In the desolate landscape of the New World's lower half, Damien stood in silence as his Terror Points grew significantly. The goal he had dreamt of was almost within his reach.

"Though... I didn't expect Yuki to be fighting so well against the progenitor." He previously thought that she would be overwhelmed sooner or later by the progenitor.

It appears that he was wrong.

Either the Vampire Progenitor hadn't utilized all of his strength, or Yuki was much more slippery than he expected.

Watching through the Omniscient Sovereignty, Damien felt his lips curl into a subtle smile as his sable-tinted gaze narrowed. Chaos was spreading throughout the capital.

After utilizing all of his monsters, the elites of the Clan were barely handling the situation. If the True Bloods hadn't supported them, the capital would have fallen long ago.

It was quite a sight, to say the least.

"While the arrival of my monsters is effective in acquiring more Terror Points, they aren't as good as the cultist. I guess I underestimate their capabilities of spreading fear."

"But once these monsters are evolved into Fourth-Stars... Who knows what would happen to the capital of the Clan?" Damien smirked, imagining giant monsters that would fill the horizon.

Without a doubt, he was capable of causing the fall of the Clan. Unfortunately, he needed to focus his sets on the seal of his boss first.

Some of his Paranormal Monsters were scouring the interior of the Gothic castle, trying to find signs of the seal that imprisoned the strongest of humanity.

According to intelligence gathered from the cultist, it seems that there could only be one place where the seal could reside. The underground basement of the Gothic castle.

As such, his Paranormal Monsters entered the underground basement and found artifacts belonging to the world where the lycanthropes and the vampires originated.

It would be saddening to leave these precious pieces of history behind, so he also commanded his monsters to bring these artifacts with them.

Who knows... Maybe there would be something useful amongst the ancient relics. At any rate, it didn't take long for his Paranormal Monsters to find what they were looking for.

The Tesseract.

No matter how much the progenitor killed to destroy the knowledge of the ancient artifact. Vampires were long-lived beings who remembered more than any humans could.

The only ones he could eliminate successfully would be those who were aware of how to utilize the ancient artifact.

Naturally, when the Paranormal Monsters took the Tesseract. The Vampire Progenitor noticed almost immediately, but was distracted by Yuki. He could only clench his fangs in annoyance.

Even though she was much weaker than the progenitor, they weren't on entirely different levels. The difference wasn't that of the heavens and the earth.

It would be closer to compare them to those of a child and an adult. While not being able to defeat the Vampire Progenitor, Yuki wasn't completely helpless.

If he wanted to, he could even summon Eclipse and handle the progenitor right there. Of course, before that, he needed to observe the old bastard first. Who knows what kind of power the progenitor was hiding?

As notifications bombarded his mind, he watched as his Terror Points reached half a hundred thousand. His requirements had been met.

But it was worth it, especially when the duration of the evolution was much faster than before.

"This is unexpected..." Damien muttered to himself while staring at the notification. He expected it to be within an hour or more. Not five minutes. Was this the blessing of the Monster Gacha System?

After all, he actually gathered half a hundred thousand Terror Points. It might be more than the Terror Points he had acquired since his awakening as an Aberrant.

At any rate, Damien patiently waited while Yuki fought against the progenitor, stalling as much time as possible. It wouldn't be long for the old bastard to realize that she wasn't actually targeting the capital.

But whether he reached his realization or not didn't matter. After all, he would have acquired more than enough Four-Star Monsters by then.

Even his first task, which was to take back the artifact that sealed his boss, had already been completed. Beyond that were merely the subsequent benefits of his hard work.

As Damien patiently waited, it didn't take long for the five minutes to pass. Once again, he was bombarded with notifications. Though he was barely affected by such things.

Unlike before, his tolerance for such things had been augmented to an extreme level. Whether there was a bombardment of notifications or not didn't matter.

Damien couldn't help but have some expectations. In all honesty, now that his goal had been reached, he couldn't help but feel a bit lost. Should he test his luck and summon more monsters?

Perhaps making them all Five-Stars was a possibility.

At any rate, he glanced at his status display and couldn't stop himself from smirking.
