The commotion at the port naturally alerted other pirates and various forces in Black Sails Harbor, as well as several heavyweight Fourth Order Pirate Warlords.

Inside the Pirate Group headquarters flying the Golden Fleece Flag, the central position was not any garden villa or fortress castle, but a luxurious... sheep pen.

Baa~

The bleating of sheep was incessant from morning till night.

No one in the Golden Fleece Pirate Group dared to voice any dissent, because this was the residence of the Pirate Warlord [Goat Captain].

A young pirate who didn't look very old hurriedly ran to the outside of the sheep pen, shouting at a majestic goat inside with golden wool all over its body:

"Captain, the first mate sent me to report to you that a vessel of the Iron Anchor Bayfolk Princess, the [Flame Rose], just arrived outside Black Sails Harbor.

The first mate seeks your instruction, how should we respond? Should we give her a warning shot?"

The golden-furred goat, energetically amidst a group of beautiful sheep, suddenly turned its head.

However, this Goat Captain's body had transformed into a goat, but his head largely retained a human shape, now featuring goat horns, a goat's beard, and rectangular goat eyes.

The young pirate met the captain's rectangular pupils, which seemed to lead directly to hell, and couldn't help but shudder violently.

He had only just joined the Golden Fleece Pirate Group a few days ago and it was his first time witnessing the captain in his legendary goat form.

However, as a not-so-devout follower of the [Creator], he knew at least one thing.

In the divine texts of God, sheep are usually seen as docile and gentle, symbolizing good humans, placed on the right side in the Saint Heir's judgment to enjoy blessings;

While goats represent selfishness, brutality, and licentiousness, seen as the devil's envoy by the Church, placed on the left to be tormented in hell.

Now, merely being glanced at by the golden goat, he felt as if he had already fallen into hell, suppressing a scream with great effort.

Until [Goat Captain] Alex withdrew his gaze, slowly climbing down from the back of a ewe.

The young pirate finally realized delivering messages to the captain might not be a desirable task and felt anger towards the first mate and his companions who intentionally gave him the chance.

Soon after, Alex shook off the golden wool on his body, reverting back to his normal human shape.

His body was thin, with a face resembling an inverted triangle like a goat's, a tuft of golden goat beard, and two subtle protrusions at his hairline, covered by a triangular captain's hat.

Probably annoyed by this reckless young pirate ruining his good mood, a visibly gloomy expression appeared on his face.

After walking out of the sheep pen, he gently patted the young pirate who was offering an ingratiating smile.

Bang!

A bit of Divine Light burst from his palm, instantly stiffening the young pirate's body; he looked on, terrified, as he slowly transformed into a little lamb.

"Baa~Baa~..." (Spare me, captain!)

It was Black Sorcery: Sheep Transformation Spell!

Alex slightly vented his anger, then walked toward the dock with hands behind his back.

On the way, within his Golden Fleece Pirate Group, there were many "sheep-headed people" resembling him, all calling him: "Father."

Evidently, the legendary Golden Fleece had secrets unknown to many, besides offering eternal youth.

Meanwhile, another newly returned Pirate Warlord, [Thief Baron] Valyrian, was still drinking in a tavern in the harbor area.

He was a typical North Bayfolk, with slightly curly black hair draping over his forehead, melancholic blue eyes, and a handsome middle-aged man's appearance, known as a "Friend of Middle-aged and Elderly Women."

However, his deeds didn't match his charming facade at all.

The tavern was teeming with inebriated patrons, but none passing by him could keep their purses safe.

His thieving speed was the epitome of swiftness; even if someone watched his hands closely, they couldn't detect his acts of theft.

While stealing, he criticized the owners of the purses, mocking them greatly:

"Ten pounds, twenty-four Silver Nart, eight Copper Furl—what a pauper."

"This one's okay, twenty pounds and a three-hundred-pound anonymous deposit slip from Pioneer Bank..." 𝗳𝐫𝚎𝗲𝚠𝚎𝗯𝕟𝐨𝘃𝚎𝗹.𝗰𝗼𝗺

The special effect of [Thief Baron] allowed Valyrian to stealthily steal others' transcendent abilities without any combat, unlike other pirates.

However, he had a compulsive urge to steal, unable to resist taking a few extras even with a wealthy background.

This tendency also affected followers with weak wills, pushing them down the path of accomplices.

Among the pirate officers at his table, two Bayfolk shared his agile fingerwork, procuring purses or other valuables unnoticed.

Upon noticing the disturbance at the docks, all the Bay Citizens Pirates looked toward the pirate ship slowly docking under the Navigator's guidance.

Whoosh—!

They sprang from the benches simultaneously like springs.

The purses they'd just acquired clattered to the floor, yet the loss didn't concern them in the slightest.

Stealing in secret could easily become open robbery if someone dared confront them, which wasn't a significant issue.

"Is that... the Flame Rose of the Princess? Even the Highness has come to Black Sails Harbor?"

"It's the Highness; it truly is the Highness!"
