My Lust System: I Inherited The Sin Of Lust And His Three Wives-Chapter 76: Intimidating Angels and Demons!
"Aaah!"
The limping woman’s legs finally gave out. Buckling beneath the pressure, she tripped and crashed to the ground with a loud thud. Damian watched as her face twisted in horror while she hurriedly rolled onto her back, her entire body trembling at the sight of the approaching demons as they closed the distance with terrifying speed.
"Lord! Lord... why hast thou... forsaken me?...." The woman’s voice broke as she spoke through tears, desperately glancing back at the angel who hovered behind her. The angel simply stared down at her with a blank expression.
The angel was unmoved by her suffering. If anything, it looked as though he was waiting for her to die.
"Ooh yee of little faith...."
The angel’s voice boomed through the night like rolling thunder, laced with clear disgust. However, the declaration was abruptly interrupted by the sound of loud clapping from above.
Pa! Pa!
Pa! Pa!
Whether it was the angel, the terrified woman on the ground, or the demons who were only inches away from tearing her apart, every single one of them froze in place and turned toward the source of the sound.
Confusion, surprise, and unease quickly spread across their faces as the appearance of a third party unsettled them. None of them had sensed his presence until now, even though he had been there the entire time.
Clearly, this newcomer was far from normal.
"Human? No... not quite." The angel frowned while crossing his arms over his chest, his arrogant posture unchanged.
The demons reacted differently and with far more caution. They did not speak immediately. Instead, they glared at Damian with narrowed eyes, attempting to discern his identity before making any reckless move.
There were strict hierarchy rules in the underworld. Crossing a demon of higher rank was nothing short of a death sentence.
"Brother! Which legion do you serve under? We serve Duke Haborym!" the serpent demon asked carefully, her voice laced with restrained caution.
Swoosh!
In the next instant, Damian’s figure vanished completely, causing the eyes of both demons and angel to dart around frantically.
"Aaah!"
Their attention snapped toward the sound of the woman’s startled cry. When they looked again, Damian was already crouched beside her with her hand gently held within his. Under the watchful gaze of demons, angel, and human alike, he slowly caressed her hand as a faint smile crept across his face.
"Stunning."
The woman sitting before him was undeniably beautiful. Her blonde hair framed a slender face that perfectly complemented the elegance of her straight nose. Under different circumstances she could easily have been mistaken for a model if she were not dressed in the cassock she wore. Even covered in dirt and blood, Damian could clearly see the beauty she possessed.
Meanwhile, both the spider demon and the serpent demon had instinctively retreated two steps.
Slowly, Damian turned his attention toward them, his purple eyes burning brightly behind the mask.
"Does a prince serve a legion, or does a legion serve a prince?"
[Isolation barrier activated]
Pentagon shaped transparent barrier plates immediately began forming around them, expanding outward within a radius of eight hundred meters around Damian.
[Infernal Transformation: One Tailed Fox]
Brrrr!
With a sudden burst of flame, a pair of fluffy black and purple fox ears replaced his own, while a single tail emerged from behind him.
Buzz!
The spider demon, the serpent demon, and even the angel paled as they felt the overwhelming aura spreading from him. It was a presence they recognized immediately. An aura they had been dispatched to investigate on this backwater planet within a newborn realm.
One of the Princes of Hell.
The Sin of Lust.
Only now did Damian’s earlier response make sense to them. Only now did they understand why they had been unable to sense his presence before. This was a being that existed on an entirely different level.
"We were not told my Lord has awakened! Congratulations!"
Both the spider demon and serpent demon bowed their heads immediately as they spoke, not daring to meet Damian’s gaze. Their submission pleased him. If he did not already know that demons could not be trusted, he might even have considered sparing their lives for showing the proper respect.
"You are a prince of hell?" the woman muttered in shock.
Before unleashing his power, the man beside her had looked and sounded entirely human. Even though his hands were covered in gloves, she could still feel warmth within his grip. The eyes behind his mask stared at her with depth and something strangely gentle, nothing like the hungry gazes demons usually cast upon her as if she were merely prey.
As a member of the Order of Moses, she only knew that they had been sent here to eradicate the source of the powerful spiritual disturbance detected in Chicago. They had been warned that it would be dangerous, yet she never imagined encountering a Prince of Hell here. While her knowledge about them was limited, she was well aware of the Seven Deadly Sins and the roles they played within hell.
To think that a human could become a Prince of Hell.
While the woman remained lost in her thoughts, Damian ignored her words entirely and shifted his attention toward the one individual who needed to die first.
The angel hovering above them.
The angel remained with his arms crossed over his chest, slowly levitating higher into the air as the light within his eyes burned with growing hostility.
"Prove your allegiance. Kill that angel." Damian said calmly while extending his hand toward the angel.
The spider demon and serpent demon exchanged uneasy glances, hesitation clouding their expressions.
"You are unwilling?" Damian’s voice sharpened with a dangerous edge that caused both demons to flinch.
"It’s not that we are unwilling..." the infant torso on the spider demon’s body spoke with a raspy voice.
"But we are not its match..." the spider demon quickly finished the sentence.
"Oooh?" Damian nodded slowly as his irises shifted into a glowing blue. "In that case, you are of no use to me!"
[Foxfire: Soul Lantern]
The moment they realized Damian had no intention of sparing them, both demons’ eyes flashed with murderous intent as they lunged forward together, striking viciously.
"Hmph!"
Snorting with disdain, Damian casually stretched out his left hand. Intense blue flames erupted instantly with such overwhelming force that he slid backward by a full meter from the sheer pressure. The blazing azure fire surged outward, swallowing the entire street in its path and bathing the surroundings in a brilliant blue glow for several seconds.
When the flames finally disappeared, nothing remained.
Not even a trace of the demons.
The woman trembled violently at the terrifying display, while even Damian himself was momentarily stunned by what he had just done. 𝙛𝓻𝒆𝓮𝒘𝙚𝙗𝒏𝙤𝙫𝓮𝒍.𝓬𝒐𝙢
’Ruby did say my powers would scale now that my demonic force reserves have increased because of my demonic heart. I didn’t expect the increase to be this much.’
If Damian had possessed this level of strength earlier, Bathin would have struggled far more against his foxfire. Just imagining how powerful he might become after gaining a second demon heart sent a spark of excitement through him.
’I must get to level 200 and unlock my second demon heart as soon as possible. I’m fucking my wives as soon as I get home!’ he decided instantly.
