Overflowing Hidden Feelings: This CEO Is Hard to Please!-Chapter 37 - The broken ambiguity

Chapter 37: The broken ambiguity
When they left the Courtyard House, it was quite dark.
Arnold Johnson held her hand all the way, her cold little hand in his warm and dry one seemed very harmonious. Victoria Garcia thought that the fruit wine she had just drunk must not be as non-intoxicating as the boss had claimed; otherwise, she wouldn’t have such an illusion.
Next time, it would be better not to touch alcohol at all.
The alley was dimly lit, but Arnold still managed to see her expression. Her cheeks were flushed, her lips shiny and red like petals, and her eyes covered with a smoky haze, extremely tempting and driving people to crime.
Arnold never thought his self-control could be so poor.
His action to commit the crime was even faster than the thought of committing it.
By the time Arnold faced her, he had already pushed Victoria Garcia’s body against the wall, one hand supporting her head and the other circling her waist. Her bewitching charm shone in her uplifted eyes, even more enchanting than the mist of autumn water.

Arnold leaned down close to her ear, his breathing ragged and agitated.
Victoria Garcia felt her cheeks burning and her breathing quicken, a sense of urgency she had never experienced before. She instinctively felt that alcohol was evil, no wonder so many films and novels had scenes of drunken debauchery.
He extended a hand to gently stroke her lips, as if she was the most delicious treat in the world and he couldn’t get enough.
Victoria Garcia found herself breathing faster and unable to calm down, her mind completely blank.
She tried to avoid his gaze, but his hand held her head, and his leg pinned her body. She cursed in her heart, “This damn man!”
As Arnold’s lips were about to reach hers and Victoria Garcia thought she couldn’t escape, her phone rang like celestial music. Compared to the current environment, the call was incredibly frustrating.
Not wanting to ruin the perfect atmosphere, Arnold instinctively grabbed her hand that was reaching into her bag for her phone.
“Ignore it!”
His voice was hoarse and restrained.
Being a qualified lover, Victoria Garcia should have complied with Golden Master’s demand, but she was merely a novice lover, thinking there was no hurry.
So she decisively said: “It’s my sister who called.”
Arnold knew very well what her bottom line was. Hearing her words, he released her hand. His face was calm and emotionless, but his heart was filled with melancholy.
He glanced at the incoming call. It was from her younger sister, Evelyn Garcia.
Pressing the answer button, Victoria Garcia hadn’t even had a chance to speak yet, but the voice on the other end of the phone was already sobbing breathlessly.
“What’s wrong?” Victoria Garcia’s voice was both urgent and fast, “What happened?”
Amelia Wilson only choked and sobbed incessantly.
“Where are you? I’ll come to you now.”
“Sister, where are you?” Younger Sister Evelyn Garcia’s voice was anxious and helpless.
Hearing her sister’s words, Victoria Garcia quickly asked, “What happened to you?”
“It’s not me; it’s Second Miss that had an accident.”
