Chapter 808

A while ago, Drevor had just punched Rivock which sent him flying backwards for a few seconds until the direct descendant gritted his teeth and summoned longswords made from ki stabbing them into the ground.

It dug into the ground on both his flanks. Even with this, he still hadn’t halted properly as he stared at Drevor still charging at him.

Gnashing his teeth, he put more pressure on the swords and steered himself to a halt.

And it was just in time as Drevor finally reached the position of his kneeling younger brother.

Wasting no time, he lifted his leg above his head and sent it hurling downwards with incredible force that the direct descendant below could actually feel the crushing wind from the kick.

The ki swords instantly dissipated from his grip as he charged his feet with an intense amount of ki.

Springing off, the ground splintered beneath his feet boosting his body away from the heel kick just at the right moment.

Drevor’s heel crashed into the ground with thunderous force causing a gust of dust to billow into the air shielding where he was.

"I see. Going in for the kill that fast, eh brother?" Rivock grinned from where he stood.

To him,the situation didn’t even look that dire.

Swooosh—!

Drevor didn’t reply verbally as he bolted out of the dust that had been surrounding him.

His speed was too great that even the dust settled down in an instant.

He crossed the distance between them in a flash that it seemed like he teleported.

From his hands, Ki wrapped around them visibily forming a pair of gauntlets which he hurled forward towards Rivock’s head at a blazing speed.

With a grin on his face, Ki wrapped around Rivock’s fist too which he swung forward meeting his brother’s punch dead in the center with an explosive bang.

Chunks of the ground scattered into the air around them as they remained frozen for a moment.

One not winning against the other for a few seconds.

Then....

"Ack...."

Rivock was sent sliding backwards with his hand throbbing in a silent pain. Even though, he didn’t seem to look worried as the smile on his face persisted.

Drevor wasn’t about to give him a moment of respite as he materialized in front of his younger brother in a flash with a kick whipping out from the side with tremendous speed.

Lifting his hand up, the kick landed with a loud clang.

Rivock grimaced a bit in pain before ki coiled around his legs shooting him forward like a spring unbound.

This caught Drevor off for a split second as his brother was coming in hot with an uppercut aimed at dislocating one’s jaws.

Leaning his whole head to the side, the punch was avoided but the next moment, Rivock put pressure on his feet and then twirled around in one fluid motion before sending a powerful kick smashing into his brother’s chest sending him lurching backwards in pain.

Following up, Rivock vaulted into the air for a split second as he charged his leg with ki and then with all his might, he swung it around unleashing a massive slash of Ki from his toes.

The attack sped forward like a blade of death from the gods. It rocketed forward at lightning speed.

Punching the air with all his strength, Drevor sent a massive visible Ki fist hurling through the air which instantly collided with the slash from Rivock.

BOOOM—!

The air shuddered as the two attacks collided with one another in a massive explosion that caused cracks to appear on the ground.

Dust shrouded the view for a moment.

Only for Drevor to hurriedly spin around with his hands held out only to clamp onto Rivock’s fist that had been shooting his way just a while ago.

"It seems like conversing with weak commoners has made you weak too. Brother." Drevor frowned as he held Rivock’s punch in place.

The direct descendant didn’t hurry to reply as instead, a wide grin split his face instead.

"Sure about that?"

Drevor raised a brow.

"Hm?"

Then, all of a sudden—

Ki surged through Rivock’s feet. Specifically his toes causing him to shoot forward at blazing speed.

This caught his brother unaware as the direct descendant swung his head from below crashing it into Drevor’s jaws with all the might he had.

"Ugh...."

Drevor’s head was flung to the side followed by his whole body as he went skipping across the ground like a stone on water.

Rivock wasn’t done with him.

Swinging his hands into the air like claws, visible slashes of Ki raced forward like a blur.

Stabbing his fingers into the ground, Drevor clawed himself to a halt as he suddenly performed a spin.

His legs crashing into the ki slashes and destroying them like brittle glass.

Augmenting his legs with the ki, Rivock exploded forward and reached his brother in the blink of an eye.

Without losing a beat, he swung his leg in a perfect roundhouse kick towards Drevor’s head.

It was inches away from actually hitting its target when,

Bam—!

Rivock was suddenly facing the sky the next moment.

’I’m on my back?’

The next second, he could see Drevor standing over him with a scowl on his face.

"One in a lifetime genius my foot. To think that father wanted to give you the clan instead of me and here you are betraying the clan. For what exactly?"

Rivock didn’t say a word as he placed his hands behind his head to cushion it against the hard rocky plain.

A soft smile creased his face as he stared at his brother annoyed look some more.

"Well. What can I say than I just want to see you all dead! And I don’t mind starting with you."

Drevor’s face twisted into pure rage as he was about swinging his foot towards Rivock’s head in order to crush it.

"I won’t do that if I was you."

A distortion was felt around Drevor causing him to turn his head slightly only to see fifty Ki swords glowing with tremendous energy while the tips were pointed at his head and back.
