The Sky-reaching Horn pierced through the giant golden spirit’s chest.
Wu Hen’s true form instantly returned, and he was assaulted by the still-potent force of the Grey Horn. All remaining intact bones in his body shattered completely; his flesh, no longer supported by a solid skeleton, collapsed like a melting heap of snow.
Yet, this did not signify the end of his life. His thoughts merged with the blade, unleashing the most brilliant burst of Red Radiant Light towards the Black Unihorn!
Finally, the Black Unihorn’s head was cleaved, and its overheated body rendered its hard, icy shell as malleable as smelted metal. The blade did cut into its body from this overloaded high-temperature area, separating its head from the Grey Horn!
The black Grey Horn fell, and from its ink-dark body, devoid of its royal head, burst a massive amount of Aurora Exhaust, still as spectacular as the aurora itself, resembling a celestial body filled with different ethane gases developing a vast cavity, all the energy gases escaping to form a magnificent cosmic cloud.
Surging from the earth towards the clouds, and from there bursting through the atmosphere, the high-energy waste gases of auroral colors were the blood of the Black Unihorn. It permeated every organ as light gas, creating high-temperature clusters when powerful kinetic energy was required and turning into the Death Aurora. However, after an overload, such phantom-colored exhaust needed to cool down and return to its original state.
A huge quantity of Aurora Exhaust had already accumulated inside the Black Unihorn, which was now at its breaking point. The high-temperature exhaust inflicted irreversible damage to its organs. When Wu Hen’s blade split its skull, all those accumulated unreleaseable exhaust energies erupted, a scene akin to a giant nuclear plant’s self-destruction, dyeing the atmosphere an entirely different hue!
Everywhere was bathed in light, and though the sky was clear, people across the globe witnessed the dazzling aurora. This aurora was so vast it covered the sun and seemed close enough to touch, even turning the ocean into a dye vat, as all dispersed colors veiled our homeland world with a filter from another planet...
The demise of a high-dimensional life colored the world into a different scene, with endless hues unseen by most, stimulating people’s pupils. In that moment, it felt as though countless individuals had awakened their Spiritual Vision, seeing the world "as it truly is," with even dark matter outlining faint traces, their interplay of light and shadow following like shadows, indicating that they had always accompanied life.
The endless snowy plains had transformed into the rainbow-hued Snow Mountain. For an instant, Wu Hen felt he had returned to the Scroll Realm, with faint ancient Holy Light shimmering in this ancient and mystical Cang Mountain and White Sea, reviving the long-suppressed Spiritual Aura amidst the death of this high-dimensional insect.
Wu Hen couldn’t imagine how much energy was harbored within the body of a high-dimensional insect; after its blood nourished the earth, the world began to grow wildly. The shattered mountains and rivers visibly mended at a rate visible to the naked eye, the vegetation grew incredibly, and time gently flowed forward like a tender river. Yet, in frames of time, the heavens and earth reversed back to their original state, all the while draped in the utmost brilliant Holy Light...
Time was also reversing for Wu Hen himself.
His shattered bones mended, and his body, previously like a pool of melted snow, slowly regained substance, his solid bones once again supporting his handsome shell.
Wu Hen, puzzled, looked towards the Sword Spirit Dragon returning to him, thinking it was Little Yi’s Death Omen Law.
But a familiar whisper reached his ears, compelling Wu Hen to unconsciously look towards the ethereal snow-capped skies, where between peaks and clouds he saw a face of emptiness - the Nuwa Yan he once witnessed.
It was not the Death Omen Law showing him the vision of what was about to happen, but an even more powerful Law bestowing the true force of time, restoring this region of mountains and land, as well as the creatures here, to the moment before their destruction.
Wu Hen’s body was also subject to this time reversal, bringing him back to his healthy form.
He couldn’t help but touch his own cheek, feel his own chest muscles.
Thankfully, the Nuwa God End could roll back his data, otherwise, it would have been difficult to explain to his mother that he was left as nothing but sloshy skin, especially since he had only defeated an insect.
"I’m okay, let’s go eat," Wu Hen, seeing Little Yi hurriedly flying back, joked, not even remembering to bring back the soul breath of the high-dimensional insect.
Seeing Wu Hen unharmed, Little Yi furiously swished its tail across Wu Hen’s face in a show of angry coquetry, then finally grabbed the soul breath of the Black Unihorn.
The soul breath of the Black Unihorn still possessed Spiritual Wisdom, filled with resentment and unwillingness, even attempting to engage in a contest with Little Yi.
Unfortunately, after it encountered Little Yi’s True Soul, it understood who was the firefly and who was the bright moon.
"Make do with it for now, we’ll hunt down true high-dimensional lifeforms later - their energy should be able to reconstruct the Black Divine Miracle Sky!" Wu Hen wasn’t expecting much from this Black Unihorn.
Being powerful was only a consequence of age.
It was merely a poor impersonator of a high-dimensional life.
But Hua Chen Level was genuinely formidable.
Wu Hen knew this battle would grant Little Yi immense energy, propelling it into a higher form, but where was his own Evolution Chain Gate?
He wasn’t powerful enough yet, lacking Little Yi’s evolving Death Omen Law. Red Port could end up being the endpoint of his fate, as both his Perception Realm and personal martial power were far from sufficient!
Little Yi really was what it ate.
