She added another finger and continued, "Or you can simply rise in the Sect Rankings. They change every day and if you can enter the top five and maintain that position for three months, you get to enter the Main Sect."

Pausing, she added an extra finger and said, "Or simply have enough connections in the Outer Sect that you get chosen without following any rules. It’s weird, I know, but every Vassal Sect follows it."

’This is some detailed work,’ Ye Jun thought before asking, "So, there’s competition between the Vassal Sects?"

"Yes, the Heavenly Frost Palace has imposed that so we don’t slack off," Han Yuexin nodded. "Depending on the quality of disciples we send, our resource allocation and position within the Main Sect get affected."

She jumped down, easily landing on the stone platform as the Falcon lowered its head and nudged gently toward her.

Still feeling the soft, wet sensation of her lips, Ye Jun grinned and said, "I demand more of these every time I pass a trouble caused by you."

"Greedy!" She smiled. "But I like it."

With that, she also went down, albeit with more grace. Next was Mountain who just slammed down like a meteor colliding with the earth. Ye Jun could swear even the Falcon had a wary look toward him.

Meihui gently held his hand next and smiled. "I won’t help too much, but remember I’m also there for you, so good luck."

Ye Jun was going to demand the same thing from her, but she was smart and understood his thought process. With a sly smile on her face, she jumped down quickly.

He shook his head and joined the others.

Then Han Yuexin patted the Falcon’s back and it took off again. Only now Ye Jun noticed streaks of pale blue left behind every time the giant bird flapped its wings.

Afterward, Han Yuexin led them away from the stone platform and the beast sanctuary. They passed by a lonesome road, though he could see disciples practicing in the training grounds down the slopes.

It was like a small village on its own, with so many buildings. Completely self-sustainable so that disciples could focus entirely on their training. And considering the disciples were of the Qi Condensation Realm and higher, the training also had to be done in unique ways.

And it wasn’t the only thing that Ye Jun saw on his way, as they ascended higher and higher. Finally, they reached the mountain peak where a solitary wooden house stood beside a small pond.
