Peak Cultivator's Slice of Life-Chapter 51: Good Intention
"Die..." The dragon lunged at him because of his casual response.
He shook his head as he said, "do you think it’s useful to kill my weak avatars? If you want, I can even give you a million weak avatars for you to kill."
What he said, only made the dragon angrier.
He opened his huge mouth where flames shot out endlessly, gathering to form an enormous fireball.
With a single blow, the fireball shot towards him with high momentum, melting the void itself.
Ordinary Progenitors would flee in terror in front of that fireball.
The power of this attack was practically one level above them.
Perhaps the Flame Dragon Progenitor was thinking of killing this weak avatar and then taking the tree father’s corpse.
This was because he didn’t sense the presence of his true avatar who was hiding not far from him.
However, not far had the fireball moved, suddenly Asher’s figure appeared right above his back. He just didn’t step on it.
His fist was firmly clenched where dark light hovered around the fist.
BANG!
Asher punched the dragon’s back that was too big for him.
He was just almost invisible dust compared to it.
However, his punch instantly made the dragon’s back arch downwards.
Even his mouth was wide open.
Just because his body was small, yet he was the owner of the strongest fist.
No one dared to think about not getting injured if they received a punch from him even if it was a dragon.
The dragon was pushed down hard, unable to stop until he used his wings to resist the push.
He quickly turned around to look at it as he stood calmly in the area where he came from.
At the same time, the fireball sent to his weak avatar was suddenly blocked by the huge night sky that suddenly appeared.
Compared to that night sky, the fireball looked extremely small, turning into a star that seemed to be about to die.
"Flame Dragon, do you want to seriously fight with me?" Asher asked him.
The main avatar may not have emitted an aura or light, but his mere existence gave a terrifying sensation to anyone who saw him.
The dragon’s expression became extremely grim as he looked at his true figure.
They had not fought directly once or twice. If it was just one against one, he was more often suppressed after a long time of fighting.
Even for those Monster Progenitors with strength equivalent to Dao Progenitors, they needed external help to actually be able to defeat them.
This was because as Dao Cultivators, the Dao Progenitors had too many tricks in their favor.
"Little dragon, you’d better leave now unless you want to die here!" Suddenly another voice joined from a distance, so cold that it could make the heart shiver.
Asher himself was surprised to hear that because it was the voice of the Eternal Ice Queen.
From the aura of her voice, it clearly came from her main avatar.
It seemed that she had intentionally come because she didn’t want to delay her business any longer.
Crack!
A cracking sound echoed from afar.
It was due to the movement of the long ice dragon that moved quickly towards Asher’s location.
The figure of the Eternal Ice Queen stood on top of the ice dragon’s head which was naturally just something made of her ice power.
Even from afar, the Flame Dragon Progenitor looked worried when he saw her, as if not expecting that it was another Dao Progenitor coming.
"Ice Queen, what are you doing here?" he asked in a loud voice.
He was furious at being called a little dragon, yet compared to the other Dao Progenitors, he feared her the most.
This was not because of her personality or anything like that, but because his fire power was very weak in front of her ice power.
Although he had one of the strongest flames so it should be able to ignore the power coming from water no matter what water it was, unfortunately the ice of the Eternal Ice Queen was the most powerful ice.
In quality, his fire was below her ice.
"I have business with him, you don’t need to think about that with your weak strength," replied the Eternal Ice Queen, continuing to belittle the dragon so that he became even more annoyed.
His erratically moving tail showed how much he was holding back his emotions.
He felt extremely humiliated, and more than that, he also felt extremely embarrassed.
After all, there were many people watching now, including members of his dragon race.
They were proud and honored among the Void Monsters.
Unfortunately, one of their strongest ancestors was unable to teach the enemy who mocked him a lesson.
His nose was emitting smoke as he continued to hold back his anger.
Unfortunately, as the Eternal Ice Queen got closer, he involuntarily flew backwards. 𝗳𝐫𝚎𝗲𝚠𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝘃𝚎𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝗺
"Hmph!" In the end, he snorted coldly.
"Night Sky, Ice Queen, there will be a time when you two suffer for what you did today," he said angrily before turning around and flying at high speed.
He fled back to his base.
Not only did he fail to get Tree Father, he even had to be humiliated. Perhaps for a long time, he wouldn’t dare to show himself.
Meanwhile, Asher fused with his weak avatar then waved his hand, sealing the area around so that no one else could watch him with the Eternal Ice Queen.
Although their business did not have to be kept secret, it was still uncomfortable for them to meet under the watchful eyes of so many people.
Even the other Progenitor Dao was staring at the location they were at because of the commotion earlier.
His eyes stared at the woman who finally descended from her ice dragon, approaching him with an indifferent expression.
"Can the artifact be used yet?" she asked.
Everyone could see that the corpse of Tree Father had been transformed into an artifact and it had just awakened its spirit.
It was just that Asher put it away right afterwards so that people couldn’t find out more.
As an artifact with the greatest life force, it was something highly coveted as it could be a tremendous support for anyone.
One could fight more unrestrainedly with the help of the life force from Father Tree.
"That’s perfect," Asher replied with a faint smile.
"Then help me to the Foreign Ice World immediately," the Eternal Ice Queen replied.
She just wanted this business done right away but she needed the help of at least one other Dao Progenitor.
From the looks of it, she was very impatient. It was probably because she didn’t want to be around Asher any longer that she wanted things to be done faster.
"Queen, rest assured that I will definitely fulfill my promise to help you," Asher replied.
"We can leave now, but I want to make a stop at the Red Sea Progenitor’s place first. I need to return his artifact and help heal his wounds," he added.
He had another appointment and it was something he could not break.
The Eternal Ice Queen knitted her brows at hearing him ask for a short time to stop somewhere else, yet she did not seem to refuse.
She gazed to the side, rising to the head of her ice dragon as she replied, "we’ll go on our own then. I’ll be waiting at the entrance of the Foreign Ice World!"
Whoosh!
Her ice dragon flew headfirst to take her before Asher even moved.
Seeing her leave just like that, Asher sighed helplessly.
"What makes this woman so cold?" He wondered.
"If it continues like this, I won’t have the confidence to win her heart," he said.
Despite having a lot of experience meeting women who seemed to build a wall around her so that no man could get close, but this Eternal Ice Queen gave him the feeling that her wall could never be broken down.
There was not even a sign that she felt happy even if it was just a little when she was wooed.
One knew that she would only be displeased.
Whoosh!
He also flew away, leaving the Sacred Silk Realm with his destruction.
Of course, as long as the Great Universe itself was not destroyed, it would always be safe.
The Sacred Silk Realm basically only needed rebuilding.
With many cultivators inside, it wouldn’t be too difficult.
In terms of speed, Asher was actually faster than the Eternal Ice Queen. Hence, he quickly caught up with her.
Only, the woman looked displeased when she saw him trying to keep up with her.
He didn’t care, keeping up with her, flying beside her and then slowing down to match her speed.
So what if she was angry? He was not afraid of her anger and a woman like her might need to be made angry first.
"Night Sky, you’d better not try to provoke me," the woman said, looking him sharply in the eye.
Since she was aware of his intentions, she relentlessly gave him a warning.
"Queen, I think your way of looking at the world has many faults. This is not a provocation, but a good intention," he replied casually.
"What?" The queen looked very surprised at what he said.
It made her breathing quicken.
