Realm of Myths and Legends-Chapter 1172: Yi Ying
Yilsia was the unigon that Izroth saved from the secret underwater base. He had a quest to safely return to the unigon to its rightful owner, which is why he left the Phantom of Harmony in charge of Yilsia's security while he was completing the trial dungeon. However, for some reason, the Phantom of Harmony had returned to his side the moment he exited the trial dungeon.

Of course, Izroth checked the quest information and saw that Yilsia was still at a high level of happiness. This is why he did not rush immediately to find out what happened since she still seemed to be safe.
"Reporting, Yilsia is currently with Sir Empyrean and Young Miss Selene. Since Sir Empyrean is with her, I judged that there was no need to worry about her safety. So, I returned to your side." The Phantom of Harmony replied without hesitation.
'I can only vaguely feel the existence of Empyrean and Selene through Soul Link. They must have flown quite some distance. Even though I told those two to stay nearby... No, I guess with their ability to fly and speed, this can be considered as being close. I suppose it isn't a bad thing. Since Yilsia is a unigon, being stuck in that cage within the secret underwater base unable to fly freely must have felt stifling. Although the Phantom of Harmony can track her and keep watch, when it comes to the skies, there's only so much that she can do. If Yilsia is with Empyrean and Selene, then it's fine.'
"I see. Your judgement wasn't wrong." Izroth said as he gave a small nod.
'Her personality is just as reserved and straightforward as Azalea's. Well, that's not surprising considering that she's her Phantom of Harmony. Still, there are subtle differences in their behaviors. Not to mention, to be able to make her own separate judgments—it's almost as if she's a half-player like Empyrean.'
"Since you will remain by my side for some time, it will be inconvenient to refer to you as 'you' or 'Phantom of Harmony'. Calling you Azalea also doesn't seem too fitting. Then, from now on, I will call you Yi Ying." Izroth said in a carefree manner.
"As you wish." Yi Ying responded as she lowered her head with her fist cupped into her hand.
After confirming Yilsia's whereabouts and safety, Izroth turned his thoughts to other matters at hand.
'Now that I've kept my promise, I can finally meet up with the 9th Division stationed in Danaharpe.'
Originally, Izroth planned to use Void Turning when it was off cooldown to travel to the distant Danaharpe. However, with Empyrean and Selene around, traveling such a long distance in a short time shouldn't be an issue.
'The 9th Division must have gone through a lot during my absence. I have to prepare a few things to make sure they are rewarded properly based on their achievements. There is also the new profession I took on, Arcane Script Runemaster. I should try creating a grade one Arcane Script before I arrive at Danaharpe. The first auction of the Mystical Realm Palace that Advisor Fang Qiu mentioned also shouldn't be too far off, so I'll have to clear some time to attend that. Not to mention other matters I have to deal with soon.'
"Things are becoming more and more eventful lately. It seems I won't have any time to rest. Well, I prefer things this way." Izroth said to himself as a carefree smile appeared on his face.
"Where will we go next?" Yi Ying inquired.
"We'll be heading to the city of crafting, Danaharpe." Izroth responded as he looked off into the distance.
He then continued, "But, first, there is a promise that must be kept."
...
Almost two days later...
Izroth stood before the Ore Cave that contained the Sygrix Stones.
At the moment, it was heavily guarded by the Lotus Guard of Sleeping Gardenia.
'Sleeping Gardenia must have used a lot of connections and manpower to collect the materials and move them to Kifa Karsts this fast.'
A couple days ago, Izroth came to an agreement with Sleeping Gardenia to set up the Endless Blossom Array magic formation around the Ore Cave. In order to keep his promise, Izroth delayed his departure to Danaharpe by a couple of days to give Sleeping Gardenia time to collect the necessary materials.
That being said, Izroth did not think that Sleeping Gardenia would contact him so soon. Given the materials needed to create the expert-ranked magic formation, Izroth expected to wait another two or three days at least.
'Sleeping Gardenia must want to avoid the worst case scenario. After all, this ore cave is too tempting for the other top guilds to stay silent.'
There had not been any major commotions in the past few days in Kifa Karsts. However, Sleeping Gardenia must have known that the other top guilds would send reinforcements and make their move eventually.
"We've prepared everything you asked for, Palace Master Izroth." Valkyria said as she handed a luxurious looking storage chest over to Izroth.
She then continued, "All the materials you requested are stored in there. I was instructed that you are free to keep the storage chest. Think of it as a small gift for your hard work."
Initially, Valkyria planned to keep half of the Lotus Guard behind to guard the Ore Cave while she returned to her post with the remaining half. However, after Izroth's suggestion to set up the magic formation, she chose to delay her departure and focused on making sure everything proceeded without issue.
Izroth accepted the storage chest from Valkyria and wasted no time checking its content to ensure that everything was present.
'Oh? It's only a B-ranked magic item. But, it's a rare storage type magic item. I have plenty of storage type magic items in my possession, but... Well, it seems inappropriate to turn down their good will.'
Name: Orca's Big Storage Chest(Magical Item)
Rank: B
Durability: 225,000/225,000
Capacity: 96.88%
Usage: A storage chest capable of storing a large variety of items.
Special Note: A big storage chest that can only be contained as a drop from a certain boss in the Orca Kingdom dungeon.
"Then, I will accept your kindness. I will start immediately. Make sure that no one disturbs me." Izroth said calmly.
"Do not worry, Palace Master Izroth. We will make sure that you remain undisturbed." Valkyria assured.
Izroth gave a small nod as he removed the blueprint for the Endless Blossom Array from his inventory.
"From this moment forth, no one is allowed to disturb Palace Master Izroth! Do not allow a single distraction to come his way! This is an order!" Valkyria said with a commanding aura as she stepped forward.
"Yes, commander!" The Lotus Guard responded in unison.
After giving the order, Valkyria quickly re-organized the members of the Lotus Guard and stationed them in a way that protected the Ore's Cave entrance but placed a decent distant between them and the Ore Cave itself. This was to give Izroth the space necessary to set up the magic formation.
Izroth examined the blueprint for the Endless Blossom Array magic formation. The blueprint was a blue scroll with white text that contained various magic symbols, instructions and the required ingredients for the magic formation.
'Setting up a magic formation isn't that difficult. However, it requires a lot of knowledge compared to most other professions. Not to mention, I'm not a Formation Master, so I don't possess the skills granted by the system to aid in setting up a magic formation. That being said, magic formations... The process is definitely different from the formations that exist back in the Seven Realms. But, the core concept seems to be the same. If that's the case, I should be able to do it. After all, I am someone who was once acknowledged as one of the top ten Formation Masters in the Seven Realms. If I can't handle this much, I won't be able to hold my head high.'
The concept of the Endless Blossom Array was simple. It used a combination of 64 swords in perfect resonance with each other. Furthermore, the Endless Blossom Array had a total of 12 variations that was capable of focusing on attack, defense or both simultaneously. As long as it was in place, even a late stage legendary realm powerhouse would necessarily not be able to overcome it, let alone the top guilds who had their eyes set on the Ore Cave.
