"Yes that’s me but please listen," she tried to approach Vixen but he gave a curt expression.

His eyes darkened, he seemed to be infuriated even if he had a calm look.

"Vixen, just listen. I wasn’t thinking —"

"I told you to leave the case to me then why are you taking his up?"

"Well, Vixen she was against my son."

"The boy is my son!!" Vixen yelled, Abi’s eyes widened in shock she was unable to accommodate his words.

Tears stuck in her eyes, she sniffed her nose as she wiped her cheeks.

But she was so concealing about her appearance and haven’t told anyone about her whereabouts except from informing Sebastian about where they should meet up.

She shook her head in disbelief, it can’t be Sebastian but at the same time she had thoughts about Sebastian and about his attitude towards her.

All of a sudden he became nicer than he was.

Her eyes grew darker she cleansed the remaining of her tears, whatever it was she was going to find out who had planned everything.

Whether it was Mia or Sebastian.

She wasn’t going to spare whoever it might be, on the contrary, she was hoping that whatever Vixen does he realized what type of woman she was.

Abi had thoughts about making a complaint to the authorities of the school but she feared Arthur might be driven away from her thinking she’s so overprotective about him.

After a while of comforting herself, Abi headed towards Arthur’s room she gently opened it as he eyes first peeked at the bed trying to navigate if the boy was asleep.

Since the room was silent without a word, she entered the room.

"Arthur," she called him out gently as she walked towards his bed she walked her little boy sleep on the bed peacefully.

Her eyes lit seeing the cute expression of her darling one she sat on the bed so she could place a hand on his hair gently scratching through it she adjusted the strands of his hair.

"I know you were worried about my whereabouts since I didn’t pick you instantly. I’m so sorry boy, I should have told you that I’ll be late I’m so sorry," she stated with a small glint, her lips extended but not close to her eyes.

She lowered her upper body so she could give him a kiss on the hair, with a gently pat, she retracted her head so she could stare into him.

Just when she was about to leave, she heard the door click as she turned to the door to see Vixen.

She felt unsettled as he walked towards the bed.

She stood up to leave but then his words altered her.

"Please just stay," she stood feeling a bit considerable for a while before she turned to him, she shook her head.

"I’m sorry but I’ll have to leave now. You want to take care of your son then go ahead, after all I have nothing to do with him," she stated not giving him the choice to speak as he was left speechless watching her walk out of the room.

He heaved a deep breath brushing his fingers into his hair feeling a bit disturbed by the thoughts of what he could do to convince that he was only trying to protect her.

He was about to head out when Arthur’s eyelashes fluttered, he stirred a bit disturbed by the sound of the door he slowly opened his eyes to realize his father was in front.

"Daddy," Arthur called out to him averting his attention, he walked up to the bed as he sat on it brushing his hands through Arthur’s.

"How are you doing?" He said in a gentle tone as Arthur stressfully nodded.

"Daddy, what about Mummy? Where’s she?"

Vixen sighed as he looked into he was reasonable with his words.

"Well your mother was quite busy, she fell asleep in the process I had to take her from her office. She’s in her bed but before that she gave you kisses while you were asleep."

" Oh, okay, daddy. "

" Now have a sweet dream, I’ll get going now, " he stated kissing Arthur on his hair, he walked out of the room.

" What do you mean that you just need a little time, Mia? " Mina questioned after listening to Mia’s operations, she anticipated the time Abi was going to gone out of her life forever.

Taking a cup of coffee, she sat opposite the bench of Mia’s but handed her a cup before sitting as she gently sipped from it.

Mia took a sip and then explained to Mina.

"Look aunt, sometimes when you want to do something then you have to take a process. Besides, you’ve always been the one to say things about this, so if me really want to make sure that once she falls she doesn’t raise up again then you have to trust me."

Mina had a look on her face feeling a bit hesitant but after learning Mia’s experience she knew this might be an easy take for her but at the same time she couldn’t help but wonder if she would be able to defeat Abi.

She was different from the women Mia had dealt with so if might be complicated.

"I do trust you, Mia but let’s face the reality, is being so long since you’ve ever committed any crime so tell me how would you be able to defeat this woman this time?"
