Anton stayed at the manor for a few more hours. He had already advised Enoril for him not to be disturbed for the whole day since he was supposed to be focusing on his magic, and he was confident that Enoril would heed his request and not allow anyone to go to the guest house where he was staying.

Anton stayed with his father and sister in one of the manor’s salons overlooking the garden. Even though it was the middle of winter, the gardens were in full bloom, defying the season. It was one of the effects of the mana-enriched earth where all of the manor’s fauna were planted, and that included not only the flowers in the garden, but also the orchard and the grains in the grain field.

The mana-enriched soil would immediately melt the snow that fell on them, and the soil also emitted enough heat to protect the plants from extreme cold. Basically, the whole manor achieved what the forest elves had done with some of their gardens, which were to make them remain in the spring season forever.

The reason why Anton was still interested in those Nature spells that the forest elves had was that the manor only achieved that effect after a long time of being enriched by Anton’s Mana Rain, and from what he had gathered from the forest elves, their nature spells' effect was instantaneous.

Anders told Anton that Bruce and Susan requested that all the fields be enlarged. Norma, who was one of Anders’s mistresses who died aboard the Amelia, were Bruce and Susan’s parents and the businesses they were handling for the manor, which were the sale of the flowers from the gardens, the produce from the fruit orchards and the grains that was harvested from the small grain field that would not fit in the warehouse anymore due to how large the yield were because of the mana-enriched soil in the manor were extremely successful. Because the manor's products were being sold so quickly, there was already a huge backlog of orders.

Anton agreed since it was easy enough to cover the whole manor and all of the fields surrounding it with his Blizzard spell converted into Mana Rain. It was as simple as casting the spell several times, and since his Diablo II spells could be cast as many times as he could, as long as he had mana, it was never a problem for him to cover the whole manor with the spell.

“I’m sure that Bruce and Susan would be happy. Once every fields are enlarged, can you still cover them with your rain spell?” Anders asked, and Anton simply nodded his confirmation that he could.

Anton then told his father all the things that he experienced inside the kingdom of the forest elves. He showed them the video that he had recorded of the scenes inside the forest kingdom.

“If worst comes to worst and there’s a need for us to run, maybe we could find sanctuary among the forest elves!” Anna said while looking wide-eyed at the beautiful kingdom of the forest elves.

Anton was taken aback at Anna's suggestion.

“You know what, I’m sure that the forest elves would succor us. They love movies so much that I think they would welcome us with open arms if it came to something like that happening,” Anton exclaimed.

“If that happens, I think we will need to let go of our other businesses,” Anders said.

“We can keep the cinema and the magazine. I think any civilized kingdom would love those businesses,” Anna said.

“Not only that, father, the forest elves also had several dungeons under their control, so you can continue delving into them if you want,” Anton added.

After that, one of the maids arrived to inform them that it was time for lunch, so they met in the dining room. They continued talking while eating. Unfortunately, there were only three of them there since most of the family members went out to do their own thing.

“In my opinion, Anton is safe here in Ormunda. His magic is not that unique, at least in the eyes of the powerful wizards. In my studies, I’ve read about wizards who were born with a much more unique type of magic, and even though a lot of wizards coveted them, they remained safe inside the kingdom. I think the only reason that Katrina did what she did was because of us being isolated in the middle of the ocean,” Anna said.

“I hope you’re right, since I’m thinking that if the wizards of Ormunda truly wanted to do something about me, that means that no place with wizards is safe. If they could do it, what would stop the wizards from any other races doing the same thing? I think the only thing that would keep us safe is to make sure to increase our power enough that no one would dare to turn their greedy eyes on any of us,” Anton told his father and sister.

“I believe that’s the only sure thing that can guarantee your safety,” Anders said.

After lunch, they all went back to one of the salons overlooking the garden. There, he told Anna about the kind of spells that the forest elves were willing to sell to him. Anna found it interesting, but he learned that day that Anna preferred combat and defensive spells. Basically, she wanted to become what she thought Anton was. A combat wizard. He should have expected it since, ever since they had started running, the only thing that made them escape and kept them safe was Anton’s ability to fight.

Anton then showed Anders and Anna the reaction videos that he took while the forest elves were watching The Lord of the Rings films. He chose to show them those instead of the reaction videos of the forest elves watching the Avatar films, since the elves' faces were covered with 3d glasses, unlike in The Lord of the Rings films, where all of the forest elves’ expressions could be seen. Just like him, who was entertained watching reaction videos on the most famous video streaming website on Earth, his father and sister were extremely entertained as well.

Since Anton had edited the reaction videos to cover just the most interesting and the funniest parts, the three finished watching before the sun had set. After that, Anton said goodbye and returned to the guest house assigned to him in the kingdom of the forest elves.

Upon arriving at the house, Anton was relieved that his portal remained undiscovered, since he knew that if the elves discovered it, the house would be filled with elves. He dismissed the portal and went outside to look for Enoril, partly to inform the elf that he was back, but mostly he wanted the elf to lead him to somewhere where he could eat since he had not eaten since lunch.

While he was walking around, Enoril joined him. Apparently, someone informed the elf that Anton was outside the guest house, walking around. The elf then led him to somewhere they could eat. Leldorin joined them. The older merchant elf asked if they could watch the new movies that Anton had told him about the next day, and Anton confirmed they could. Without joining them for dinner, Leldorin rushed outside to spread the fact that movie watching would resume the next day. With that kind of reaction, Anton was sure that if he asked the forest elves for sanctuary, they would probably grant it.
