Married to my nemesis-Chapter 220: What’s that expression for?
Matthew was still seated but he gave a laughter out which made Vixen place a frown on his face.
"What’s that expression for?"
"Well I can’t help but think of what Abi will think when she hears those words, I’m sure there would be no way she’s going to believe you."
"But she loves me."
"Oh my dude, I didn’t know that, maybe is good if I could elaborate to you that is not just you that she loves in this room. She loves the both of us, do you really think I was going to waste my hustle of pretending to be a part of the league, gaining information just to make you receive the device and lying to Abi that I’m actually died just to tell her the truth. If I wanted, I could have done that a long time ago and then told it right to her face that dear sister, the league which you claim to be the promoting peace among nations and claiming to be a unity is a fake. Oh, I would have stated that the league is just a shun."
" Are you sure she’s not going to believe it? I believe she’s sensible enough to heed to our words. "
" Oh yes she’s sensible but then it wouldn’t surprise you when she brings a whole team just to look for the device in your house. Listen, Abi loves her family but when it comes to the position at the league, is like saying something against your mother." Matthew pointed out as Vixen gave a frown.
He wasn’t expecting his mother to be involved.
" You see, the super love you have for your mother wouldn’t want you to hear any other word against her and the league is like Abi’s mother. The league catered for Abi when she was at her weakest, when she felt stupid, lost. She had to love without the love of a mother and had to endure with the fact that her mother was away. "
" I thought that story was made up by Abi. "
" She’s said it to you? "
" Yeah, is been a while, but that really happened to her? "
" Abi can fake with any other thing but when it comes to her mother, is something that shouldn’t be an imagination. Every where Abi goes she remembers her mother, after all Mina has made it easy for her to feel guilty like she’s the cause of her parents separation. There was even a time when she began to believe that her mother died because she was unforgiven. "
Vixen had a sparkle in his eyes and from his expression it seemed as though he was worried about Abi.
" Hey, don’t give Abi pity. She’s really not the kind who wants to be pitied, she just want to live life knowing that she had it to the fullest, so no matter what happens, just remember that Abi is not going to believe you easily. "
" Hmmm, I can’t help but think of the first time she first met me. Sincerely, I don’t understand how your sister is able to put a spell on my son."
" Hmm, I also wonder, just a little trick and now your son has wrapped his arms around her begging not to let go. Besides, from the starting point we make the league think we know nothing about their plans, about how they first met you, their statics, we’ll make it all innocent."
Vixen gave a chuckle.
" I’m sure your sister is going to kill me if I tell her I killed you."
" Just wait and watch, as of the moment the only thing that is motivating her is that I’m not dead but once you’ve made her feel like I’m dead, I promise you. You’re gonna be in a ring to fight some Kung Fu with her."
" Oh my god, is it going to be that bad?"
" Dude, just take it and know that we have to do as according to plan."
" Ahh, oh my gawd, I can’t help but believe that i have to pretend to be innocent about the fact Abi’s so called father is hers. To be true, that guy is bad at what he does. He doesn’t even act properly. Sincerely, is this how the agency operates? "
Matthew couldn’t help but laugh as he pointed his cup at him.
He was so hilarious.
"Dude, where did I see you from?" Matthew remarked as laughter blurted out his lips.

Arthur sat on a chair having his upper body lean towards the table, he had a phone pencil as he painted pictures on the drawings done on his gadget.
He was in his room, settled with gently breeze, he was cool with the process not until he was interrupted by the sound of a knock on the door.
He raised his head towards the direction of his door.
"Who is there?" He said in a gentle voice, his eyes looked rather calm and curious.
The knob of the door was turned and then he watched the person peek his head in.
"Do you have time for me?" The person questioned cheerfully as a smile brushed through Arthur’s lips, he made a grin.
"Mummy, ’ he commented in a cheer.
Abi walked into the room but then she looked rather nervous as she placed hands in front of her to make a fist, she stared at Arthur to see if he was alright.
This was the first time she was going to deal with a child after a trauma so she felt so nervous to do this.
"Are you feeling now, Arthur?"
"I’m feeling good, mummy."
"I really thought of calling your grandma’s to come meet you but it seems you are doing better than before."
She walked closer to him as she took a seat around the circular table, she sat close to Arthur as she stared at him.
"Do you want me to make you cookies?"
Arthur shook his head.
"What about a movie?"
He did the same.
"Then what do you want?"
Arthur extended his arms.
"A hug mummy," Abi placed a smile on as she moved closer and then she embraced him gently ruffling his hair, she kissed him on the head.
"I’m so sorry, Arthur. I should have been there before those things happened. I’m sure you feel bad, don’t you?" She questioned in a doting tone as Arthur raised his head to meet hers still in embrace.
Abi lowered her head to stare into his eyes.
"Mummy Jordan is a bad boy, isn’t it?"
"No, no, he’s not a bad boy, " she stated as she brought her hands to his cheek and then she caressed it.
" Baby, don’t call Jordan one, " to be true, within her heart she called the boy a bad one a million times even his mother.
But then she couldn’t make Arthur see his contemporaries as a bad person, for Arthur it was good if he doesn’t take an eye for an eye.
She was going to be Arthur’s god and deal with that so called family for herself.
She was going to make them pay for calling her sweetheart such a name and making the poor boy worry.
"Didn’t I tell you you’re a good boy?"
Arthur nodded.
"So why would Jordan be a bad boy."
"Because he said hurtful words, mummy."
"Well then, do this, I want you to stay away from Jordan, okay?"
"Okay mummy," he said with a small smile and then Abi once again hugged him.
"Arthur," the the two released themselves when they heard the call, a sharp one that seemed like he was hostile.
A frown on Abi’s face but Arthur had a shiver as he saw his father’s cold stare.
He stood up his chair like he committed some offence.
Abi noticed the look on his face and then thought it must have been as a result of what had happened.
Meanwhile Vixen was cold, his face neutral it made them all feel nervous.
"I heard that you got into a fight," Vixen stated in a curt tone as Arthur nervously clipped his fingers with one another.
His eyes looked like it was about to be parylzied if he didn’t tell his father what had happened.
Abi noticed the mood was unusual, what was he doing?
She had explained to Vixen about the matter so what was the use of making the boy seem nervous like it was his fault.
"Vixen listen," she was about to address the issue when Vixen raised his hand to stop her, his eyes looked at her with a cold look.
She had a frown, he’s never done anything like that.
She walked up to him to get a hold of his hand which he placed behind but then she noticed the teddy bear that he had behind him.
"Listen to me, I’m trying to make him calm," Vixen made a whisper to her as her eyes grew wide, she couldn’t believe the issue.
That meant he was trying to make Arthur happy after feeling like there was a storm.
"Vixen."
