanted Sylvia to be the first to hear it.
"Do you want to have a family with me...?"
There was a long pause of silence when he said that.
Sylvia raised her head right away just to look at him in the eyes. "W-Wait...! Those words... do you mean that...?"
"Yeah... well... at some point we’re probably already married, right? So let’s continue to have a family now."
Tears came out immediately in her eyes. "Oh, Rick... I..."
Rick held both her hands. "So? What’s your answer about our family of dragons...?"
Sylvia nodded while closing both her eyes. "Yes... I want to have your baby dragons, Rick... Let’s make a family after the world is at peace again."
With that, both Rick and Sylvia had agreed to have a family of dragons, and they sealed the promise by enjoying the kissing inside the silent library, knowing that Rick has a huge surge of motivation to end the Archon for Sylvia and for every bonded partner he has.
