Tarta didn’t respond, while Phoenix said over the walkie-talkie, "Angelo returned to the hotel. Should we find an opportunity to assassinate him? Over."

Gao Yang replied without hesitation, "Do not assassinate, repeat, no matter the opportunity, Undying Bird is not permitted to conduct any assassination operations, over."
