Nexus Ascension: My Comprehension Defies the Heaven-Chapter 423: Observing the frequencies
At the exact same time, at the very edges of the Milky Way, the spatial turbulence was constantly thinning.
On the other side of the cosmos, a frantic report rang out.
"Everyone, we have picked up the Young Master’s signal again!"
"What?! The last one was not a fluke after all?"
"No, it was absolutely not a fluke."
"Is it... my son?" Just then, a dignified voice echoed out, causing that entire sector of the starry sky to violently shudder under its oppressive presence.
"Yes, Galaxy King. It is your son."
"Where is he?"
"He is currently in the Heaven-Splitting Galaxy Cluster."
,,,
Deep within the blazing sun not too far from the former Three-Planet Alliance’s position, a conversation took place.
"There are significant changes happening around us, brother."
"It is them. A stronger human has descended into our solar system."
"It does not matter."
"Our time to bring the flames of Hell is soon to come. Our brethren from the other starry systems have finally contacted us. The turbulence around the galaxy is drastically thinning. We will soon meet with our kin."
"Before we meet them, we must take hold of this galaxy."
"It does not matter."
"But brother, this is our ultimate goal. We were actively forged by the Hell Principles by the Hell Lords themselves to bring absolute disaster into this world."
"It does not matter."
"..."
Just then, a new voice echoed through the solar flames.
"Boss, we have fresh intel. Our brethren are actively preparing themselves for a massive-scale attack."
"It does not matter."
"..."
....
Back on Star Blue.
"I will be heading out now," John said with sudden urgency.
"What has happened, my disciple?" Carter asked with furrowed brows.
"They have called me back suddenly. There seems to be some sort of massive movement," John replied seriously.
"Alright. Keep me informed," Carter said casually, allowing his disciple to safely leave.
Carter was a hidden expert of the Milky Way Galaxy. As one of the strongest, he naturally knew about the hidden movements in the cosmos. Even the Daoye Palace had to treat him with utmost respect. 𝗳𝚛𝗲𝕖𝕨𝕖𝗯𝚗𝚘𝕧𝕖𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝕞
"Teacher, when are you going to actively teach me the supreme technique you utilized?" Carter turned and asked.
"The technique?" Grey was, in fact, still there, quietly observing the two. "I will teach you about it soon."
"But for now, take out your hammer," Grey instructed smoothly.
"Alright!" Carter immediately became highly excited when he heard this.
"Alright, now take out your heavy anvil."
Carter followed the instruction without a single shred of hesitation.
"Now, an ore."
Swish! The raw ore appeared. With each passing second, Carter grew more serious, completely ready for Grey’s profound instruction.
"Alright. Until the exact time I come back from a short seclusion of comprehension, you will repeatedly hit that ore with your hammer. If the ore completely cracks, then simply use another one. If that one also cracks, then use yet another one."
"Huh?" Carter was entirely dumbfounded by the crude instruction.
Seeing his visible confusion, Grey smiled brightly. "For now, just do exactly that. I will be secretly observing your raw performance while in my seclusion to clearly see if you are truly worthy of learning the technique."
"I see!" Carter’s eyes lit up brilliantly.
So the young master was actively testing his foundations!
Realizing this profound truth, Carter no longer had any complaints. He immediately began to passionately hammer down on the ore.
Back in his private room.
Lia was lounging in his bed, staring absentmindedly at the wall.
Seeing him enter, she immediately jumped up and threw herself right into his warm embrace.
"Grey~" Lia kissed his cheek repeatedly as she stared lovingly at him.
"Why do you always act exactly like this whenever you are alone around me?" Grey asked helplessly.
Lia might seem incredibly mature and cold on the outside, but having spent so much intimate time together, she had eventually reached a point where she would immediately begin acting incredibly cute like this around him.
"You are a grown woman, by the way," Grey commented dryly.
"Hmph." Lia puffed her cheeks out playfully. "Why can I not act exactly like this in front of my own boyfriend? They say that if you do not strictly give enough affection to your man, then he will go out and bring another woman home. I am actively trying my best to prevent that."
"Two is already a whole lot to handle," Grey said with a heavy sigh.
He took Lia, who was tightly clinging to him like a koala, and they both fell back onto the soft bed together with her still firmly in his embrace.
Lifting her head from his chest, she looked at him with wide eyes. "I am telling Sister Valeria about this."
"..." Grey’s expression instantly darkened.
"So you would actually betray me over your sister, huh?" Grey sighed in fake sadness.
"I was just joking." Lia rolled her eyes beautifully as she leaned closer and kissed him deeply on the lips.
"By the way, I bought you some new clothes." As if suddenly thinking about something important, she stood up and clapped her hands happily.
Immediately, several high-end outfits appeared floating in the air.
"Let’s try them all out," Lia smiled mischievously as she slowly began to unbutton Grey’s shirt.
And hence began a continuous, tiring process of Grey being forced to try out many different outfits.
After some heavy convincing, he finally managed to make Lia stop clinging to him like a koala. He left Star Blue and directly entered the second layer of the starry sky space.
"Today’s primary goal should be fully understanding the cosmic frequencies."
Grey nodded to himself and sat down cross-legged in the absolute void.
With a sharp snap of his fingers, the Heaven Severing Barrier perfectly formed around him. He then forged a localized sub-dimension around his body for an extra layer of absolute protection.
With that securely done, he completely calmed his mind down.
Sensing cosmic frequencies was vastly easier said than done. Frequencies actively altered reality itself. That was exactly what the Chaos Source Codex had taught him, and it all fundamentally began with the deep exploration of the mind.
He slowly began to draw his dense psionic powers out. He carefully formed a sensory barrier using it. Now, the invisible waves of the starry sky would directly hit the psionic energy, which would then be automatically converted into raw, readable information for his brain to process.
At first, absolutely nothing really changed. For a long while, he could not actively sense a single thing. But after some point, he suddenly realized something highly crucial.
"Maybe, I can utilize the Data Energy?"
When universal frequencies were mentioned, the very first thing that came to his calculating mind was the planetary Information Layer. It actively held absolutely everything. That massive database might even include the specific, terrifying frequency required to destroy and recreate a world.
And he was absolutely not wrong!
The exact instant he flawlessly coated his psionic energy with the raw Data Energy, things drastically changed.
His entire vision violently shifted and soon turned into blinding, full static. He felt a deeply strange, overwhelming feeling aggressively assault his mind and ears.
Zzzzt!
