Gazing upon the status display, Damien pondered what he should do about his newly acquired wealth. It was enough to turn most of his monsters into three-stars, but he wasn't that interested in quantity anymore.

Instead, he'd rather choose quality and evolve monsters that could rival the progenitor. If he were capable of doing so, he wouldn't have to rely on the intricate plan of finding Alastair's seal.

He could find it after the Vampire Progenitor was extinguished before his hands. It wasn't a troublesome plan, but a question arises from it.

What Four-Star Monster should be chosen for the evolution?

"I have many options, and most of them are related to the Terrestrial Category," he muttered to himself, staring at his Terrestrial Monsters.

Each and every single one of them was powerful, capable of rivalling a True Blood. But they were limited as a Terrestrial Category.

With this in mind, he transferred his sight towards the Paranormal and Extraterrestrial Category. From the latter category, there was Luminesce. The Fourth-Star Evolution of Starlight.

From its Third-Star Form alone, Damien realized that it was too strong and targets everything and everyone bathed in its light. It wasn't essential enough to warrant another evolution.

On the other hand, in the Paranormal Category was Izanami no Mikoto. Just from the confrontation in the capital of the Clan, he understood that she was capable of dominating the two True Bloods.

In simpler terms, she might attract the attention of the progenitor and force him out of the gothic castle. It was a possibility, a great one.

"Unfortunately, she's currently fighting against the True Bloods. I cannot haphazardly evolve her without warning. The remaining Fourth-Star Monsters must arrive before I begin her evolution."

Damien nodded to himself, recognizing the benefits of the prospect. The Fourth-Star Monsters were about to reach the capital. It wouldn't be long until the Clan would be overwhelmed.

"But I never expected there to be a cult working on my behalf." He glanced at the devastated aetheric weapons in the capital through his Omniscient Sovereignty.

These cults seemed to be worshipping him for some reason. Probably the aftereffect of having multiple Fourth-Star Monsters capable of wielding influence, besieging the capital.

At any rate, these cults were helpful as they ensured a steady flow of Terror Points from the capital. Even a True Blood was forced to return to handle them.

"I could use them to my advantage," Damien mumbled while gazing upon the cult causing chaos throughout the capital. They targeted military strongholds alongside government buildings.

"They appear to be even more effective than the Fourth-Star Monsters I sent. No wonder Terrorists are troublesome. Fortunately, they are working on my behalf."

He sighed to himself, shaking his head in exasperation. Never did he think that he would have a Terrorist Cult under his arsenal.

"I should grant them something to bolster their activities." Regardless, however. They were excellent farmers of Terror Points. It would be unfortunate if they were annihilated by the True Blood.

How does someone grant power to others besides himself?

In the New World, there was no information about a Brand or Blood Technique capable of bestowing power. The only nearest connections were those of the species' progenitors.

Sadly, Damien recognized his limits and hadn't acquired the power capable of granting others his strength. But it could be possible for his monsters to have such a capability.

Ultimately, it required time.

However, time was of the essence for the cultist.

Looks like Shadow Wolf and Wraith Queen will have to make their move. Even though they were much weaker than the True Blood, they should be capable of protecting the cultist.

"Shadow Wolf, Wraith Queen..." Damien called out as these two Paranormal Monsters materialized behind him. They bowed, awaiting orders from their master.

"I want you to protect the cultist. Don't confront the True Blood who is hunting them. Just annoy him." He smiled as the two nodded in understanding and immediately left for the capital.

He turned his gaze towards the status display in front of him, and the Terror Points steadily rose.

Since the beginning, he had always wondered what path he would have gone through while acquiring more Terror Points. He could have grown much faster if he tried terrorizing human cities.

But the Paragons would have handled him.

There was also his boss, the Seventh Paragon, and the strongest of humanity.

In simpler terms, he would have been handled in some way. His state during that intersection wouldn't be strong enough to rival the Paragons or True Bloods.

So, there was no way he would survive against the strongest of humanity or the progenitor of vampires.

In any case, Damien gazed upon the capital through his Omniscient Sovereignty and noticed the cult planning something. His eyebrows unconsciously rose.

He was intrigued about what they planned to do, especially with a True Blood hot on their heels. It made him wonder one thing about them.

"Is this their last resort?" He pondered before shaking his head. It was too early for him to say. He kept observing the cultist and remained patient.

The True Bloods who intended to exterminate them were being bothered by the Wraith Queen and the Shadow Wolf. It would take time for the bastard to take care of the cult.

"I see..." His lips curled into an arrogant smile. As expected, the ones capable of causing the most Terror weren't loyal monsters but fanatic cultists instead.

These understood where the faith of the vampires lay.

*BOOM!*

An explosion resounded, and several towers of the Gothic castle collapsed. The chaos attracted the attention of everyone.

Damien felt his Terror Points spike once again, making him satisfied.
