Solomon, pick three of your best men to go with us—men you are used to fighting with—because if we run into Titans, you will have to join forces to fight them. We will move forward two by two, and I will stay with Connor to protect him."

He had said this while looking at Derek to see if he was okay with that, and when he saw him nod, he smiled at him.

He continued, "Kerry, I need you to lead the frontal assault on the palace. You are the one with the most experience to carry out this mission. Derek, you will stay with him, and Dilan and Nolan will assist you with their men. This is the time to show me that you are really a genius strategist. Make sure you keep them busy to distract them. Don’t take unnecessary risks; we will join you as soon as we can."

He pointed to Caleb and Kelan and said to him, "Don’t hesitate to ask them for any information you need; I’m counting on you."

Kerry nodded; he didn’t think Kevin would give him that kind of assignment, but he was glad he was given a chance to prove his worth.

When Kevin saw that Kerry seemed satisfied and determined to carry out the mission he had entrusted to him, he continued, reassured, "To give the frontal assault on the palace a better chance of breaking through their defenses, we will attack the palace at four different strategic locations with spells."

Kevin showed them a map and circled the four locations that Caleb and Kelan had chosen when he explained his plan to them.

Then he said, each time showing them a new location, "Ian, you will take care of this one; Liam will stay close to you to protect you. Alan, you will team up with Erik and take care of this one. Ashton and Yelena, you will show everyone your special attack and attack here. Iris will personally take care of your protection, and the last place will be for Colin and Mykael.
