Chapter 32 Training Yue Li
Waking up with a relaxed flutter of her eyelashes, Yue Li kept comfortably lying on top of her son and in his embrace. She could feel that he was awake because of his small actions like caressing her back gently.
She looked up at him and realized he was deep in thought, so she didn't disturb him and just lied there silently.
Han Li took a second more before realizing she was awake and said, "If you are awake... Go make something, I am hungry."
Yue Li stretched slightly in his embrace and stood up. "How long was I asleep for?" she asked while rubbing her eyes, still slightly dousy. "Just an hour or so," Han Li said, "Go cook now, I have something else to work on."
Yue Li nodded and looked at herself. She was naked and his cum was still there in her insides. 'I have to clean myself up...' Han Li looked at her with a smile as she stumbled while she walked out of the room to their bathroom, naked. He could have helped bathe her but he didn't really want to spoil her rotten. That would just turn her into a fodder in the long run.
He wanted her to be tough.
It was not a certainty that he could always stay by her side and protect her, so having her be tough was a must.
And while she was out, he took a towel and removed the stains on him for now. The rest could be cleaned later.
Then, he took an easy dress and wore it, while taking out a small notebook and ink to write.
...
Having bathed herself clean and now fresh, her hair dripping water, Yue Li set up the pot for the dishes and waited for it to be ready.
She was already dressed in another white clan robes. And she smelled fresh too.
Han Li came and sat on the table with a small book in his hands.
"Come here Mom, I will show you something," he said.
Yue Li curiously went near him and looked at the book's contents. "What is this about?" 𝘧𝘳𝘦𝘦𝑤𝘦𝑏𝓃ℴ𝘷𝘦𝘭.𝘤ℴ𝑚
"This is your training regimen from now, in your time as an Awakened, I want you to do these three things."
"Oh..." Yue Li looked at the words. 'What a messy handwriting...' even she couldn't read a word.
Han Li noticed it and read it to her, "The first step is to understand your limitations and capabilities. This one is quite easy. We might be able to do it today."
Yue Li nodded. She was in quite a jolly mood today.
"The second step is becoming comfortable with your senses. Having extreme senses and using them well are two different things, so I will be teaching you to get better at it. And I will also choose a weapon for you."
Yue Li's eyes widened in curiosity. She wanted to try using a weapon. That seemed like fun.
Han Li saw the stars in her eyes and shook his head inwardly. Then said the last step, "You will have to train your body, it's too weak. Some muscle training and exercises should be enough. But this will be the most time-consuming part if we don't count resources."
Yue Li hesitated. Body-building was too complex, she didn't want to become a buff and muscle-filled woman accidentally... Han Li smacked her gently on the head and said, "This is the training I prepared for the Awakening Stage in your long cultivation journey, so, if you had already become lazy... You will be getting quite some smacks from me. And this time, it will hurt."
"Is the cooking ready?" he asked.
"In half an hour more," Yue Li said while looking sideways at the flame.
"Okay, let's try getting you to know about your current limits and powers. I will teach you slowly from the very start."
"Already?"
Han Li didn't bother asking that and said, "Look into your body to sense the current situation of your Rainwater Spark. Don't bring it out, just look into yourself."
Yue Li closed her eyes and did what he asked.
Deep inside herself, she could feel a deep blue fire burning brightly with an expanding darkness surrounding it.
She felt that if she called upon it, it would pierce the darkness and come out. It was her spark.
"You are currently looking into the Empty Space that is inside you." Han Li's voice echoed into her mind.
"The darkness, can you feel it? Try to move your spark around without bringing it out. You should be able to move it about 5 times in a direction."
Yue Li complied and tried to move the spark downwards in the empty 3-dimensional space in her mind.
It went 5 steps down and she immediately knew that if it moved one step again, it would come out.
"Your spark can sense around 5 meters of you," Han Li's voice spoke: "And that is because the 'Empty Space' inside you is also about 5 meters big. The higher the Stages you cultivate to, the bigger the Empty space will become. The distance your senses can cover will always increase alongside your Empty space's distance."
Yue Li could understand that much. "So, should I stop the sensing now?"
"Okay, now bring out your Spark and open your eyes." Yue Li opened her eyes and brought her Spark out into her hands.
Immediately, her hair transformed into a red color and her senses expanded like she had opened a third eye. She could see everything within a 5-meter circumference of her.
She looked at Han Li. 'What a handsome young man.'
Han Li didn't look like the most handsome man out there, but he was certainly way above the average. But to her, he was the most handsome.
She especially liked his new red eyes. It was a unique type of red that had a depth to it and this weird charm that made people want to look at it more.
"Okay, Mom, next..." Han Li shortly pondered and then said: "Try to stand up and walk to me."
'Ah, I remember the clan used to make us all in the 3rd Stage of Awakening do it.'
She had once completed doing that and still failed her Evolution. 'It should be easy for me!'
She stood up a bit disoriented. Having senses all around was a different experience and that affected her whole center of balance. But she held out like that and waited a bit before trying to walk towards Han Li. Nevertheless, her body couldn't even budge and stayed just where she was.
She couldn't move at all and her senses immediately got mixed and chaotic. Sweating slightly, she deactivated the spark and stumbled towards the side but Han Li caught her.
"Nowhere close, you have to train on your center of gravity and also your control... It's even worse than I expected. You just got stuck..."
Yue Li stabilized herself and said in a bit of irritation, "It's not like you are the best at it... Why are you making fun of me."
"Oh?" Han Li chuckled and brought his Lust Spark out. It was bigger than before just like how his 'Empty Space' had expanded.
He could at the moment see about 1.5 meters around him with the spark out. Whereas, before he could only see 1 meter surrounding him.
His spark had absorbed his and his Mother's emotions of Lust while they were having sex and that amounted to this increase. Even though it would get harder the more he increased his talent.
It would be impossible to have talent beyond Sacred. Sacred was a limit and there was no talent beyond it.
Han Li casually walked and wrapped his hands around Yue Li, then brought his face closer and took her in a deep kiss.
Yue Li complied and kissed him back.
Breaking the kiss, Han Li looked into her eyes and asked, "What do you think now? Am I the best?"
Yue Li shifted her eyes and muttered, "Maybe?"
Han Li patted her head and said, "Go cook now, after that... We should go to the city and check what kind of weapon suits you. I have some ideas but we will see."
"I want a sword!" Yue Li said without a doubt.
"No, that doesn't suit you," Han Li said matter-of-factly.
"Why?" Yue Li replied in dissatisfaction.
"For many reasons."
"...And by the way," Yue Li asked, a tiny bit nervous, "When will that girl come home? Will there be any real Marriage?"
Han Li deactivated the spark. "First, let the girl come and tell us her own opinion. But I still don't think there is a need for any marriage of sorts." freewebno vel.com
"I see..." Yue Li muttered. After what he said yesterday, she was far less jealous of the girl and even felt a slight sense of superiority.
Her son loved her more than almost anything. Just like how she loved him. So, it was okay for her.
