Each of them used a different element to approach the vitality in a person’s body.

It was like a pure energy that had to be absorbed and refined by the body, but the result would be that the body of the person would directly have a stronger vitality, as if enlarging the quantity. If the body’s vitality isn’t fully filled, then the life control art is the best to directly inject vitality.

The death vitality art was more specific. People at the brink of death will inevitably spread Death Qi from the deepest of their being.
