Malevolent Warlock: Sin Of Eternity-Chapter 221: Talent—1
"Arggg"
The more Arian threw wind and lightening at the cage holding her, the more dangerous it became.
The serpent heads moved at blinding speeds moving from one Orb to another slowly causing the wind to churn. If this continued, it might just create a vortex.
"Hmp!!"
After repeatedly attacking the cage, Arian came to the the conclusion that her Area was sorely lacking when compared to Leon’s Site.
There was need for a change
"Sin of Pride: Pridefulheart"
Her hair began to glow with an irresistible white luster, coupled with the lightening crackling all over her, she now looked like a lightening Godness.
Soon, a bright light shone from within the cage as Arian sliced it in two temporarily allowing her to escape before it closed up once again.
Pridefulheart, this skill allowed Arian to mess with the mental state of her opponent, forcing them to act irrational and prideful. It had no effect on Leon, but it also came with boost in power.
With her unique domain, she was fighting at the level of a peak level mage. Upon adding this? She was now operating on a level beyond level 3.
"Hmmm," Leon watched Arian float above him looking down at him with mockery. She had broken through a trap that took him months to prepare, he must be fuming.
If only she knew how much Leon had held back in that previous attack.
"Scatter"
If it were to enclose her again, it might be a different story. However, would she wait for that to happen?
Absolutely not.
She immediately got in his face and began swinging her sword wildly aiming for his most delicate joints.
She would attack, and Leon would dodge, a delicate equilibrium was slowly formed.
And as they fought, a strange scene unfolded. Arians glow increased exponentially and a transparent force oozed from Leon’s very core.
[Ding!!!

A voice sounded in Leon’s head following which his hair started glowing also. The fight had evolved from a brawl to a chaotic dance.
It was so elegant that it made even the bystanders look up in awe as Leon and Arian Synced.
Momentarily, Leon felt a slight boost in power. But it wasn’t only him, Arian got it too.
But a slight boost was all she needed.
Mid fight, Arian entered the peak of level 3.
"Unfortunate" Arian sighed.

Leon had just pushed her to break through and she was eternally greatful, but they weren’t on the same level anymore, this fight was now useless.
There was no winner.
"Hmmm, I understand now" Leon smiled as he clenched his fist, this started as a kind of ego trip between Leon and Arian, but it bore fruits.
They had both improved, and Leon found another way to get stronger.
"Sigh"
On the ground the high Arbiter sighed, Leon had more secrets than he thought. He now felt more guilty keeping Leon as his deciple.
The boy would probably go on to achieve many more things than he could.
"Just tell him I came looking" not wasting a moment more, the High Arbiter looked at wolf 1 and said before turning around to leave.
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Leon’s fight brought alot of damage to the surrounding area, that included his courtyard. So the next few days were spent in reconstruction of which Yankai and the others sent men go help Leon with.
After a few days, Leon set forth for the main clan to meet the High Arbiter. For weeks now, he had been ignoring the old man’s calls and invites. That was insanely rude, so he eventually had to make time to see him.
"Senior"
As soon as Leon arrives at the gates to the main base, he was promptly saluted by the guards at the gate.
This time, Leon didn’t choose to fly over the area like before. There was no longer a need to prove himself in the enforcement Unit.
His reputation had preceded him. Even though they didn’t know exactly what happened In Trafalgar forest, they knew that leon had contributed in them defeating a mighty foe hence him being chosen as the outer deciple of the supreme leader.
To top it off, Leon selfless act of giving the dipper fruit to the head captain allowing her go becoming a direct disciple made him a revered figure amongst the those of the enforcement unit.
"At ease" Leon said calmly before walking in casually.
The enforcement unit was the policing branch of the clan, as such they had their own training grounds with cadets, this was the function of the main base. But it also functioned to house the most powerful individuals in the unit.
As Leon walked through he sensed several powerful energy signatures that he hadn’t observed before. They ranged from level 3 to even level 4.
The enforcement unit was definitely deeper than he thought.
"Good morning Master"
Inside the great hall Leon fell on one knee and greeted the High Arbiter who was seated on a throne chair.
"Leon, you’ve finally decided to grace this old man with your presence?" The High Arbiter opened his eyes revealing a splendous glow in its very depths.
Leon had recieved several invites from him and refused to show. Normally, this was grounds foe punishment. But how would it look for him to punish the supreme leaders outer deciple?
It was like a slap in the face.
"I apologise Master, things have just been too hectic lately. I came as soon as I could"
Leon replied with the utmost respect.
"Ohhh you have better things to do than see your master huh? Good," the High Arbiter harrumphed.
Of course this was all a show, what was he going to do? Beat Leon up for not wanting to throw away his responsibility as a captain? This was a really selfless act even though he could leave and focus of increasing his strength, he chose to be of help to the unit..
This behaviour couldn’t be punished, only rewarded.
"It’s not like that Sire, I promise" Leon spoke with a frown on his face.
"Hmmm you will be punished"
