My Life In A Fantasy, Women-Dominated World-Chapter 115: Dignity Of The Weak
"Are you sure about it?" Jaq asked nervously as she glanced at Aaron who was standing besides them.
Now wearing tight leather armor that hugged his muscles snugly, making them highlight even more.
The fitting was terrible, even more so when he considered the fact that the shitty thing was inked in a flamboyant shade of blue and gold!
Of course, it wasn’t his.
It belonged to Eva, something she bought a while ago just because of looks and in the condition of ’what if...?’
But who knew her ’what if’ would lead her first boyfriend to be wearing her armor, looking funny and dashing both at the same time.
When he disagreed to be assisted with her magic, she laid out an ultimatum that she won’t let him hunt without any armor.
Not wanting to miss out on the opportunity to refine his melee skills, Aaron could only sigh and take it laying down, allowing her to dress him with her armor.
It felt a little bulged and loose on his chest, while for his arms, core, and stomach, it was tight.
After all, Eva was quite fit unless you counted her massive breasts that sway with each of her steps.
And with her being 5’6 nearly, and him reaching up to 6’1, the fitting really looked funny.
Funny enough that even the pack of goblins cackled when they saw him standing with his team, the swordstaff held tight in his arms.
"KEKEKEKE, MAN! KILL MAN! WEAK MAN! F*CK FEMALES! WOMENNNNN~ KEKEKEKE!"
A bunch of them cackled, their surroundings drenched with blood, some dried, some still fresh and flowing...
Goblins were some of the monster species that could be compared to the earthly cockroaches.
No matter how many you kill and try to get rid of... there are always some stubborn ones, giving birth to more monstrosities in secret...
It was a known fact that they bred with females, but clearly, this pack of green kids were smarter than the rest, since they also knew that men were inherently weak.
And possibly the reason for that was the amount of masculine corpses that filled the area.
Some of them were even in compromised positions, making Claire’s team believe that these bastards were actually checking the theory of mating with a male...
Protective instincts of the females roared to life, but before they could lunge forward on a murderous spree, another colder, much denser pressure suddenly appeared in the surrounding...
And to their surprise, it was radiating out of someone they knew quite personally.
"AARON?!" Claire nearly shouted when she felt the pressure around him, moving closer to him, "Are you okay?"
Aaron turned to look at her, his lips curling into an easy-going smile, "Of course I am. I am just showing off my new skill. Why don’t you guys rest back for a little while till I get exhausted or overwhelmed? If possible, I would like it if you can hold back some goblins and only send a couple a few at a time."
Claire squinted her eyes, feeling as if there was more to the story than he was letting it out, but she didn’t question it.
Only mildly surprised about the long, 20 meter range of his aura, she simply shrugged.
She couldn’t actually feel the intensity and strength of his pressurizing skill, since there was no way that his skill would target his teammates. Especially his lover.
So she let it slide and decided to observe, giving a casual nod to Lia.
"You better buy me a drink or two for this." Lia groaned at her gesture, sighing before summoning her staff.
"I will greatly slow the herd, only allowing a few to come close to you at a time. Though, you better kill them instantly or don’t blame me if you get overwhelmed.
There are only so many things I can do while making sure I am not interfering with your hunt directly." Lia’s advice fell flat on his ears as he was busy grinning, clutching on his swordstaff with hatred.
The murderous scenes in front of his eyes were so unfortunate and disgusting that he felt a great need of massacring this weird pack of greenskins.
And getting to try out his new skill was only a bonus, after all.
"Dignity Of The Weak."
The skill was already activated, but now he was finally walking closer towards his enemies as they grabbed onto their rusty and stolen weapons.
Each around 3-3.5 ft in height, they barely reached his waist as he let his pressure lose.
His confidence in winning against a mere goblin was indomitable, as he firmly believed he couldn’t lose, no matter what.
And that confidence was one of the fuels that his aura consumed, raging farther and pressuring those monsters, causing them to slow down and move sluggishly.
He felt a cold breeze blow behind him, systematically moving against the flow of their direction which made some of them slow down even further while the others came forward unrestrained.
Since the breeze didn’t actually cause a single point of damage to any of the goblins, Lia wouldn’t be getting any xp from Aaron’s kills even when she was playing an important role in the battle.
There was nothing that could be done.
No matter how omnipotent and strong, somehow humans would always find bugs and loopholes within a system.
For these weak and small goblins, there wasn’t even a need for him to activate his reverse senses skill as he kicked a goblin on his face before stabbing his sword’s pointed end through his chest.
His skill had greatly reduced the agility dwelling beast’s strength, and he only now realized that finally... his stats had reached to a level that they mattered.
Quite a lot.
By the time the next goblin came, Aaron had already dislodged his swordstaff and blocked the goblin’s messy stab with the broader blade of his weapon, applying force that sent the smaller beast stumbling back.
"What the–"
All the ladies were surprised when they saw him manhandling a poor level 20 monster.
But well, it was only obvious.
Aaron was now level 17 and with stats that greatly surpassed his current level restriction.
Oh...
Wait, he was level 18 now.
