Loving The Cursed Werewolf King-Chapter 793: Last Day On The Ship
"In that case, Peach and I will return to our room."
"Oh, you are coming back already?"
"In a few hours, the ship will stop at the harbour. We have to tidy up our luggage, which is still a mess."
"Okay then," said Arielle who then waved back at Peach as the girl left the room. Alexis bowed to Arielle briefly, to which she responded politely, then headed out of the room.
Arielle glanced at William who was yawning widely.
"Please don’t tell Ronan I fell asleep while guarding you."
Arielle made a gesture of locking her mouth, making William heave a sigh of relief. Lucas just shook his head at William’s habit of being negligent in taking care of Queen Arielle, even after what happened to the Queen before.
For God’s sake, Arielle fell into the sea!
Yet Lucas didn’t feel it was appropriate to criticize William when he was no different than the man!
Ronan came in when he felt everything was safe. He casually sat down in another chair after ordering William to stand and guard at the front. Lucas also left the room without being ordered.
"I see you’re getting closer to the two of them."
Arielle ate her food slowly.
"Hm?"
Seeing Arielle’s face, which looked better than before, made Ronan smile. The man removed the scarf covering his face and opened his mouth wide.
"You hungry too?" asked Arielle.
She cut the meat on her plate and fed the patiently waiting Ronan.
The girl chuckled upon seeing her husband’s adorable attitude. Lately, Ronan had become very protective of her. At first, Arielle thought Ronan knew about her pregnancy, but William, also the doctor, had sworn that they wouldn’t tell anyone as they had promised Arielle.
"You want some more? I’m full. Lucas also made snacks earlier, so I think this is enough for both of us."
"Can you feed me?" asked Ronan, opening his eyes again. Besides being more protective, the man liked being spoiled. Very, very, very spoiled that it overwhelmed Arielle.
Ronan shrugged his shoulders. "I just want to always have your attention."
"I always give you a lot of attention," Arielle said with a chuckle.
Ronan also smiled when Arielle was laughing. Even though Arielle spent most of her time in the room, he was relieved that she didn’t complain too much. After a few days passed, he could see her wife’s health improving. She wasn’t as thin and pale as the last he saw her.

Time flew by. The sun had set on the horizon, and they were getting closer to the harbour. Arielle, who was feeling better, was allowed to come out of the room by the doctor.
Her pregnancy was still a secret until now. Both William and the doctor kept their mouths tightly shut.
Sometimes, William almost blurted out about it, but he covered it quickly. And so far, no one bore any suspicions.
Ronan watched his wife from afar. Meanwhile, William and Lucas accompanied Arielle, as per the King’s order. They both stood on either side of her, guarding the girl who enjoyed the scenery from the edge of the ship.
Ronan didn’t want what happened before to happen again.
"In about thirty minutes, the ship will arrive at the harbour."
Arielle could see the end of the land, which looked brighter than the surrounding areas. They seemed so small. It was even much smaller than an ant.
The merchants were already getting ready, tidying up their wares and such, including Alexis and Peach. Both of them were busy clearing their chests to take back to Nieverdell.
The ship that took them to Nieverdell was leaving in two days. Thus, they would find cheap accommodation near the harbour and stay there for the time being, while Arielle had to continue her journey to the capital city of Thebis.
"Arielle," said Prince Khaled who suddenly appeared behind.
Arielle, William, and Lucas, who were talking about the Kingdom of Thebis, turned around.
Seeing the Prince of Thebis approach his wife, Ronan, who was standing with one of the Northendell knights, straightened up. He did not like Prince Khaled. The man was strangely too kind to his beloved wife.
Of course, that wasn’t his only reason. Ronan had one good reason that made him dislike Prince Khaled. It might sound childish to the others, but he was jealous of Prince Khaled.
The Prince could talk freely with Arielle, and Arielle even let him call her name without any title. Meanwhile, he could only see her from afar.
Since a few days ago, Ronan’s ears had been itching every time he heard Prince Khaled call his wife’s name.
"Oh, yes? What is it?" Arielle asked in a friendly manner.
"It seems we have to stay at an inn first. The ship arrived a day earlier than expected because the storms on the border between the two seas were not as extreme as usual. Hence, we can start moving in two days to adjust to His Majesty King Ronan’s entourage arriving by land."
"Ah, I see. Of course. I have no problem with it."
Prince Khaled lowered his head. "Thank you for your understanding."
Arielle just smiled. She waited for Prince Khaled to leave the three of them again, but the Prince still stood in place, making the atmosphere between them feel awkward.
"Is there anything else you’d like to say?" asked Arielle kindly.
"Ah.. y-yes-yes... I just wanted to... talk to you. Can I?"
"Oh, my... of course! Let’s come closer. Ah, please don’t hesitate to talk to me. I will be happy to make new friends."
William looked back to where Ronan was observing them. The man knew what his job was for now. He stepped back and let Prince Khaled take his place.
Meanwhile, Lucas was still standing beside Arielle, and now Prince Khaled was standing on her other side.
Willian asked Arielle’s permission to leave for a moment, then approached Ronan who was burning with jealousy.
"Calm down. That man would not dare to harbor more feelings."
