Chapter 471: Chapter 471: Don’t Stop Me

"Knock, knock," the sound of the hotel waiter knocking on the door, Kiki Sutton was dressed in her own clothes and opened the door.

"Miss Sutton, someone is looking for you at the front desk downstairs," the waiter said respectfully.

"Alright," Kiki glanced at the hotel suite and walked out of the room.

The waiter followed behind and returned to the room once Kiki had entered the elevator.

Kiki went to the front desk, but there was no one there waiting for her.

Her first instinct was that she had been played.

When she returned to the elevator, Melody Thorne was leaning against the door of their hotel room, holding two glasses of wine, waiting for her.

Inside the hotel room, however, the noise was rising along with the screams of a woman. The man inside was nothing more than a complete bastard.

Hearing the commotion inside, Kiki showed no reaction. She took the glass from Melody in one hand, "You were waiting for me?"

"I just wanted you to see what kind of a face the man inside truly has," Melody straightened up. "He’s not right for you, so why force yourself to be with him?"

"Melody, have you forgiven me?" Kiki looked at her.

"Maybe," Melody spoke. She owed Kiki in a previous life, so this time she must save her.

If she doesn’t save her, she’ll die.

"For me, I fell for a man like Ashton Young, but I am also aware of his fundamentally despicable nature. Don’t worry; I won’t let him affect me. I just enjoy this process."

"Don’t you find Ashton Young disgusting right now? He’s in there sleeping with another woman," Melody just wanted her to see the reality clearly, to see what kind of person Ashton Young really was.

Kiki closed her eyes; indeed, she couldn’t overcome her mental barriers to sleep with Ashton Young.

But she deeply loved the only man who would come out to protect her.

She was like a child lacking love, finally finding a reliance and trying hard to hold onto this process, even though the time might be short, maybe just one night.

"Kiki," Melody tightened her grip on the wine glass, "If I said you’ll sink deeper and deeper, or even die because of him, would you still be willing?"

She had laid everything out clearly, but Kiki remained unmoved.

"Melody, we are best friends. Using you against Sheryl Lancaster was my fault; this is my debt to you. If you get hurt by Jared Quinn in the future, I’ll still be here. I hope you will be too. Even if Ashton Young hurts me, I still have you as a friend, and no matter how far it goes, I won’t die."

Kiki clinked her glass against Melody’s, "So, don’t stop me, okay?"

Melody bit her lip, "I hope, as you say, you’ll be alright."

She turned and returned to the room with Jared Quinn.

If a woman sees and hears such disgusting things but still loves that man, then how is she supposed to save her?

"What’s wrong? Not happy?" Jared’s distinct fingers pinched her delicate little nose.

"Want me to help?" With a wave of his hand, the Young family’s agency would disappear from here as quickly as possible.

"No need," Melody pulled down his big hand and nestled up to him. Since Kiki didn’t want her interference, she decided to stay out of it.

Despite thinking this, she still sent a message to Hans Montrose, hoping he could guide Kiki.

"No more looking at your phone," Jared’s big hand took her phone away and placed it on the table. Hadn’t she noticed the room he had specially set up for her?
