Qi Helian looked at Xin Xiaoxiao amusedly, wondering what exactly she was up to, and proceeded to walk along half-heartedly.

Once outside the door, Xin Xiaoxiao dragged Qi Helian towards the restroom.

"Yes, I’ll definitely pay attention to this matter."

"Uncle, don’t worry, I will treat Xiaoxiao well."

Just as they reached the restroom area, a familiar figure emerged from the men’s bathroom. Quick as lightning, Xin Xiaoxiao turned around and pushed Qi Helian against the wall, her hands pressing down on his shoulders.

Qi Helian was clueless about her intentions, staring at her as her small face gradually approached.

What exactly did this little girl want?

Could it be... could it be that she intended to harass him?

Xin Xiaoxiao’s lips came closer and closer to his, and he felt like he couldn’t wait any longer.

Just as Qi Helian was about to push Xin Xiaoxiao away, she suddenly stopped and called out to him.

In a coquettish voice, she said while teasing his chin with her small hand, "Tonight, I want to change hotels. Last night, the bed at that hotel was so uncomfortable."

Qi Helian frowned, perplexed at Xin Xiaoxiao’s expressive gaze, wondering what on earth this little girl was up to.

Just as he was pondering, a voice came from the men’s restroom door calling out to Xin Xiaoxiao.

"Xiaoxiao?"

Qi Helian looked over to see a man in his twenties walking towards them, seeming unsure if he had mistaken her, scrutinizing Xin Xiaoxiao as he approached.

Who was this again?

Was this little girl a seasoned player, and could this guy be her ex, or even one of her several exes?

Qi Helian felt like he was about to get royally screwed over by Xin Xiaoxiao.

Xin Xiaoxiao suddenly raised her head, throwing a beseeching glance at Qi Helian. Without waiting for him to respond, she turned around and looked icily at Zhong Qingyang, who was right behind her, and asked in surprise, "Zhong Qingyang, what are you doing here?"

Her hands were still placed on Qi Helian, her body deliberately leaning closer with a decidedly flirtatious air.

As her fiancé, Zhong Qingyang naturally felt his manly pride was under assault.

He replied coldly, "Xin Xiaoxiao, shouldn’t I be asking you this question?"

Xin Xiaoxiao was wholly unbothered by his attitude, retorting heatedly, "What nonsense, this is a restaurant; I’m obviously here to eat, not to find you."

Zhong Qingyang’s anger was palpable as he glared at Xin Xiaoxiao, gritting his teeth in frustration and reminding her, "Don’t forget, we are getting engaged in just nine days."

His hands hit his thighs, fists clenching audibly.

Truth be told, Xin Xiaoxiao was quite scared inside, afraid Zhong Qingyang might hit her, even though she hoped he would. If he did, her family, especially Old Xin, wouldn’t let her marry him.

But what if he lost control and accidentally left her severely injured?

"Oh." She nodded, snuggling closer into Qi Helian’s arms before turning to Zhong Qingyang, "Thanks for the reminder, otherwise I would have totally forgotten."

"Come with me." Zhong Qingyang reached out and firmly grasped Xin Xiaoxiao’s wrist.
