Chapter 700: Chapter 703: Fennie, I’m waiting for you to beg me.

Now, with Raina Bell by his side, he brazenly appeared before her.

This man... is a complete liar!

Raina Bell wore a maid outfit, her face pale and appearing somewhat pitiful, following closely behind Thomas Shannon.

Thomas Shannon’s gaze fell on Sophie Sullivan’s face, taking in her contempt and mockery.

She wore a sleep gown, with their stupid cat, Harry, dangling from the hem. Thomas Shannon changed direction and walked towards her.

Seeing him heading her way, Sophie Sullivan felt a wave of disgust well up inside her, and she turned to leave.

Harry, chubby and round, was flung through the air in a graceful arc, landing on the ground the next second. It rolled a few times before stopping. Thomas Shannon kicked it aside as it blocked his path. "Get out of the way."

Harry let out a pitiful MEOW, cowering into a ball and beginning to doubt its own existence. A cat out of favor, much like a stumbling block, could be kicked aside by its master at any moment.

"Sophie Sullivan, stop!"

Thomas Shannon’s low shout, far from making Sophie stop, only made her quicken her pace.

Stop? After stopping, should she fight him to the death?

Sophie didn’t want to stay and look at his and Raina Bell’s annoying faces. First, it was Minimus Hart, and now it was Raina Bell.

Well, well, Thomas Shannon!

He kept calling her a con artist, but he was the biggest liar she had ever met! A complete emotional scammer!

However, that no longer mattered.

Now, Sophie couldn’t be bothered with them. She didn’t want to deal with these upsetting issues. Out of sight, out of mind.

Old Mr. Standford’s hand would be fully healed in a few days, and then her second reparative surgery would begin. She had no inclination to deal with these annoying people and events. Whatever Thomas Shannon did or said had nothing to do with her anymore.

Suddenly, her wrist was gripped tightly, and a strong force yanked Sophie’s body back.

She turned around involuntarily. Just as she was about to fall into his embrace, she instinctively raised her hand to slap his face. Unsurprisingly, her wrist was caught in mid-air.

Thomas Shannon’s lips hooked into a cold sneer, his gaze icy. "Fennie, my face isn’t something you can just hit whenever you want."

"Thomas Shannon, don’t make me despise you. Let go!"

"Move back in," Thomas Shannon said bluntly. "I’ve already tried the soft approach, and she remained unmoved. Now I have to be tough."

Sophie’s red lips twisted into a mocking smirk. "I won’t move back in. Isn’t Raina Bell good enough? Isn’t it better to have her accompany you?"

"Fennie, are you angry?" Thomas Shannon smiled. Is she jealous?

"No, I’m just giving you advice out of conscience. After all, Raina Bell loves you to the core; she’d even resort to despicable means to have you. Seeing as she loves you that much, you might as well indulge her."

Sophie’s gaze turned cold, tinged with deep disdain. "Served on a silver platter, it’s a waste not to take it, right?"

"But I specifically want you, the one who tries every means to avoid me."

"What a pity. You’re destined never to have me." Sophie fiercely pried Thomas Shannon’s hand off hers. A livid red mark instantly appeared on her pale wrist. She rubbed it with her other hand, not sparing him a glance. "Don’t harass me again, or don’t blame me for being rude."

Watching her retreating figure, Thomas Shannon sneered, "Fennie, I’m waiting for you to beg me."

As the words fell, he turned and left.

Raina Bell stood at the stairs. Seeing him get into the car, she carefully followed. "Young Master..."
