My Love Debts Are Everywhere!-Chapter 547: The Figure Behind the Eclipse Trading House - Part 2
"What? Meeting with the owner of the Trading House?" The man with glasses was startled, then frowned in displeasure. "Are you joking with me?"
He had thought the man in front of him wanted to discuss something serious, but it turned out to be nonsense.
Meeting with the owner of the Trading House? Had this man taken the wrong medicine?
The owner of the Eclipse Trading House was a high-ranking figure, not someone who could be met casually. Even he himself needed permission just to speak with him.
Yet the man before him casually said he wanted to meet, clearly upsetting him, as if he was being made a fool of.
Seeing his reaction, Leon merely chuckled. He had expected this and didn't want to drag the conversation out unnecessarily.
After all, he wasn't some protagonist in a novel who enjoyed getting humiliated just to counterattack in a flashy way.
Without wasting time, he pulled a token from his pocket—a golden-white, pentagon-shaped token with a sword emblem in the center.
He handed it to the man and said, "You should know what this token is, right?"
The man was slightly stunned as he took the token from Leon. As he studied it more closely, his heart began to race.
"This... this... the Sword Hero's token!?" he exclaimed in horror. Then, as if realizing something, he stiffly turned his head toward Leon, only to see a thin, meaningful smile.
"You... Are you the Sword Hero, Leon Kruger!?" His mouth formed a big "O."
"That's right." Leon gave a brief nod. "So, can you take me to meet your leader?"
*Gulp!*

The man trembled with fear. It had never crossed his mind that the person he was speaking to was the legendary Sword Hero!
Well, it wasn't too surprising, considering Leon rarely showed his face in public.
Moreover, he was better known for wearing white robes, not a black mantle like the one he had on now.
Realizing his mistake, the man's cold and indifferent expression instantly vanished, replaced by a flattering smile.
"Of course, Sword Hero! Please forgive my rudeness."
As he spoke, he hurriedly wiped the cold sweat from his forehead.
He had just acted arrogantly and rudely without realizing it, and he had no idea whether Leon was offended. If he were, it would be the end for him!
Not only would he be heavily punished for disrespecting a hero, but he would also lose his position as the leader of the Eclipse Trading House branch in this city!
Imagining himself homeless, he almost cried without tears.
If he could turn back time, he would have slapped himself five minutes ago!
However, Leon showed no anger at all.
He calmly took the token back and said, "Alright, never mind. Now, can you take me to see your leader?"
The man nodded repeatedly like a chicken pecking at rice and said, "Don't worry, Sword Hero. Please follow me to my office."
With that, he led Leon toward his office.
The office was spacious, with a work desk and chair placed at the center.
Around them were two sofas facing each other with a small table between them.
In the right corner of the room, there was also a wardrobe and a bed, suggesting that this office doubled as a residence.
"Please have a seat, Sword Hero," the man said respectfully, pointing to the sofa near the desk.
Leon gave a small nod and sat down before asking, "By the way, what's your name?"
Hearing the question, the man froze, looking frightened.
Noticing his reaction, Leon chuckled softly and waved a hand. "No need to be so nervous. I'm not angry or holding a grudge. I just want to know your name so we can speak more comfortably."
The man let out a sigh of relief and smiled again. "My name is Rudolf Alstein. You can call me Rudolf, Hero of the Sword."
"Alright, Rudolf. Can you give me a brief explanation of the Eclipse Trading House? To be honest, I just finished a long journey and haven't been in the Holy Orthodoxy for almost a year," Leon said.
Rudolf nodded slowly. "Of course, Sword Hero. But before that, allow me to prepare some tea for you."
He walked over to the minibar on the left side of the room and began brewing tea.
A few minutes later, he returned with two cups and placed them on the table.
"Please try my tea, Sword Hero," he said respectfully.
Leon picked up the cup in front of him and took a sip.
As the fresh flavor of the tea, mixed with a cold and sharp hint of mint, touched his tongue, he was slightly surprised before finally nodding in appreciation.
"The tea is delicious," he said, taking another sip before setting his cup down on the saucer.
"I'm glad the flavor suits you, Sword Hero," Rudolf said with a sigh of relief.
He then took a sip of his tea and began explaining the Eclipse Trading House.
Though the information was considered quite confidential, Rudolf made no effort to hide it in front of Leon.
Besides, there was no reason to. Everyone in the Holy Orthodoxy knew about the close relationship between Saint Arshley and Leon.
Sharing this information might even open up a chance for the Eclipse Trading House to deepen its cooperation with the government.
After about fifteen minutes of explanation, Rudolf finally finished, and Leon gained a more profound understanding of the Eclipse Trading House.
"So that's how it is... I see." Leon smiled and gave a small nod. "Then, can you take me to meet the owner of this trading house?"
Rudolf seemed to hesitate for a moment before replying, "I can do it, but I can't guarantee that the leader will answer, Sword Hero."
Leon's expression remained calm as he smiled. "Don't worry. Just report my name, and your leader will definitely take your call."
Since Leon had said so, Rudolf didn't dare to argue. He immediately walked to his desk.
On it was a small box with a crystal ball resting on top, its base covered with silver-colored cloth.
It was a long-distance communication magic tool, used by the branches of the Eclipse Trading House to contact their headquarters.
As soon as Rudolf touched the crystal ball, the image of a woman's face appeared within it.
They engaged in a long conversation, but Leon wasn't particularly interested in eavesdropping.
Ten minutes later, Rudolf hurried back to Leon and said, "Sword Hero Leon, the leader of the Trading House has agreed to your request. Please stand by the crystal ball."
"Okay," Leon replied with a small smile before slowly standing up.
He walked over and stood directly in front of the crystal ball.
Rudolf, choosing not to intrude, left the office, allowing Leon to speak privately.
*Buzz!*
Suddenly, the crystal ball emitted a bright light.
Moments later, a handsome man wearing glasses appeared, his image like a hologram, smiling warmly.
When he saw Leon, his smile widened. "Long time no see, Sword Hero Leon Kruger."
Leon smiled in return and replied, "Yes, it's been a long time, Jim Terra."