Wu Hen saw that Little Yi had grown dragon wings, which were the incredibly splendid Aurora Feather Ash. Although these wings seemed more like a cumbersome robe, draping over its back like that of a Witch Dragon, they lent it a nobility akin to a Heavenly Dragon...
No longer the little black dragon, with scales of glaze, aurora wings and robe, even its Dragon Horns absorbed the Grey Horn of the Unihorn, becoming hard and holy, filled with supreme power.
Wu Hen marveled at Little Yi’s rate of digestion and evolution, and he also felt immensely relieved.
It seemed that Little Yi was about to return to adoptive father level.
By that time, Wu Hen could once again strut and taunt in front of various Venerable Desert Dust while bearing a weak and inferior human body, feasting to his heart’s content whenever one of them lost their temper!
"Or maybe, I should focus on enhancing Perception in the future, the actual martial force doesn’t really matter, does it? Just train more in life-saving skills?" Wu Hen touched his freshly fined-tuned chin and began to ponder.
Compared to Little Yi’s evolution speed, his own mortal physique was indeed slow.
Instead of painstakingly seeking the Evolution Chain Gate and searching for the Spirit Key to break through genetic shackles, it would be better to leave the aspect of martial power to Little Yi, who was among the most formidable in the entire otherworldly Desert Dust. Meanwhile, he could focus more on weaker areas such as Perception, mockery, tracking prey, and capturing it… striving to hunt down the Female and Male Dragon at an early date and become the most perfect twin stars in this world!
While gnawing on the remnants of high-dimensional protein, Little Yi glanced sideways at Wu Hen, clearly aware of his thoughts. It seemed to say, wasn’t it always like this?
Wu Hen thought for a moment and realized that there were indeed some breathtaking battles in which he had not completely relied on Little Yi’s power, such as brutally killing the Longevity Taoist, exterminating the Poison Sub-human, and crushing Jiao Liecheng…
Forget it, they were all insignificant characters.
With the Divine Skills, he had learned, he couldn’t even pass the test of the Jade Lady Mantis, who had borrowed the power of the Underworld Priest, let alone face the terrifying Divine Skills of the Black Unihorn. Little Yi, with its intrinsic Mind Martial God Altar, truly deserved to be a peerless Divine Weapon. If it weren’t for his reaction speed failing to match the high-dimensional insect’s attack frequency, the primitive and brute methods of the Black Unihorn would be nowhere near breaking Little Yi’s Inheritance Swordsmanship.
"Little Bronze, did you hear that? You still need to train. Though you come with some Martial Arts, how come you’ve not evolved a high-level supreme skill like the Mind Martial God Altar? Don’t talk to me about longitude and latitude, I just need to know up, down, left, right. Look at how you couldn’t assist at all against the Black Unihorn this time," Wu Hen began to arrogantly chastise another artifact.
Couldn’t even compare to them, nor could it compare to their weaknesses?
Seemingly hearing Wu Hen’s stressful outburst would suddenly make the ancient engraving on the Ominous Bronze Spear light up, the rusty bronze material began to flake off from the spear body, slowly revealing the sacred splendor and sharpness of an ancient bronze artifact!
Only then did Wu Hen realize that the power of the Ominous Bronze Spear was suppressed by Little Yi. As Little Yi’s strength elevated, it too would release a layer of the Time Seal!
The engravings shone brilliantly, looking nothing like something that had languished at the riverbed, but rather like fresh copper freshly smelted, even radiating a fervent breath!
"Uh… so, instead of enhancing myself, I should pressure my teammates."
If he hadn’t stressed Little Bronze, how would it realize its own great potential?
I should keep scolding it. I didn’t scold it harshly enough before. Maybe if I scold it more, the Ominous Bronze Spear would even take on the Black Unihorn alone.
"Theoretically, the essence blood of the Black Unihorn should also be absorbed by my Holy Cultivation body, but why haven’t I broken through to Holy Child yet, even though it’s such a massive amount of essence blood?" Wu Hen fell into deep thought.
Little Yi had greatly evolved!
The Ominous Bronze Spear also broke one layer of the Time Seal.
But what about himself??

His Perception hadn’t advanced!
His Physique hadn’t been promoted!
The Holy Infant had swelled into a giant infant, so why hadn’t it transformed into a Holy Child??
Could it be that my bloodline is impure, limiting the heights of the Holy Cultivation path?
Or could it be that the path of Holy Sect cultivation inherently contains oddities and secrets, lacking a key factor that makes climbing up the cultivation impossible?
I must thoroughly interrogate Ol’Bastard Cai Huang later.
He must be hiding something from me!

Within the Dark Domain, Nuwa God End, wrapped in radiant light, tread upon the Red Tide.
She moved with a calm and slow pace but only lingered briefly in the dark domain. The next moment, only her afterimage remained, and she continued in the distant edges of the dark domain still enveloped in radiant light…
The Jade Lady Mantis frantically emerged from the white wormhole, her sinister eyes fixated on the receding figure of Nuwa God End. Despite her resentment and anger, she dared not approach Nuwa God End any closer.
The Black Unihorn had been slain, an outcome it absolutely did not anticipate.
Now, she slowly withdrew her gaze, but gradually turned her attention towards the isolated-like Red Port…
An endless torrent of black wrath swept towards Red Port, where different Human Clan Forces still tried to take root. Soon, they would find themselves in a state of pain and confusion, unable to understand what they had done to incur the wrath of Heaven... unaware that many so-called heavens are merely capricious children at play, inherently whimsical.
